 Rei stood up after realizing Kain was alright, remembering that he was able to transform into a wolf. 'Let us hope a war is avoided.' She thinks to herself after running through what Alliyah has stated. "Maybe it's destiny to have such luck such as yours to be burden with a curse as well." Rei suggests to Kira.

Kira looks up towards the sky.
"How would you be of help..?"
She looked at Rei.
"Well, then it's the same for you and Kain as well. Maybe all of God's halfling children both carry a burdened curse plus a blessed strength..?"

Kain licks his leg and looks up at the two unable tp speak at the moment because he was suck in his wolf form. He pads up beside Rei when a cop shows up. "Miss is that your dog and what happend here?" the cop asks looking around dropping his ticket booket. He had been about to give Rei a ticket for not having Kain on a leash.

Rei looks up to the sky out the corner of her eye. 'Yes, any help would be greatly appreciated.' She looks back toward KIra and nods, about to respond but the cop showed up. Rei placed her hand on Kain's head. "Yes sir, this is my dog, I am not quite sure what happened, my best guess is a terrorist attack." She states trying to cover the situation as best she could.

Rei takes a quick glance up. 'How do I practice controlling my powers?' She asks as her eyes drifted back to the officer. "I'm sorry sir, I can get the tags." She states while gently turning Kain's head in the direction she began to walk.

She looked at her. Like i said you power is like a pool of energy, so first begin to imagine a pool of energy where its source is your center, then slowly begin to draw the power back to center."She said

Rei looks down at Kain as she walks, knowing it must be odd to play such a role. "Sorry 'bout that Kain, as long as we don't run into anymore cops we should be fine. The only other obstacle may be the bus or subway systems but then again we could always continue to walk." She stated in a way that almost seemed she was talking to herself even though she was looking at Kain.

Kain walks next to Rei thinking over the cops and buses and subways and all that stuff. He looks back at Kira and barks at her to come on and get a move on before the humans attacked them.
