Uh, I do see your point in that, but Mystie, you should know how he restores his energy, if he is not eating or drinking. He concentrates his energy to his core, letting it come in at an accelerated rate. It's kind of like having a little energy, and using it to vacuum in the energy around to fill up since the energy around is not as strong as the energy he uses; he is able to suck in and handle quite a lot, so he concentrates it again, and he does that until his energy is full, but, He can only do that if he has very little energy. His regular energy will not let him until he has only 1/8 of his energy. And Zero, I do see where you're going with that. There is an actual answer to that. It's not that it would be destroyed, the darkness is the absence of light, but when light is there, the darkness goes away. Now, when you're talking about Absolute Darkness. That's something that is absolute and therefore it cannot be overthrown, but there in lies a paradox lol. If it were truly absolute, it would not be able to be lit up. So, there is darkness, but it is not absolute. What do you mean Momo? I'm not following your question. If you're talking about her gear and how it would be affected by his energy, you're characters gear would actually put up a fight against Cortez's depending on how much energy she uses. The more she heals; the longer she will last. I'd say if She, Jack Harkins and some fighter attacked Cortez, he would be screwed lol. Now, Jack Harkins has the gear that negates gears, which would be the one of the only few exceptions to his gear.

But another thing could be that maybe he can't do that when in a fight or something because he would have to concentrate and having to defend himself would make it nearly impossible to do it unless he was able to get a few moments when he wasn't trying to avoid dying??

Yes, I do believe that is a very good and fair compromise. And that's only when he has more or even a little more energy than them lol

It's not like you're physically hurting me so not entirely sure how i'd heal anything....
