So.. I have a few RP characters I'd like to refine, or brainstorm about, as to better develop them. Is there anywhere specifically I should be posting my ideas about these characters, to get ideas, constructive criticism, inspiration, and revision towards better developing them?

RP Construction and Planning should help you out. It's officially for planning whole RP's, but I'd imagine using it to develop characters, as long as you don't use them to RP in that thread, would be ok. Either way, wait until Javon replies, just in case he disagrees with me and has a better place for them razz
