When trying to use/create a Hazard, please take a look at a Wikipedia or medical guide, and bring all of the effects into play. For fairness, each dose up to the final one usually contains at least 2 effects that the target can choose to be affected from. In our case, methane isn't currently on the Hazards guide, so when we're finished creating it here, it will be added to it in finality.

The longer a foe is exposed to the gas, the more inhibiting its effects become. The technique will not endure more than four posts before dissipating. Katon Ninjutsu used within the radius of the user's technique will ignite and end the technique, but cause a violent explosion that extends eight meters beyond the technique's normal radius. During this technique's usage, the user cannot perform other bloodline techniques unless specifically stated in the technique description. Needs work: Siphoning Strings: Bio-seeking is fine, but if you're looking for an A-rank drain, this technique will need to be A-rank. (and thus locked until Chuunin+ title rank) As for attaching to on-coming techniques, malformed/undefined, multi-object, or simply too quick techniques will be unaffected by the A-rank drain, so this part is denied. Arpeggio Strings: The shockwave feels too large for pure sound. Since it is sound based, and the canon A-rank sound technique requires a small room just to be effective for knocking a Kage and his crew into unconsciousness, I recommend asking for close range. (2 meters or less, from the strings) Also, since the Kugutsu strings are attached to your fingers, this will also always affect the user. Are you fine with this? Like the previous custom request, this one requires Chuunin+ due to rank restrictions. Forte Threads: This technique appears to be a near copy of Shinra Tensei. In referencing it, there's a 2 meters/rank, an S+rank learning blocker, and a Kage-only title restriction on it. Master of Manipulation: Malformed/undefined, and multi-object techniques will be unaffected due to their states. (e.g. 10 strings will find it difficult to attach to 11 flying kunai, more than 10 fireballs in a multi-fireball, or any part of say, Suzu no Oto's sound effect, a genjutsu, a fuuin, etc) Take note that manipulating still means that they're dangerous to you, as well. Since it requires the Human manipulation technique, this technique would be off-limits to Genin titled folks. Electromagnetism: How big, what does it look like, how does it transfer the electrical charge, etc? An EM field without definition will affect the entirety of the universe, invisibly. There's also the concern that using this technique will more reliably allow for rapid magnetic cooling, and the usage of ~3/4 of the universe's basic properties. >.< (I took a full year of EM classes, and know the full extent of its uses) As it is, I cannot in good faith approve this without superiorly major restrictions, which would destroy its intents.
Bomb tag creation: Bomb tags can be normally created ahead of time, using Formless and other methods. If you'd really want to perma-have a quick method for creating tons of E-ranked bomb tags, then approved. Otherwise, I recommend saving this custom technique slot for a different technique.
Counterfeit Cash: Nothing is foolproof, counterfeit-wise. When the shopkeeps catch on, expect repercussions! Approved. (I will go ahead and warn ya that Takumi had to update their fake currency detection due to a similar event)

Sense: Touch // Sight Base Duration: // Upkeep: 3 posts 5 chakra Element: Paper Description: Activates only if the enemy has been cut by Atsuma's paper jutsu both in a genjutsu or in reality. Each cut will bring the afflicted a feeling as if something were crawling under their skin and festering in the wound. Upon the final post after activation, paper butterflies emerge from wounds covered in blood. The afflicted will look at their body and realize the places that the butterflies exited are now hollow as if they had eaten their muscles and meat for nutrients.
Technique Name: Brittle Rank: Passive Type: Genjutsu - Bloodline P/S. Sense: Sight and touch Base Duration: Until Element: Paper Description: Atsuma has a constant genjutsu around him that activates when the afflicted looks at him and hears him speak. His chakra has a reservoir of 100 chakra to maintain this genjutsu. This resevoir is not limited to this genjutsu, but the genjutsu itself is. Consuming 5 posts per activation any attack upon Atsuma will appear to have no affect and the afflicted area will fade away like paper. So if he gets stabbed the area where he is stabbed will become paper. He will still be stabbed, however.
Character: Sonyo Rue Technique Name: Medical Stasis: Internalized Disruption Rank: S-rank Type: Ninjutsu / Eiseijutsu Element: Hyuoton Description:An advanced and strictly offensive version of Medical Stasis, the user learns to focus the temperature dropping effects of the predecessor jutsu even more than before. This jutsu, unlike Medical Stasis, requires full physical contact ( a solid touch for several seconds ) to preform, and acts slower than it's sister jutsu. Upon contact to any part of the opponent's body, hyouton chakra strengthened by the effects of medical chakra floods the system. The internal temperature takes a serious drop, resulting in the beginning stages of hypothermia right away. After one post, the temperature drop doubles, causing severe hypothermia and starting the process of organ shutdown, starting with the lesser organs first. After the third post, the opponent looses consciousness and falls in to a coma. At the fourth post, typical means of revival fail; Eiseijutsu techniques of the same rank or lower no longer work to keep the afflicted alive. The fifth post brings death as the core temperature dips below the point of human survival, and the brain and heart cease to work. Upon death, the hyouton and eiseijutsu chakra mix is released and the entire body freezes solid.

Piercing the Veil: Approved. Speed Release: Rapid Reasoning: If by 'double', it means descriptives, how is this working? If one has 2 descriptives, is it bouncing to 4? If it means pure ranks, then each rank is naturally 1/2 of its superior. With the path Tai and Buki are going, I'd prefer the former, and if it is, then approved. Advanced Conditioning: For the moment, I need to have Ergo consult this technique.

Must perform at least five [5] Jinton techniques in ten [10] different battles; also, must spend a total ten [10] posts training (out of combat) to practice relevant movements enhanced by one's speed (running, jumping, striking, etc.).

In general: Please choose Simple (stamina-only), Complex (1/2 stamina, 1/2 chakra), or Spiritual (chakra-only) for any tai or buki custom submitted. For now, I'll provide thoughts, and we can continue once they're resubmitted.
Lily of the Valley: Was this meant to be an X-rank? Also, there are plenty of techniques which require their own stances, so this technique would be invalid for using them.
Orchid: It seems to be a Spiritual technique, or minimally a Complex.
Poppy: Appears to at least be Complex. Also, with After Images, I'd like to see training done within its Style before this custom be learned. Otherwise, it's a solid custom for applying for.
Iris: Complex? Will also need the After Images style learned. For 'significantly', it sounds about the range of a 'Moderately' within our Descriptives. Due to the illusive nature of 'no activation paid', this part will be denied. The 'learns at B-rank' is unnecessary, unless the technique is going to be B-rank or X-rank, with the X-rank having a B-rank minimal possible usage.
Hachimon Conditioning: Due to the very nature of Hachimon's overwhelming presence, I must deny this. However, it was very nice to see someone try a custom for it!
Dandelion: Spiritual? When going up against B-ranked and lower chakra defenses, I can only assume that you'd want Spiritual, to keep from having the technique be defeated upon contact.
Welcome To My World: The upkeep appears to be a tad small. If it's adjusted to 20 chakra, then approved.
Mask of Death: The initial cost is fine, but such a vivid encounter will require a higher upkeep. 25 will do, and if agreed, then it's approved.
Show Me What Lies Within: If the upkeep is up'd to 10 chakra, then approved.
Origami Shinigami: Hm. I'd be more comfortable with 2 temporary decreases, and a limiter of only 1 shinigami being able to be active at a time.
It slithers: Approved.
Brittle: Many techniques can be made 'passive' by clever fuuin usage. Aside from this, I'm not sure how to read the latter half. (by itself, without the first half) It looks like a way to cover up wounds, but there's no actual chakra or stamina costs involved with this. As it is currently, I'll have to deny it.

Doing so allows plants stored in it to greatly postpone effects of deterioration for long periods of time, even after being removed from the fluid. While its aesthetic purposes are clear, the user's chakra makes the plants more responsive to the user's chakra if used in certain techniques.
Technique Name: Flower Girl Art - Vibrant Display Rank: X Type: Ninjutsu Element: Maruton Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user can exert their chakra onto any or all flower petals that they have had soaked in the fluids of their own Eternal Spring technique. Doing so allows them to manipulate these petals in any of only three ways; must repay the cost of this technique for each manipulation or pay the difference to increase the potency of the active effect. The user may move petals with this technique through gestures of their body, such as their hands; E-Rank cost. They can harden the petals for defensive value, making them capable of blocking attacks up to the rank of chakra applied or simply weakening an oncoming attack. Or the user can sharpen the edges of the petals to allow for cuts on par with standard throwing ninja tools (kunai, shuriken, etc.) at its lowest level; C-rank minimum cost.
