Sora and the StreetSwift club managed to get a few laps in before the track team's captain showed up. Aya Mizuki was an incredibly talented athlete who rivalled the very best in speed. Not only that, but she looked like she could very easily break into the world of modeling at the drop of a hat. Next to Saiyori's kind-hearted nature, all of the boys couldn't break themselves from Aya's drop-dead sexiness. Which could serve as a major distraction when young boys are trying to focus on running. Sora slowed down his pace and raised his hand for his group to do the same. As they were catching their breaths, he casually walked over to the dark-skinned girl. "Hey, Aya-chan." he said. "Yeah, me and the boys just finished our warm-up. We'll be out of your hair in just a sec. Guys, come here." The rest of StreetSwift all approached their leader as he introduced the track captain. "This here is Mizuki Aya-chan. She'll be addressed as 'Mizuki-Senpai' for a lot of you. She runs the track team here and is in full control of this area. Because we're not an official club, she was kind enough to let us use the practice field along with her club to warm-up. She's very nice to us, so don't think about trying to pull a fast one on her. You will regret it, okay?" While Sora was doing a great job explaining the rules to his group, most of the members just couldn't seem to get over how beautiful Aya was. He could quickly see, especially in the 1st years, that he was losing their attention. "Guys!!" he said loudly, startling them and getting them to nod to his instructions. He turned back to Aya and gave her a polite smile. "Sorry about that, Aya-chan. We'll be gettin' out of your way." The club leader started heading towards a different area with his team in tow. Saito, who had his earbuds in the whole time, silently followed after them.

Gwen raised an eyebrow in curiosity and confusion. They reminded him of someone? Who? The girl looked at Daisuke and shrugged, at a lost or words. Until she heard Jacob spoke up. Gwen stood between him and her friend, glaring. Once the upperclassman asked for directions, she slowly nodded her head, relaxing a little and opened her mouth to explain where to go only for Daisuke to interrupt. The lightning user just stood in the hall, dumbfounded as she watched her friend take Jacob’s hand and lead him to the track <><><> Kairi was on her way to track to give Aya some moral support and to see the students signing up since Seriana had left to rejoin her brother, Soren. The silver-haired girl suddenly stopped in the middle of the hall due to a coughing fit. She felt good all day since the first episode outside the school yard that she forgot she was still recovering from a cold. A teacher in a near classroom heard the coughing and went to investigate only to find Kairi doubled over while holding her ribs, trying hard not to re-pull the muscles that were healing from the sickness. “Kairi? Are you all right?” the teacher asked, truly concerned for the girl. Kairi slowly nodded once the coughing had subsided. “I-I’m fine, Kiku-sensai.” Kaeda Kiku helped Kairi stand straight and immediately sent her home to rest after making sure the girl was truly alright

As the members of the Kendo club finished getting changed and took their positions, Aoba soon joined them. He apologized to Okita-sensei for his class ending late, and quickly changed into his garb to begin the demonstration. Once he was ready, the club began. He ran the members through various warm-up exercises and drills, while also answering questions that first-years may have had about the sport. At the end of the demonstration, he treated the first-years to a live Jigeiko between himself and Isamu. They both displayed proper etiquette before the match and quickly started the sparring session. Everyone watched with anticipation as both of these masters went at it. Both were of yondan status, but had very different methods and attack styles. Each one took the other's strengths and weaknesses into account as the match continued. In a surprise twist, Isamu managed to score the winning Men strike on Aoba and emerged victorious. The dojo was filled with an applause for both fighters after seeing the amount of effort they put in. Plenty of first-years were already trying to sign up and join after seeing the match. Yusei changed back into his regular clothes and headed over to Saiya.
"So?" he asked. "Wha'cha think?"
"That was amazing!" Saiya exclaimed. "The action! The intensity! The drama! I haven't seen a good sword fight like that since Sword Art Online!"
"So you wanna join kendo then?"
"Well...." she hesitated, "I don't think I should jump to conclusions just yet. I mean, this is the first club meeting I've been to. I kinda want to try out some others before picking one."
"I see. Well if you change your mind, just let me know. Now let's head home."
The siblings left the dojo after Okita gave Yusei the practice schedule for the year. The blue-haired boy was excited to be participating in tournaments and festivals against other schools. With all of these potential rivals ahead, his competitive spirit was set ablaze. Saiya could see it in his eyes and smiled. She was glad that her brother was able to find something he was passionate about. Now if only she could do the same. ------------ Sora and his club eventually made their way to a park not far from the school. The traffic for this park wasn't very high, so the club was able to practice here in peace. Sora then stood amongst his new club and called all of the returning members to stand with him.
"Alright guppies," he began. "This here is our Proving Ground. This is where we'll be holding free-styling sessions and general practices. Here at StreetSwift, we gonna push you guys to break past your limits and fly faster than you ever have before. The lessons and training you gain here will open your eyes to a new sense. You'll be transforming your body into something that can't be stopped, no matter the obstacle. I want you all to fly higher and reach new levels of freerunning. Now I won't lie to you, you will get hurt. And I would never attempt to force you guys to learn advanced techniques if you aren't ready. But with each bruise and scrape, you'll get a little bit closer, a little bit faster, a little bit higher until you can reach the end of the sky. And then...you'll be free."
As if on cue, Sora and the rest of the upperclassmen took to the park like true runners. They flipped and twisted over the statues, and climbed to the highest point of the park. Saito effortlessly reached the top while Sora grinned at the first years.
"Now who wants to reach the top with us!"
The first years quickly followed suit with trying to imitate and demonstrate their own knowledge of freerunning. The upperclassmen quickly joined them, giving them instruction and introducing themselves as well. Saito merely kept to himself as he continued his own regiment.

It didn't take long for Gwen to return to her senses. Pinching the bridge of her nose, the blonde sighed and began to follow. That was until her phone buzzed. Reaching into a pocket, Gwen retrieved the device and answered the call. It was her mother. The girl walked the hall, trying to explain she wanted to stay and cheer her friend on in French, but the older woman didn't want to hear any of it and demanded she come home before hanging up. This annoyed Gwen as sparks of lightning danced faintly around her laft hand that gripped her school bag. She want to throw the phone against the wall, but instead sent a text to Daisuke, apologizing for not being able to stay to cheer him on and wished him luck. With that, Gwen left the school and walked two block where a limo was awaiting her. The driver noticed her. Getting out, the 6' 2" man with platnium lavender hair pulled back into a pony tail bowed to the girl. "Good afternoon, miss Bonnet. How was your day?" "Was going well." Gwen sighed and looked up at the 'giant' that wasn't that much older than her - about in his early to mid 20s - trying not to take her frustration out on him. "I told you I don't mind walking, Alfons. You don't have to wait on me or be so formal with me." Alfons straightened up and adjusted his glasses. "I'm just doing what I was told." He reached over and held open the passenger door for the young blonde with a gentle smile on his face, knowing she hated riding in the back. Gwen just shook her head and got in. <><>*<><> The drive home was quiet for the most part. Alfons tried to lighten the mood before having the girl boil over once she speaks with her mother. But, Gwen only answered with short and to the point responses. With only one ace left to try to get her to smile, the man started humming a song to an anime which brought up a question Gwen always wanted to ask. "Why do you wear your hair like Ed?" "Why not? I already share the name of the younger brother so might as well look like the eldest. I'm just not going to bleach my hair and I happen to like my eyes being purple." The driver then looked over at the girl and smirked. "Not like you're complaining." Gwen's eyes narrowed as she stuck her tongue out at him which caused him to laugh.

StreetSwift's jam session lasted well into the early evening. The first years were able to try out plenty of introductory techniques while also learning the names of their superiors. Not to mention making new friends along the way. Once the practice was over, Sora called the group to gather around him.
"Hope you guys enjoyed your first taste of the StreetSwift lifestyle." he said confidently. "Going further in the year, we'll meet three times a week. On Mondays, we'll meet up in classroom 3-A and then head over to the soft gym in West Ikebukuro. That's where we'll be teaching you guys new techniques and tricks like different flips and vaults. On Wednesday, we'll warm up on the track and bring you guppies back here to apply the new stuff we learned on Monday. And Friday....well, Fridays are what I like to call Exam days. We take everything that you've learned and place you guys in a real-life setting to use it. So expect field trips to Akihabara, Shibuya, Tokyo, and anywhere else. Sound good?"
The first years were surprised that a club like this had so much already planned out. Some were a bit nervous about the club's schedule while others couldn't wait to get started. Sora could see the worried expressions and decided to ease their fears.
"Your senpais and I personally choose the best routes in the city to make sure you guys are still safe. And if you ever need some one-on-one time to get the moves down, that's what we're here for. Alright, meeting adjourned. Have a great first week, and welcome to Gakko High!"
The club began to disperse and go their separate ways. While Sora was gathering up his belongings, two first years approached him.
"Uh...Ginrei-Senpai?"
"No no no, it's 'Sora-Senpai' none of that Ginrei stuff. What's up guys?"
"We just wanted to know...who that guy was." the first year pointed to Saito, who was still busy flipping and jumping around the park.
"That's Kurosaki Saito," he explained. "He's a bit quiet and rough around the edges, but he's a good guy. And a really good freerunner. You could definitely learn some things from watching him."
After his last jump, Saito could feel himself getting hungry. Looking at his watch, he saw that the club meeting should've been over. He walked over to the bench and gathered his belongings before heading home.
"Hey, Saito!" Sora called out to him. "Are you heading home? Want me to tag along?"
The raven-haired student didn't acknowledge Sora and continued to walk on his own.
"Alright, see you later then!" he replied, still ever so cheerful.
"Are you friends with him, Senpai?"
"Yeah, of course! We've been friends since we were kids."
"He doesn't seem very friendly. Kind of a jerk, if you ask me."
"He's just going through some tough stuff. I'm telling you, he's not bad at all."
Sora walked with the first years back to the school, stealing a glance at Saito as he walked home alone. Again.
Yeah...just going through some tough stuff...

"The entire point of me moving back here to Japan was to disappear off their radar. Sending those two here and having me do what you just had me do, is not helping me attain a low profile." Saiyori sighed, annoyed, into her cell phone as she took a seat on her black leather sofa.
It was late into the evening and Saiyori looked to have just come home from somewhere, wearing a thick leather jacket, a pair of tight blue jeans, and a white tank top. A pair of black leather glove lay on the wooden coffee table before her, having just been thrown down moments before the call she was currently taking. Two men sat on the matching sofa across from her, both quiet and looking as if they had just been scolded for something earlier.
"You say this is a one time thing. I have a hard time believing you with the proof staring back at me. There is no way you sent me these two for protection only, and I-" She stopped as she was cut off by the person on the other end of the line. She bit her lower lip slightly as to keep herself from saying something she might regret as she lightened obediently. her eyes narrowed slightly upon hearing this persons request." Pardon? You what?"
Saiyori leaned back into the sofa and left out a long drawn out breath as the person reiterated their demand.
"That's some ultimatum...and if I refuse?" Her brows furrowed slightly upon hearing the punishment for not picking and obeying one of the two options. "So be it. I'll play your game." She said simply and hung up.
Life in Japan wasn't going to be as easy as she had hoped it would be.
Her eyes landed upon the two men sitting before her. Abit unsure as to what to do with them.
"For now, introduce yourselves as friends of the family. You two can stay here until you find your own apartment." The two men smiled. Saiyori merely got up and made her way into her bedroom, looking to turn in for the night.
Some first day of school this turned out to be.

As the evening sky blanketed itself over the city, the Takada siblings had just returned home.
"Hey, we're back!" Yusei announced as he walked through the door.
"Welcome home, Darlings." said a voice from the kitchen. As the siblings removed their shoes and stepped inside their home, a woman appeared in the kitchen doorway. She had cerulean-colored hair and deep eyes of sapphire. She smiled brightly as she went to hug her children.
"And how was everyone's first day?" she asked sweetly.
"Aw, Mom. Do you hafta give me hug every time I come home?" Yusei groaned. "I'm 16, ya know."
The woman pulled back from her oldest child and gave him a smirk.
"Yes, I know. But I still remember the cute little boy who didn't want to leave my side to go to school."
Saiya giggled while her brother just blushed and grumbled on the way to kitchen.
"My first day was great, Mom." Saiya replied. "I got to meet some new students, and we have all of these facilities and things at school."
"That's wonderful, Sweetheart. Have you thought about any extracurricular activities?"
"Not yet. Yusei-nii showed me the Kendo club though. He can't wait to compete."
"Yeah! It's gonna be so sweet!" he chimed in. "Is Dad home yet?"
"He should be coming in shortly. About an hour or so." she answered. "Are you guys ready for dinner?"
"Yeah, I'm famished." Saiya answered.
"Starving."
"Go wash up and set the table. I'll bring out the meal." She instructed. The siblings did as their mother asked and sat down to a great-tasting dinner. Their mother was always a fabulous cook. Soon the door opened again as their father had returned home from work. After sharing a kiss with his wife, to the siblings disgust, he joined his family at the table and listened to everyone's day. After dinner, the siblings handled their chores and studies before ultimately turning in for the night. ------------ Saito walked up the steps to his house and dug through his pocket for the keys. Once he found them, he opened the door and stepped inside. Due to how quiet his home usually was, he saw no point in announcing his arrival. As he took off his shoes, he was suddenly ambushed and was given a heavy squeeze.
"Ahhh! Who the hell?!"
"Welcome home, Saito-kun!!!!"
The voice of the one hugging him was very feminine and cheery. Saito looked down and recognize who was giving him this unexpected homecoming. He sighed and shook his head.
"Hello, Satsuki Nee-chan." he said in a flat tone. The woman smiled and released him from her killer embrace. The woman, who looked like she just came from a business meeting, had black hair and deep brown eyes. Saito continued toward the living room while the woman followed him.
"I take it you had a good first day?" she asked.
"Yeah, it wasn't too bad. Had to deal with that idiot Toya, tough."
"You didn't get in a fight, did you?"
"No. Even if I wanted to clock him, Aoba stopped me."
"Thank your lucky stars, right? Those Ginrei brothers always seem to have your back."
"Yeah yeah. How was work?" he asked.
"Everything was fine at the office. Had a couple of meetings, financial planning, stock information. Ya know, business stuff. I made dinner for the week, all you have to do is heat it up in the microwave."
"I see. Thanks."
"You know....you don't have to live here all alone. Keiji and I would be more than willing to take you in."
"I know, Satsuki Nee-chan. But I like having my own space. Gives me time to think."
The woman sighed at his answer. This wasn't the first time they had this conversation, but the answer never changed. At first, Saito was vehemently opposed to living with his cousin and her husband. Over time, his answer and responses became less venomous but the change in his emotion didn't ease her worries. She thought that his parents' death might've finally been taking a toll on him.
"Okay, Saito. Well, if you change your mind just call. I've gotta get going. Don't need any help with your homework?"
"I got it. I'm in the top ten of my class, remember?"
"Right. I'll see you later."
She waited for a response back, but Saito had went upstairs to the bathroom. She sighed heavily as she placed on her heels and headed out the door.
"Love you too, Baka."

-Five years late, yeah, I know.-
Soren found himself surrounded by questions after his conversation with Saiyori. After taking a moment to compose himself he stated that they weren’t a couple and he really wasn’t sure how he had mustered up the courage to talk to her. That gave him a moment of pause, how had he built up the courage. Girls had always been difficult for him, well approaching them was difficult. He was always kind when they approached him for whatever reason or when he had a reason to talk to them, but he wasn’t good at starting conversations with girls for no reason. It just made him really nervous.
But her tone, even if she had done her best to hide it, he had annoyed her. “Idiot.” he thought. “I should’ve just left it alone.” Pushing his way out of the small crowd of guys that had surrounded him he intended to catch up to her and apologize, and promptly leave her alone. Why was he like this? Why could he write conversations that flowed smoothly and not be able to interact normally in some situations of the real world? And what had made him more confident...? That question plagued him as he made his way back to class, only to find that Saiyori wasn’t there. Assuming she went to the bathroom or something he decided just to spend the rest of lunch break in class, catching up with some of his classmates and waiting for Saiyori to return so he could apologize.
Break ended not long after but Saiyori had come in just before the bell. Even though he only wanted to apologize he froze up, and that hesitation cost him his opportunity, not to mention she looked ever so slightly upset. It seemed he wasn’t the only one to notice either, teacher and student alike realized it. He decided not to push his luck, there was always tomorrow.
The rest of the day passed normally and slowly for both Soren and Seriana. It seemed that third and first years got off easy, with no homework at all on the first day. Fourth year students didn’t have it too bad, only a couple classes were given assignments. Normally Soren would finish his homework either during breaks between classes or shortly after getting home but this year he didn’t have the luxury of actually doing homework at home so he made sure to get all that he could done during breaks and classes that he excelled at. Tonight was the start of his job after all. Seriana on the other hand had a fairly stress free day. It was great to see her friends again, especially Aya and Kairi. Every so often though, her thoughts would shift to her brother. He was under so much pressure. “School, work, bills, and a loan shark to deal with... dad really had messed up.” Thinking of her father made her eyes glisten momentarily before she forced the feelings back down. “Save them for the stage.”, she thought. If only her powers worked on herself.
As the bell rang both siblings gathered their things and headed out of their classrooms. Soren checked his phone, he had just enough time to walk to work and sneak a quick meal in. Seriana said goodbye to Aya as she headed off to track and walked with Kairi until she mentioned Soren. Quickly departing she move quickly to the front courtyard, calling out for her brother when she saw him. Soren turned and smiled at his little sister. “Couldn’t let me leave without saying goodbye?” When she saw him her heart sank. She wanted so badly to help, so badly to not feel like she was letting him down. Tears sprung to her eyes yet again and she hugged him. “I’m so sorry. You shouldn’t have to do this alone.” She sniffed and he put his arms around her. “I’m not alone. I have you and mom. Just let me deal with the money problems, you focus on taking care of mom. Her military pension from America is enough for you two but you know you’d never be able to pay the debt. It’s my job to protect and provide for you now, and I will.” He took her shoulders and smiled at her. “Everything will be alright.” Seriana sniffed again as she wiped the tears from her eyes. “Ok. But if there’s anything I can do promise me you’ll tell me.” Soren smiled softly. He was happy with how close they had become, tragedy has a way of making you see what’s important. “I promise. Now I need to go so I’m not late and you need to sign up for theatre. So go on, I’ll be fine.” After one last hug the siblings parted.
Seriana headed back to school to the theatre club and approached a fourth year student and head of the club, Hina Mizoko. Hina was a talented actress and was rumored to already have been talking to some scouts for some very prestigious stage plays. She waved to Seriana as she entered the room. “Seri, good to see you! I had your name on the list already but I’m still glad you showed up, I can’t wait to see how you’ll improve this year. We won’t be doing anything big today, I’ll just be showing the new blood around and introducing them to the schedule, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays like last year. We’ll really start tomorrow so you can head home tonight if you like.” Seriana was relieved to hear that. She loved the club but she wasn’t in the right frame of mind nor was she feeling like her normal self. “Sure, see you tomorrow then. It was great to see you again Hina.” She gave a small wave as she exited the room and made her way through the halls. She started her walk home, only a few blocks, but she seemed quite different from the girl that had walked those blocks that morning. Getting home she opened the door and a waft of wonderus odors hit her. “Mom, whatcha cooking?” Seriana’s mother came out of the kitchen and into their living room. She was in her mid fourties with a very slender build and had dark hair and eyes. They had a tiny apartment consisting of those rooms, two small bedrooms, and a tiny bathroom. For them though, that was enough. Her mother leaned against her cane. It still made Seriana sad to see her using it, but at least she wasn’t bed ridden anymore. “Oh just some Soba bowls, nothing fancy. How was your first day?” Seriana smiled a little. “It was nice, I loved seeing my friends again and making some new ones. I joined the theatre club again so I’ll be home late Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays ok?” “Of course, you do what you love. How was Soren?” Seriana put on a smile. Her mother had no idea why he really left. The shark had come to him right after their father died. He claimed to be an understanding man, that Soren would need a little time to find a job before he could make payments. So the shark gave him a few months before he had to make a payment, after all it would be a shame if the rest of our family joined father. Soren had told her what was going on but with their mother’s health he thought the news could make her worse. So Seriana promised to keep it a secret. “He’s fine, excited to have his apartment and to start his job tonight.” Her mother chuckled to herself. “I guess he’s ready to be independent. At least he still calls to say hello, I just got off the phone with him actually.” She headed back into the kitchen and Seriana headed to her room to change. The rest of her night went quickly and she soon found herself retiring for the night.
Soren on the other hand had quite a bit left to do. After making it to the market he changed into the staff uniform and proceeded to learn all the ins and outs of his job. It wasn’t terribly difficult to comprehend, just unload trucks and stock shelves. Regardless of how mind numbing it was Soren did his best to learn quickly and work effectively. He needed this job and was grateful for the opportunity. If he was extremely conservative with his paychecks he could have the loan paid off a couple months after graduation, sooner if he could pick up overtime, as long as the interest didn’t skyrocket. He tried to put those thoughts out of his mind, there wasn’t anything he could do now but play their game.
Instead he thought about the events of the day, how nice it was to see his friends again. He meant to say hi to Kairi but he had forgotten with all that had happened. They’d been friends for a while and he wanted to see how she had been doing since she had gotten sick. But no matter what subject he was on his thoughts always drifted back to Saiyori. What the heck had made him so confident during lunch? The thought plagued him through the night. Eventually his shift ended and he clocked out, saying goodbye to his boss and thanking him again for the job. As he walked home, a seven block walk and a block from his mother and sister’s apartment, he thought back to his conversation with Seriana. Maybe the clarity from their father’s passing had effected him more than he realized. He thought it was rude that Saiyori had been surrounded at lunch the first day she’d been back. How did the girls not think that she may want to eat in peace, not surrounded by gossip and questions. It just, bugged him. That’s why he thought to act. But he messed up, a girl like her can handle herself. Stupid.
Morning came and the sibling got ready for school. Seriana met up with her brother just like before, noticing that he seemed a little tired. “Are you ok Soren?” “I’m fine, just a little tired from work but I’ll get used to it. Don’t worry about me.” She glared at him. “You better get used to it because even if you tell me not to I’ll still worry when you seem off.” The rest of the walk was filled with chitchat about the coming year and when they made to to the gates Soren motioned for his sister to continue. “What’re you waiting for?”, she asked. “I just need to talk to someone real quick.” She smirked at him. “I’m sure you do.”, she teased as she looked for her friends.
Soren waited inside the gate, keeping an eye out for Saiyori. When he saw her he walked up to her. “Hey Saiyori, look I want to apologize about lunch yesterday. I guess I just thought that it wasrude that you had been surrounded at lunch your first day back, that you may want to eat in peace, not surrounded by gossip and questions. It just bugged me, but I shouldn’t have been that blunt. I mean come on, a girl like you can handle yourself and I should’ve remembered that.” He gave a slight bow. “So I’m sorry.”

After being driven home by the concerned teacher, Kairi walked into the living room to find her uncle hanging up the phone while mumbling something under his breath. He then turned around. "Hey, kiddo," he said with a smile. "How was school?" "It was great!" Kairi grinned. "I got the same classes as Seri and Aya. I.. Didn't get to see Soren, though." Glen saw the disappointment in his niece's eyes. Walking over to her, he wrapped his arm around her shoulder. "I'm sure he just got busy." The girl smiled softly as the two made their way to the kitchen. Kairi sat down at the table, looking over at the manga he's been working on for about month now while he fixed their plates. She pointed out a small error in his kanji as he placed the dishes on the table. Slightly embarrassed, Glen corrected the error before kissing Kairi on the head. The girl smiled and breathed in the delicious aroma of the grilled chicken with rice and broccoli. One of her favorite meals that was also light on her stomach. They soon dug in before getting back to work on homework and manga, helping each other when they needed it. <><><>*<><><> The first one to greet Gwen was her little brother, Abel. At 11 years of age, the boy was brilliant and full of energy, despite their parents teachings. Abel knew how to be professional when needed, but otherwise didn't care if having fun was improper and tried to draw his sister out of her shell. Gwen ruffled up his hair after the tight embrace, before a stern female voice sounded from further in the mansion. The girl sighed and steeled herself for the lectures. Stepping into the large, room decorated in gorgeous tapestries, paintings and fine designer furniture - All a mix of new and antique- Gwen stood straight with her arms folded behind her back. "You wished to see me, maman?" The girl asked, staring at the silhouette bathed in the evening sun shining through the 6 foot tall window. "Have your père and I told you not to talk to that boy?" came the response. Gwen rolled her eyes. Here we go again with this. She thought. Her parents never liked Daisuke. All they saw was a clumsy boy with no money and they didn't want their precious doll to be seen with someone of middle class. The rich should only stay with the rich. "Oui. But, Daisuke has been my best friend since we moved here." The woman turned towards her daughter with a cold expression. "Perhaps it's time for youto make friends with someone of your own class." "Why? So I can grow up to be miserable like you?" Gwen mumbled to herself before speaking up. "No one is aware of the family name at school. I quite like it that way. No one's faking. Despite Daisuke 'smudging up' the image you and papa try to keep, he is a lot like Abel." Ginny's face turned red with anger as she moved closer to the girl, towering over her. "Don't you dare compare that rat to your brother!" Gwen's eyes grew colder but her expression remained emotionless as static started filling the air from the electricity building in her hands that she kept behind her back. "Don't you dare call him a rat." Ginny raised her hand to slap the girl and Gwen was prepared to release her powers just as the double doors to the room opened, breaking the tention. "I'm sorry, mesdame," said Alfonse, standing inthe doorway. "But, it's time for miss Guenwyver's studies. I know how important that is." The woman looked at the young man and regained her composure. then returned to the window. "End it, Guenwyver. Or you'll be taking the first flight to France and enrolled into the boardinschool I went to." Gwen glared at her mother for a moment before walking out of the room and Alfonse closed the doors. Sensing she needed comfort, the young man hugged her. "I'm sorry, Gwen.." "I'm going to bed." Gwen's tone was a mix of anger, regret and sorrow as she pulled away with her head down. "Good night, Al." The girl disappeared up the grand stairway and into her bedroom where she screamed into her pillow, sending enough current to cause the ceiling light to flicker.

It had been some time since Isamu had practiced her sport with a live opponent, let alone engaging in jigeiko with an upperclassman. She was certain that both Ginrei-sempai and Okita-sensei cooked this up on a whim and she was both extremely grateful and annoyed. It was a miasma of thoughts and feelings that drove her a little mad. Within the sparring match, Isamu decided to take the role of the lesser of the competing pair and initiated the attack. Let Ginrei dictate the match she thought to herself. In that moment she became unsure of herself, relying on her sparring partner to snap her back into line. As they danced in a whirlwind of attacks and counters, Isamu's extraneous thoughts began to melt away. Only the match mattered. She was living in the moment and it was oddly liberating. The Men strike that concluded the match was a surprise. She wasn't sure if it was a generous gesture on Aoba's part or if she had overstepped her role again. She will know soon enough as the season progressed. Peeling off her Men, Isamu bowed to both her opponent and to her sensei. Sweat gently glistened on her brow; she had fought hard and left almost nothing back. If the match was a release of sorts, the aftermath came with nothing but self criticism. Another futile attempt to control what cannot be changed.
The girl had now realized that there were cheers coming from another part of the dojo. Now the gears of thought clicked into place. She subtly grinned to herself, finally understanding the motive. The small swell of current and prospective club members dispersed quickly, seeking to greet the sparring pair and their sensei. Some came to complement her on her victory, others asked eloquent questions about technique and discipline. But most were crowding around Ginrei and Okita. She was thankful for they way it worked out. Although typically friendly and outgoing, Isamu found crowds of even small amounts of people distressing. For the life of her she could not think of why that came to be.
Once the buzz of the demonstration had died down, Isamu got the practice schedule and also got her cleaning assignment for the dojo. Looks like luck wasn't on her side: She was on floor duty on the first day of school. Damn. Don't think I'll be able to catch Jacob at practice. Perhaps it's for the best. For a moment the thought bothered her, she was running again. It was dismissed for now, there were more productive things to be doing with her time.
Having long since changed clothes, Isamu set to hand polishing the floor to a warm gleam, streaming her cloth across the length of the dojo, like she had done countless times before.
Isamu's back ached after spending a good amount of time with the floor. Stretching herself straight, the girl exited the dojo and made her way to the locker to change shoes and head out for the night. She stopped at the Conbini on the way home and picked up some food to cook for the evening. Tomorrow was a new day and she hoped for a night that was quiet and peaceful..

Jacob followed the boy through the halls and did his best to try and map the school out. It was a huge campus, probably one of the nicest high school he's ever attended. He looked down at the boy and wondered what even would he run in track. He was kind of small so Jacob's first thought was he must be a distance runner. Daisuke was so excited that his new Senpai was doing track, but the more they walked the more her noticed that the little he knew.
Daisuke: So Senpai....I've never seen you before. Are you new in town? Jacob: I am, I just moved to Japan this past weekend. Daisuke: Really? Where from? Jacob: L.A. Daisuke: You're from the US!? Did you here that Gwen- Gwen?
It was at that moment Daisuke realized that Gwen was no longer around them. He started having a mini freak out. Did those upperclassmen come back at grab her? If they did, what would they do to her. He knew she was tough but who knows the type of things that could happen. Jacob noticed the boy and could help but to think, this kid is a bit of a spas.
Jacob: Are you looking for your friend? She left not to long after we started walking. I think she got a text or something.
When Daisuke heard that he looked down a bit.
Daisuke: Oh....I see.
Daisuke knew that if Gwen got a text it was probably from her mom. Her mom has always been strict on her and even he can't tell if her parents like him or not. He figures they can't hate him since she still is allowed to hang out with him.....sometimes. But at least he knows she is safe. He was about to thank his senpai but it was at this moment he realized that he didn't know his name. They had completely skipped introductions.
Daisuke : By the way, my name is Daisuke. Daisuke Koizumi. Jacob: Jacob, Jacob Black. Nice to meet you.
Soooo cool. Daisuke thought his name and the way he said it, made him sound like one of those super spies. He felt so lucky.
-----------------------------------
Aya smiled and talked to the StreetSwift members for a while before they left. She really wished Sora would just do the paperwork to make them an official club. During there chat she even told him this time she would try and put in a good word for them as long as they followed the basic school club rules, not trespass, stay out of trouble. Only time will tell if he will take her up on her offer. As time went by the members of the track team showed up. They all did there warm-up lap and stretches. Right before they were about to get started she noticed two people walking up. It was Jacob and a certain cute little boy.
Daisuke: Sorry we running late. I was showing Jacob Senpai how to get here. Jacob: Yea....and we ran into some bullies on the way here.
Aya smiled at them. She was originally going to run Jacob to death for being late, but she knew the cute boy wouldn't lie for a strangers sake, and that Jacob wasn't the type to bully suck a small kid.
Aya: Well it can't be helped. I just glad both of you made it. Ok everyone gather around. I want to introduce two new members that I think can help us get all the way to nationals this year. The tall handsome man here is Jacob Black, he's one of the America's top jumpers. He placed top 5 nationals in the High, Long and Triple Jump. He is also my cousin. And the cute little boy is Daisuke Koizumi. For those that don't know, he's the faster kid in Japan to come out of Middle School. He shattered my 100 and 200 meter dash records. Please treat them well.
The whole track team erupted in cheer. They couldn't believe that they had gotten such talent out of the blue like that. They weren't the only one's stunned though. Jacob and Daisuke couldn't believe what they just heard. For Daisuke, not only was his new senpai cool, kind and a track star, but also Aya's cousin. It was like a dream come true. And for Jacob, he was almost positive the Daisuke was a distance running. For him to be so small but have Aya's speed, it blew his mind.
Practice went well and the team saw just how good their two new Aces were. They both lived up to the hype. All throughout practice though Jacob would look up to see if Isamu had made it. He never saw her. It made him a little hurt, but not to much, I mean they did just meet. Plus he figured probably the guardian of hers ended up pissing her off again. Aya noticed him constantly looking up and smirked. She would tease him for that later.
Aya: Already! Great practice today, see you guys tomorrow!

Morning came with a headache for Gwen after spending most of the night crying in frustration and anger while forcing herself to study. Getting cleaned up and ready for school, the girl's reflection revealed exactly how she felt. Exhaustion displayed on her delicate face like a heavy mask with dark eyes, slightly puffy from the tears. After a quick, half-hearted shower, Gwen made her way down stairs and into the kitchen where the servants already set the table for breakfast. Abel was sitting and eating his meal when he saw his sister walk in. "Morning, Gwen!" he said, grinning. Gwen mentally flinched at how cheerful he was. But, that's why she loved him so much. She felt Abel and Alfons were the only two that wanted her happy. "Good morning, petit frère." The girl forced a smile and kissed his forehead before sitting down to eat. The breakfast table was quiet with their parents gone to work. This was common. They were hardly ever home, yet always ruled their children's lives. The thought made Gwen even angrier. Throughout the drive to school, she was quiet. Staring out the window. Alfons was talking to her, but she didn't hear. Not until.. "Guenwyver!" Gwen shot the driver a death glare. She hated being called that and he knew it. Alfons continued now that he had her attention. "You know, you should see if you can join a club. Give you a few hours away from home." He watched her closely in the mirror as she sat in the back seat, hoping she'll get a hint. He saw her slowly nod and returned her gaze to the window. He soon pulled over a block away from school like always and got out, opening the back door for her to get out . Once she climbed out. He gently squeezed her shoulder. "Everything will be alright, Gwen." She nodded in silence and walked to school. Once there, the girl kept her head down, ignoring any and all who attempted to talk to her. When she heard Daisuke's voice, she stiffened up and walked faster. An "I'm sorry" was all she could say without her voice betraying her emotions. Gwen caught the pained expression on the boy's face and it broke her heart. Their first class was beyond painful. She knew she had hurt her best friend. How was she going to explain? He'd want to know why her parents didn't like him and what would he do if she told him she's rich? The entire situation sucked! Gwen dug her nails into the desk before her body jerked with a sob. Standing quickly, she asked permission to leave. The teacher granted it and she hurried out of the room, ran down the hall to the restrooms and locked herself in a stall where she finally broke down. <><><>*<><><> Kairi awoke, feeling great. Well enough to eat cereal for breakfast. She hugged her uncle from behind as he finished up the latest chapter of his manga. He just has to turn it in today. Glen handed it to the girl to read through it while she ate. Kairi loved it! She always did love his stories. After breakfast Glen called to her as she was about to leave for school, holding an envelope in his hand. "Give this to Soren when you see him. In case he's still needing a job or if he has one, that should do him until his paycheck." The girl looked at the envelope and smirked back at the man. "You know he's not going to take this." "I know. But, you'll find a way. Maybe finally telling him about your crush?" Glen waved his eyebrow to further drive his hint then laughed as his niece playfully punched him in the arm, lightly blushing. "Oh! Tell him, he'll get the first copy once I get it printed. The girls too if they would like." Kairi nodded and hugged him before heading to the door. The walk to school was peaceful. Looking at the envelope, Kairi reached into her school bag for her wallet, pen and paper. She was soon scribbling a note with a playful grin, feeling like when they first started this little game of theirs. Hopefully, he'd remember. Slipping the note and a bit of her own money inside the envelope just as she reached the gate and saw Soren speaking to Saiyori. The girl just shook her head. He was always fasinated with her which was why Kairi never acted on her feelings for him. Happy enough to have him as one of her best friends. The girl stood, awaiting patiently for their conversation to end.

By the end of practice Daisuke was both mentally and physically exhausted. The kid only had one gear when he ran on the track, and that was 100% regardless if it's practice or not. The mental part was because almost all the girls on the track team were fawning over him, telling him how cute he was and how they wanted him as their little brother, ect. He never handle those situations good, and Gwen was always there to help him out. In middle school, she rarely missed a practice and never miss track meet, so she was always there as his support. Lucky for him Aya was there to make sure the girl focus went back to practice and less on him. She truly was like a goddess to him. But he was more impressed with Jacob. He had never seen someone jump so high or so long in his life. To be able to run on the same team as these two cousins is a once in a lifetime thing. At the moment Jacob came by and handed the boy a water bottle.
Daisuke: Jacob senpai, You really are amazing! Jacob: You think so? Daisuke *Nods head* Yep. And I had no idea you were related to Mizuki senpai. Jacob: I take it you know Aya? Daisuke: Well yes....and no. *Blushes* I....ran into her....a few times....But *serious look* She has always been my idol, and I always wanted to run on her team.....and maybe....catch up to her.....
Jacob could see just how much this kid looked up to Aya and it brought a small smile to his face. He knew how Aya really is and always thought "Aya Senpai" was just an act she likes to put on, but after actually send a whole school day and hear everyone's reaction to his cousin, maybe it's not as much as an act as he thinks. Maybe this is also Aya's true personality as well.
Jacob: I see. Well keep up the hard work and you just might. *Ruffles Daisuke's hair* Daisuke: *Smiles* Yes sir!
After that, the two boys headed to the locker room and got changed.
---------------------------------
The walk back for Aya and Jacob were uneventful. She stayed "Aya Senpai" the whole way home, just in case any one was around. When they got home Aya's dad was still at work. Jacob was about to head upstairs to start on his homework until he heard Aya snickering. And like a quote from one of his favorite movies 'And...here....we....go...'
Aya: You had a decent practice....but your main attention seemed to be elsewhere. Hoping to see somebody? *Smirk* Jacob: Of course not, who would I, the new guy, hope to see anyone at practice? Aya: Oh I don't know....maybe a certain girl you had lunch with on the roof? Jacob: *shook head* We had lunch, big deal. Doesn't mean anything. Aya: The look on your face at practice said differently. You looked like a lost puppy waiting for his owner to show. Jacob: --_--………. Aya: Or maybe...*she than began to hug herself, mocking a lover's embrace* you wanted her to watch you practice, making her all hot and bothered and then run up to you afterwards, embracing you while you two gaze deeply into each other's eyes and profess your love. "Isumu kiss me" *she then squealed* Jacob: --__--….And on that note, I'm going upstairs. Aya: Oh and FYI, I don't think she's had a boyfriend yet, so you might have to take the lead. Jacob: Your being ridiculous. Aya: Next time take off your shirt, that get her in the mood.
Jacob then shut the door to his room so he didn't have the listen to Aya anymore. Just when he thought he was starting to see a new side of Aya and change his opinion on her, the moment they step inside the house, "True Aya" is back. He just decided to work on homework for the time being. Since he's starting a new here, he kind needed to actually do and turn in his homework now. After an hour or so he finished his homework and Uncle Hayete was home from work. He heard his uncle call up to him letting him know dinner was ready. He headed downstairs and saw both his uncle and Aya sitting at the table waiting on him to eat. They all sat down and started eating. He still had to admit, Aya was a hell of a cook. It must be a family secrete because it has a similar taste to his mom's.
Hayete: So....how was you first day? Jacob: It was good. Aya: Jacob has himself a girlfriend Jacob: Aya! Hayete: That's great news! I can't wait to tell you mother. Lily will be so proud. Jacob: Unc….it's not like that. Hayete: No reason to be shy kiddo. Aya: Yea, no reason. Just next time give her a goodbye kiss at least. Hayete: Jacob....did you forget to do that? Jacob: No Unc. I mean, no I don't have a girlfriend. Just a new friend. Aya: Yes, but she's a girl soooo.....girlfriend. Hayete:: Aya does have a point Jacob. Jacob: --__--……..and with that, I'm done eating. Night guys. *gets up and walks away*
After Jacob left the room Aya and her farther looked at each other, smirked and then laughed silently to themselves. All jokes aside they both smiled because they could both see a positive change in Jacob's new life there and that's all that mattered to them both. After they finished eating Hayete agreed to clean up since Aya cooked and she headed upstairs for bed. Before she reach her room she passed Jacob's and knocked on it. He came and opened it to see a smiling Aya, but he still had a bit of a blank face.
Jacob: Are you done? Aya: *giggles* Yea for now. Just glad things around working out for you, and I mean that. *smile* Jacob: *smiles back* Yea....me too. Aya: Well get some rest, another great day awaits tomorrow. Jacob: Right you are there. Aya: *Starts walking away but stops* Oh yea, I'm pretty sure Isumu's still a virgin so make sure you don't- Jacob: *Shuts door* GOODNIGHT AYA!
----------------------------------------
Daisuke saw his two idols walk off as he waved to them. He the proceeded on his way home. Walking by himself was a bit lonely but he was still on a high from practice. He couldn't wait to tell Gwen then next time he got the chance. He tried to call her cell but there was no answer. It worried him a bit that she didn't even txt him back but there really wasn't anything he could do about it. Once he made it home he saw that his mom was home. He rushed into his house ran to the kitchen before slipping and falling onto the floor.
Daisuke: Ow.....Hi mom! *Smiles* Hitomi: Oh sweetie, *runs to him and helps him up*...you have to be more careful in the house. Daisuke: Ok ^_^ Hitomi: Someone's all smiles today. Tell me all about it. *Smiles*
While they sat down to eat dinner, Daisuke told his mom all about his exciting first day at high school. He made sure not to leave out a single detail. His mom's reactions where priceless. From facepalming him colliding with multiply girls, to jumping up in excitement when she heard that he made the track team.
Hitomi: I'm proud of you! I know you worked so hard and I'll do what I can to make it to the first meet. Daisuke: It's ok if you don't make it mom, I know how busy you are. Hitomi: Oh son....*tears up a bit*….I know you do....but I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I couldn't make it. I'll just shift some bills around so I can miss on day.
Daisuke knew his mom worked extra hard to keep the two of them afloat. Hitomi has been raising little Daisuke his whole life by herself and working sometimes multiple jobs so he can live a happy life. She wished for nothing but the best from her son. That's why hearing the part about his day where Gwen left hurt her a lil bit. She's knows all about the Bonnet family, mainly because she works for them. Unfortunately she's near the bottom of the totem pole so she knows they don't want their daughter around her son. They once threaten to fire her until the realize even though she is low in the company, she does work that is vital to them so they simple made it hard for the two of them to spend time together. It was another reason she works as hard as she does. If she moves up in the company, maybe they won't look down upon their family and her son could be happy. She hugged her son and kissed his forehead
Hitomi: Everything will be alright. I promise...
Daisuke then went upstairs to do his homework. He constantly checked his phone to see if Gwen had replied to him but she neve did. He really hoped she was ok.
As the sun came up Daisuke checked his phone again to see if Gwen tried to get in contact with him. Nothing. Now he was extremely worried. This was not like Gwen at all. He feared for today. As he approached the school he saw Gwen. He called out to his friend but all he heard was her say "I'm sorry" and walked away. His heart dropped and so did his head. What did he do? Did she hate him now? Is it her parents? He just didn't know. This put the kid in almost like a trance. He was just going through the motions. His eye's didn't even light up when he spoke to Jacob and Aya. He just kinda mopped to class. I class he couldn't even pay attention. He looked over to Gwen and was about to say something but she looked at him and then asked to be excused. After she ran out the room, he sunk into his desk. Heartbroken. ----------------------------------------
The day rose and Jacob hopped out of bed. He quickly got dressed and went down stair to get a piece of toast. Aya was already up and made bento boxes for the three of them,
Aya: Morning sleepy head. Jacob: Morning. Aya: Sweet dreams about Isumu? Jacob: Give it a rest Aya....
The two of them said goodbye to Hayete and left for school. It was sure to be an eventful day. On there way to school they both witness something bazar. Daisuke's friend just left him.
Jacob: That can't be good Aya: Oh dear.....
The both walked up to the poor boy to try and console him.
Jacob: Everything ok champ? Daisuke: *depressed face* Everything's.....fine....senpai Aya: Is there anything we can do to help? Daisuke: Everything's…..fine....senpai *walks to class*
Jacob and Aya were both worried about Daisuke. That didn't look good whatever it was and it worried them both what that could do to the psyche of the young boy. They knew they needed to make sure he was ok, but they also knew they needed to give him some time. Jacob went and headed to class and Aya went over to talk with Seriana.
Aya: Hey Seriana, how are things going with you this morning?
In the class room, Jacob made his way over to his seat. He's not use to being one of the first one's in class but he really didn't know too many people. He sat down after giving a few fist bumps to classmates that are on the track team. Now the next question is....how does he face Isumu? Like they're not a thing, so doesn't have to show up to watch practice, but she said she would...Did she blow him off? Maybe. Or could have been that guardian….well he would soon find out as he saw he enter the classroom.

The way home from the conbini was a quick couple of blocks, but it seemed Isamu’s inner reflections on her first day back to school gave little notice to the passage of time. Meeting Jacob, all the text messages from Braddock, Okita-sensei and joining kendo. After weighing all the pros and cons, Isamu thought it was a good day despite her guardian’s interference. It felt good to be a normal student again. When she arrived at the front gate of her apartment building, the skies had darkened and the lights had flickered to life abruptly as she touched the gate. Not only did it give her a startle but it also snapped her out of her line of thinking. With a lazy sigh, Isamu opened the gate and headed inside.
The apartment complex she lived in consisted of mostly high school and college students and was supervised by the resident landlord. Mrs Yoshida was a recent retiree who bought the building a few years back. She functioned mostly like a house mother for the residents of the building. At least once a week all the residents would gather at someone’s apartment for a potluck or just to socialize. Today was not one of those evenings. Isamu was glad for it, last week’s little gathering got a little raucous once alcohol was introduced. Isamu didn’t drink herself, so she made a hasty exit once everyone’s cheeks got rosy.
Having entered her apartment, Isamu tossed her keys in a little dish by the door. She kicked off her shoes in the stoop and made a line directly for the kitchen, turning on the lights as she passed. The apartment itself was a smaller place which made it a lot easier to clean. Isamu wasn’t exactly a neat freak, but her apartment on the whole was organized and passable by most standards. Pulling out what she needed to start dinner, the girl set to work. It wasn’t long before the meal was complete, nothing more than a simple beef bowl now that the weather was finally cooling most nights. Isamu sprawled herself on the small couch and turned on the TV, grabbing dexterous bites of her dinner with her chopsticks.
“So, how was your first day?” The uninvited voice startled Isamu out of her skin and she had to fight off the reflex of chucking the bowl in her hands in the voice’s direction behind her. Braddock’s tone was not mocking nor sarcastic. He seemed generally interested in what Isamu had to say. “Does the idea of PRIVACY mean anything to you? Holy hell, you scared me half to death!” Now Isamu wished she hadn’t resisted the urge to throw her beef bowl. “Why can’t you just leave me alone? It’s kind of hard to miss someone if they won’t go the hell away.” The venom in Isamu’s voice was prevalent from the start and she was using every technique she could think of to not toss a fireball in his scarred face. She placed the uneaten food on the coffee table and marched right up to Braddock. Staring him down with narrowed eyes. The air surrounding Isamu was warm and shimmered in the apartment’s lighting.
Braddock did not react, only blinking slowly and giving her a series of slight nods of sympathy. “I’m sorry.. I know I’m overstepping the boundaries we agreed to but with an abrupt change to your schedule and the introduction of a new situation, I thought that-“ Isamu puckered her lips in disdain before cutting him off. “Don’t treat me with kid gloves! I won’t break! I will adapt to this situation and I will overcome my issues. It’s not going to happen overnight. Don’t be so goddamn quick to think the worst of me!” Isamu’s anger slowly escalated to rage with each word she uttered and before long she took a swing to slap Braddock. The man easily saw it coming and grabbed hold of her wrist, keeping her in his tight grip. Braddock breathed deeply and closed his eyes, trusting that Isamu would not lash out anymore. Braddock began to gently drain off her power, hoping to prevent any further outbursts. After a bit of time, Isamu’s anger waned to the point of annoyance. The shimmering heat that danced around he girls’ body also disappeared. Braddock let Isamu go and nodded once again. In a dismissive tone, Isamu turned on her heals and casually waved her hand as she plopped herself back on the couch and resumed eating. “Just get out. If you insist on popping by unannounced, at least freaking knock.” Satisfied with Isamu’s response, Braddock left her apartment and headed off to the bar.
The rest of the night was uneventful and Isamu slept well. In the morning, she awoke well rested and started her day on the right foot. After a quick cleanup and breakfast, Isamu was off again to school. She arrived at school well before the first bell, but not so much that there were not students about. When she arrived at her classroom, Jacob was already there. She glanced down at the floor in guilt for a moment despite the fact it really couldn’t be helped. Sighing her nervous sigh, Isamu took her seat and nervously grinned at Jacob. “Hey.. Sorry about yesterday, kendo kept me longer than I thought. Maybe I could make it up to you?” An unnecessary thought then crossed her mind and it made her blush slightly. “Wait! That’s not what I mean.. just never mind. Well I mean I hope you know what I mean..” Isamu’s stammering quickly went to the universal cross gesture to mean no. It was more for herself than for Jacob.

At first Jacob feared for the worst as Isamu approached him. He had been here before. I girl he though possibly liked him was actually just using him for some reason. But then when she mentioned Kendo practice he had completely forgot she said she was possibly going to join the team. He just kinda laughed it off to hind is embarrassment, although he wasn't sure if it worked or not.
Jacob: Oh yea, kendo.
When she had mentioned 'making it up' to him, at first he though nothing about it. It wasn't until her reaction did thought of what Aya was teasing him about popped in his head. Thoughts about her not having a boyfriend, her being a virgin, him taking the lead. All of this made him think of the sexy panties he caught a glimpse of yesterday on the roof. That led to more and more inappropriate thought which ultimately led him to blush a bit. He then almost frantically started to wave his arms to dismiss any misunderstanding.
Jacob: T-totally, I-I....would never think to ask you....something like that.
Something like that? Was he an idiot? That was probably the worse recovery in the history of recoveries. To her, it must totally look like he was thinking of something perverted. Well he was, but not on purpose. He was not use to these situation and now he wasn't really sure how to respawn. But he did know he needed to think of something fast otherwise it would jump be worse.
Jacob: Um....oh I know. How about...you show me somewhere in town that has good food?
Ok, now that was much better of a recovery. When all else fails, go the food route. Besides it has been years, hell almost a decade since he had last been here. Going out on the town would be great.
------------------------------------------------
Aya and Seriana were up to their usual tactics again messing with the boy with their 'Yuri' act. They had waaaayy to much fun with it. Again, Seriana's acting was improving more and more. Heck it was so convincing that even Aya started to think that Seriana might actually have feeling for her. They later met up with Kairi and all headed to class. Once in class things were pretty normal. Some girls on the track team were asking questions about Jacob and was he single. Her main response was on the line of that some beat them to him. This cause a bit of his new fan girls to pout. They then started to think of ways to make the cute Daisuke theirs. About mid way through class Aya needed to use the restroom and asked to be excused. She walked down the hall and noticed the women's restroom on their room was out of order.
Aya: Aww, well that sinks. Guess I head down a floor.
She then went to the girl's restroom on the floor below. When she walked in she heard something very unusual. It was the sound of a girl crying. Well since was the floor of the underclassmen, Aya turned in to Senpai and called out to whoever it was.
Aya: Hm...hello? It sounds like something has you very upset. If you come out, I'll do whatever I can to help. Sometimes, letting it all out is the best thing to do.
Aya's voice was filled with so much care and love. Anyone could tell that she had true concerned for whoever was crying.
