It's illegal, it's just you can't be punished unless you are caught.

Yes, it was... I went to try for music education, but they didn't have a great orchestra... So, I'm not too upset I couldn't go back there...

No, It's still illegal. The laws are still in effect all the time. It's not going to change to being legal when no police are around and then change back when you get caught. It's always illegal.
then thats why, but just because none of the students had any,doesn't mean the campus is pot free.

I woul've actually said it the other way around. The campus was pot free, but that doesn't mean the students didn't go off campus to get some.

I wouldn't live... Smoke makes me gag... When my aunt smokes, I have to sit away from her so I don't start gagging.
