I'm thinking something along the lines of putting them like this. Or if this was some movie or something, with the main characters and supporting characters. This also applies to how often the player is around.
Tier 1 - Highly significant people, big names, basically the people who make it what it is today - Enki, Maximos, Reiko, Vahn
Tier 1.5 - Lazenca, Sunstrike, Unsane
Tier 2 - Somewhat significant/plays major RP roles or RPs often - Kana, Shouyin, Sierra, Silver
Tier 2.5 - Joshua, Moonblade, Raven, Tzenidaar
Tier 3 - Minor significance/had significance at one point or doesnt RP here often - Darshendros, Reinhart, Ryugi
Tier 3.5 - 'Becca, Ho Shin, Lucind, Deckard Shade, Tellus, Twitch
Tier 4 - Poeple who never made a significant contribution to the guild or never RPs here - Acacia, Ariah, Lania, Madison, Tenma, Turriens

To be honest, Acacia does rp here.
Just rarely, she does it-- but when shes does do it, its nice to read.
Same with Madison.

Tier 1 - Highly significant pwnage, big names, basically the people who are the toughest to pwn- Enki, Maximos, Reiko, Vahn Tier 1.5 - Lazenca, Sunstrike, Unsane Tier 2 - Somewhat significant/plays pwnage roles or often pwnage - Kana, Shouyin, Sierra, Silver Tier 2.5 - Joshua, Moonblade, Raven, Tzenidaar Tier 3 - Minor significance/had significance at one point or won't get pwned often- Darshendros, Reinhart, Ryugi Tier 3.5 - 'Becca, Ho Shin, Lucind, Deckard Shade, Tellus, Twitch Tier 4 - Poeple who arn't worth pwning or unavailable to pwn at the present time- Acacia, Ariah, Lania, Madison, Tenma, Turriens
