Oh! So that's what happened. Janani also blushes. She didn't mean to confuse Mystina.
No problem... I didn't know that's what you mean...
Sweatdrop...major... She also sighs.
If I could, I'd show you. I'm a Bind, afterall.
After a brief pause, she realizes she'd better clear that up before there's confussion.
A Bind is different from a Binder in how they link energy... It's very difficult to explain...

*Mystina giggled and nodded* I can understand, faeries have magic of their own, and, once you use it for so long it becomes more difficult to explain... because it's such a part of you and so normal. Right?

Janani nods.
That's true enough.

*Mystina smiled* Maybe one day you can just show me? *She giggled* I've been learning new things with my magic lately... some things I'm really not supposed to know. *She blushed a little bit*

Janani nods with a light flush on her cheeks.
I'd like that.
One thing was still true, though.
However...only a Shard can learn the art of Bind. It's like...a bloodline thing...

*Mystina nodded* I can understand that. There are some things that only the people of my bloodline can do, that most of the normal faeries cannot. Different clans, have different specialties. I'm guessing it's like that, right? *She smiled*

I guess so...
It does kinda sound like how...
Only members of my family can ever be Keepers or Binders...

*Mystina nods* I see... Is there anything else the people in your family have the option of doing? *She tilted her head* I mean...do you pick what you want to do, or are you born that way?

Uhm...
She'd never really thought of that. Once every few generations a pair of twins are born with the capacity to become the next Keeper and Binder... It's just not...something she thought of.
Well... I don't think Celest are born with the same types of freedomes Terrans enjoy...
She kinda holds WhiteRose a bit closer, now.

*Mystina smiled and hugged Janani* That makes sense... it must be a bit hard.
I don't really have much of a choice in what I get to do, either. *She smiled a little sadly.* I have to be the queen one day because it's my duty. Not because it's my wish.

Janani tilts her head with a bit of curiousity, but she feels that won't be answered any time soon. She looks down to see what she was already feeling, that fading sensation. From time to time, she did get to feel it with ample warning. The map she'd brought with her was already gone, but she could say good-bye to Mystina. For that she is grateful.
I wish you and your daughter well! I'll see you again, soon I hope...
She returns a sad smile.
...hopefully...you can help me with Cora...
She's gone.

*Mystina smiled* Thank you! I hope that I can help you too! And that I'll see you again soon!
*Mystina sat down and thought about everything that happened, and then, she began to fade out*

*Enter Cora from Guest Rooms Pg 72* :::Cora walked in and looked around. Empty. She didn't stick around to think about it, she just walked straight into the rec room, and to the fridge:::

:::She comes back, having eaten one slice of pizza there, and is halfway done with the one she holds in her hand. The middle most seat at the bar welcomed her to sit in it, and finish her breakfast. She thought that Luke would have enjoyed a slice too, and she eyed the back of the bar just in case there was a warm flat beer somewhere to top off the effect. There wasn't one but, that was for the best. She didn't want to be hindered by alcohol for her daily exercise...:::

:::When she finished the slice, she rubbed her hands together to get rid of the crumbs, and hopped off the stool. Behind the bar, she grabbed up bottle after bottle, as many as she could find and placed them up top. Then cans, then towels, then little bags of peanuts. Whatever was down there, she placed up top:::
:::Cora walked around it again, and began moving chairs out of the immediate area. When it was clear, she grabbed the first bottle and hurled it across the room as far as her mechanical arm could throw it, and it stopped mid air 20 feet away, and hung there:::
