we used to need it since the girls vastly outnumbered the guys and we were losing quickly despite the handicap, but the amount of girls posting has gone down recently whereas the guys team started posting again and we got a new member on top of that. If the same amount of girls had been posting and the girls team still lost, then you would have proof that the guys didn't need a handicap, but that is not the case.
The fact that we lost even with the handicap at least twice that I am aware of goes to show that the we were at a disadvantage. Just because we won once doesn't mean that we were "cheating" all this time. It just means we won once and that is all.

I didn't notice people arguing about keeping it, but I admit that I was very tired when I skimmed over those posts and I'm too lazy to go back and reread it right now. But the recent win for the men's team wasn't any easier than the last win the women's team got {which was very easy} so I consider it even.

non numbered post hence Killa lowerin the guys "handicap" and i would say your last win was definately as easy as the girls last win with your handicap
