I don't know if most people my age have had tons of life-changing experiences, but I personally haven't had many, and those I can recall aren't ones I'm willing to share with a teacher, especially one I barely know. Should I do something tongue-in-cheek ("this is a report on the day I discovered Pop-Tarts")? Should I make something up entirely? (Fabricating a story would also enable me to tailor it to the assignment and write about it more easily; unfortunately, I can't even think of anything to make up.) My usual strategy of saying "screw it" and telling the teacher I can't think of anything is a non-option; I only have this class once a week, meaning I have a week to work on each assignment, so there's no excuse for not doing it. And by the way, this is due in 13 hours. Help me think. xd If your teacher seems like the type that has a good sense of humor, go for the poptarts. But you would have to write it as though you were completely serious. If they don't seem to have much of a sense of humor, make something up. I hate those prompts too, I usually bs it. Well, it's the third week of school, so I've only had two classes with this teacher so far and have no idea whether she has a sense of humor. Although...it might be a good way to establish what kind of person I am... I guess its your call. But like I said, if you do a funny one, you have to make it seem like you are dead serious or it will sound like you're just trying to get laughs and thats it. Yeah, I kind of figured on doing something dead serious in tone, but completely ludicrous in premise...but...700-1500 words? I just checked it against some of my old documents...that's three to six pages. Damn. Pop-tarts are out, I guess; I'll have to make up something I can say a LOT about. sweatdrop Now, what in the world could I write a lot about...

And thanks, I hope so. And if I lose him as a friend? Well I guess thats too bad. He says he misses me? He should stop being an a**. Is it horrible of me to want them to break up really bad? Probably. I'm such a horrible person. Really? XD That's pretty surprising. Sounds to me like he's got his positive aspects and his negative ones. Based on your description of him, he's a really nice guy, but he can be insensitive and slightly manipulative at times. Ultimately, I believe that your decision will be the right one. That sounds like a fairly normal reaction, actually. XD

Calling Shenanigans Kamilio I feel like such a failure, I went to sleep and all i could think about was every single one of them, it was like a flash back and I couldn't do anything to save or help anyone and its been bothering and poking at my mind since this morning and I cant cry and I cant face or accept that I ve broken 4 promises so far Its as if everyone who I make a promise to dies, I hate it
I hate this feeling I hate the way I cant do anything I hate it soo much I hate myself that I just cant when I m a friend I should be able to I should be able to protect the ones i Love and care about
Heh I m just useless and pathetic and I have no right to call myself a friend I can't be there when they really need me Kam don't hate yourself, you're a wonderful person. Sometimes when we try to put our friends before ourselves we get tangled up in so many other people's problems that some end up hurt. The fact that you care and feel bad about breaking a promise shows that you deserve to be forgiven for whatever you did, because obviously you care about these people and want to do the best for them.
If I'm just completely off I'm sorry sweatdrop I just want to help because you've been so kind to me. kind of hard not to hate myself heh =/ , i let them down and i dont have another shot and its fine thanksies =] heh it means alot

I was about to post a detailed rant about how much I can't stand having two disorders that make conflicting behaviors and emotions part of my daily existence, but honestly... I don't really see the point anymore. It's nothing new, I feel like this all the time. If I start ranting about it every time it happens, it's going to seem like I'm just copying and pasting the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again, at least until I've gotten it to a point where it's manageable and not screwing me over at every turn.
I know this process takes a long time, but I'm impatient. I want to be normal now, and not just for those ten hours a day when I'm on my medication. I'm tired of feeling like I'm a failure because of something I can't control. I want my goddamn self-esteem back.

XD Even if I were able and willing to get people who have never seen a forum to understand the complexities of an online social life (most people, as you may have found, immediately react to such claims with either "be careful out there, they could be predators", "why would you want to talk to fake computer people? Get a life", or "oh, you visit chat rooms?", all of which degrade the reality of such endeavors), it must be a narrative, and there is simply no way to create a narrative from a place and a collection of people. As you may be able to divine from my sesquipedalian loquaciousness, I have indeed found a topic to narrate, and have proceeded to do so with as much detail and dramatism as possible, hoping it will propel my simple speck of time to a three-page, check-plus-worthy epic. (WTF? "Sesquipedalian" is too a word!)

There's couples who have to be touching, who have to be talking, who have to have contact all the time. One girl I know who has to announce to the world that she loves her boyfriend every night.
I'm content with being in the same room, with him playing a video game and me doing homework. I know we don't need to remind each other all the time, but I still do. But eventually we won't be able do that. I want to say it so often he won't even consider that fact that I don't love him, even when he's on the other side of the country where the only contact allowed is written.
