Ah, fair enough then. I was going to say because the E-Cafés I've been to in the past had really old pcs.

It's not old, it uses xp. and I havent seen any ecafes here, only ice cream, coffee, beer, and hooka cafes.

I remember when I went over there, I didn't know what hooka was and a lot of my group that it was a way to smoke Mary Jane. XP But alas I now know what it is thanks to college.

a hooka isn't for pot,It can be but it isn't. Also, how could you not know what a hooka was? Jabba uses one!

They don't have to be, but they usually are. I've seen three, two were used for pot.XP
