My bad Also continuing with what we were talking about. Doesn't matter if he is in a clan or not still a strong power. And that's why his power is even more overpowered if he can just create and destroy anything. I understood the part it was from another RP but he has destroy a entire island so that means a school will be just as simple even easier. And that's what I mean your character has a anger issue and I frankly don't like my character seeming so powerless compared to someone's like if they were to get in a battle I would like a fighting chance now just get completely obliterated by a character. So in the way you phrased it made it so Cortez had to see or touch the person which gives him a weakness if he just needs to sense the object that makes getting near him in a fight impossible

Yes, but he's not supposed to fight, and he's not going to be in a clan. Plus, he rarely uses his powers unless it is necessary, so if he knows that he would be too strong in a fight, he would just use a weak type of energy. And he doesn't have an anger problem, he just doesn't want those kinds of things said, especially since it would kind of ruin the roleplay if all the humans knew. He's a symbol to terrorize people, rather than welcome them to attack him and try to spread secrets. Which means he will only fight if he needs to. So, overpowered as it may be, It's pointless to argue about it since it really won't be in use unless he has to use it. Plus, there are other reasons why his gear is so powerful. It's supposed to make even the argumentative and stubborn Myria shutter and stand down lol

That's the thing maybe it's myself but I enjoy a good fight as a example what happen in the entrance (expect for that one character the revealed too much) there was going to be a fight and it would have been awesome (my opinion) and having a overpowered character who can just stop a fight by being there and threatening them of being removed from the universe seems boring. Like superman no one likes watching someone who can just as easily beat everyone to death (not that he would). Also there are character who are strong enough to force him to use the strongest of his gear or who are too stubborn to back down, my character Richard and Bale void are one example. So basically what I want is a character that has such a strong power to have a bigger weakness. Even the principal doesn't have such a strong power and he is the son of lucifer or the devil (I think this is what I got for reading a bunch of your guys posts)

Well, yeah, he wasn't going to do anything until that stuff was said lol. And trust me, I do understand that, but there is another character that I made who is basically the anti-gear of Cortez lol. It's Jack Harkins, where his gear can negate all the power of his gear, so he is human for several posts. I plan on Cortez eventually having the crap beat out of him lol, but remember, Jack's gear can only last so long, and it also depends on a dice roll for how long his post lasts.

Unless Cortez has his power negated he is practically untouchable. So maybe you can put more weakness on Cortez power maybe the seeing and touching like I said (just a i thought) . Still extremely powerful gear but if he ever got in a fight it would be easier for the other person I'm just suggesting it you don't have to do since I have no actual control with the characters. Also in a fight most people stare at each other anyways and it's hard to sneak up on him anyways but it just a thought. A roleplay thought.

Ah, yeah. He's actually pretty easy to sneak up on if you're quiet lol. But if you have a very strong gear, he will sense you almost instantly. Liustraes is the one who would be difficult to sneak up on since he has echo-increasing metal under his skin, so he hears nearly anything within a large distance away from him.

Doenst he have heighten hearing? Also is that a yes or no for him having the power. Yeah but the things is someone had magnetic power he would find the metal quite bothersome XD

No, only Liustraes has heightened hearing. And the gear is still as powerful, he just will mainly use his shield, or when he needs to.

You put he had heighten sense of hearing in his personality. Also it means he has a great weakness which is if you blind him he can't use his power unless he touches you. Also his back which is almost everyone's weakness
