maenad nuri Taliah Does anyone still have contact with Tea? I mean to ask her about ethnographies about the Rroma and which she deems good sources. Just a general overview of their cultural history would be fine. The reason I'm asking is that I'm taking a slightly upper level anthropology course this semester and this is our end of term paper assignment. Thus far, I have this website to start with. Thanks, and hope I'm not a bother. smile I am, I'm sure I can ask her for a good overview, but some good starts are: http://reocities.com/Paris/5121/ and the book Bury Me Standing Although, I'm not sure if they are ethnographies. Maybe I can show them to my professor and he can judge. Thanks for the help Nuri. smile And, I wouldn't mind about the chat thread. So long as this stayed around for nostalgia sake.

I'm thinking of cutting my hair all off. Talking Pixie Cut style. My hair is currently at the upper part of my lower back.

I tried Salvia divinorum for the first (and second) time this weekend.
First time was a rather low dose, so I could learn the processes and see how I would react. I didn't end up experiencing much from it.
The second was a "strong" dose, going by the literature, and I had an unexpected reaction -- I started laughing hysterically.
I feel like I should have had a photo taken of me rolling around in tears from laughter in LOLcats style -- Salvia: UR DOIN IT WRONG >_<

That sounds like a huge change though - do you have any inhibitions about cutting so much? @Ashley the Bee: sage in general hits me like a brick wall to the forehead. Never been impressed enough with divinorum to touch it, but I hope you enjoyed the hysterical laughter; I hope the spirits you catch are only good ones.

Sounds fair to me Nuri, not that I've been around enough recently to really have a valid perspective. wink Good to see you again, how have things been?

Collowrath I love a good pixie cut. That sounds like a huge change though - do you have any inhibitions about cutting so much? I know it looks good on me, I just haven't had my hair like that in a long time.

Does anyone remember where the thread on moral relativism in here went?

Fiddlers Green Good to see you again, how have things been? I've been alright. Second job has been keeping me busy, but I love it. I'm hoping to find a full time position doing it, instead of part time. Then I could quit my, now, full time job and get away from some caustic co-workers. How have you been?
