As Sapphire laid herself down on her stomach, Savage continued to smile to himself. Of course her back wasn't as bad as he had claimed, she'd certainly have had a heart attack by now. It WAS the worst he'd ever seen, though, truth be told. He waited for her to get herself confortable before he started.

Sapphire layed herself down on the couch and paused a moment. Did he need the robe moved again? Wasn't too sure she was...well, she could still keep herself covered. Just take one arm out if he needed. The one closest to the back of the couch. Then again...she could just as easily weave some of her sapphire strands into silk to help.

Savage chuckled a little, and said, "If you don't mind, I need your whole back to do this properly. If that's a problem, I could try to continue with your robe in the way, but it won't be as good of a job as earlier."

Sapphire smirked a bit and began pulling one of her arms out. "Didn't think so..." she replied quietly. One arm out, the robe still blocked part of her back from her other arm.
...ah, screw it.
She pulled her other arm out of the sleeve, then crossed her arms in front of her to rest her head on. What looked like blue silk began to form around the sides of her, as if she were lying on another sheet that was bulked around her.
Her back was more than enough to be showing. Just because he liked to meditate topless...

Savage smiled as she got herself comfotable, and was a little surprised as the silk appeared around her. "Interesting ability you have there," he said, starting the massage again. "Anything else you can do?"

"A few." she replied with a small grin. "Mostly my abilities are spider-like. Clinging to surfaces, webbing...a few abilities have almost nothing to do with my title though." she said, forming a strand or two of her sapphire strands in the air above the couch. She made it melt together, forming a medium diamond shape, where it hardened into a sapphire.

"Heh," Savage stopped massaging long enough to take the sapphire from the air, examine it momentarily, and place it next to the bottle of brandy, then started massaging again. "Sapphire. That DOES make sense. Not nearly as beautiful as you are, but a nice attempt at it."

Sapphire smirked a bit. "You're very flattering." she said.
She was feeling much more relaxed. Either the massage was working, or the brandy was starting to kick in. That would be a bit odd though...it usually took the whole bottle. Maybe it was a mix of both. If that was the case then she definatly needed to go straight to bed after this.

Savage said, "One who looks as beautiful as you deserves to be flattered." He put some pressure on her spinal area, and worked his way down her back. "I imagine it doesn't happen often, thanks to that mask."

Sapphire gripped the cushion of the couch a bit as he worked down her back. "With the mask? No. Everyone either likes me or I get the treatment I got from those guys in the alley."

"And I can imagine that the alley treatment is what you get more often," Savage said as he worked back up her spine. It would make sense; human beings hated what they did not understand. Fortunately, he had been alive long enough to understand more things then most, far better than most.

Sapphire's smile fell for a moment. Hm, he hadn't even seen her spider leggs yet. Yes. Actually a lot worse after..." she said trailing off. She wasn't going to get into what all happened before she came to this world. Being a villian was one thing. Going from hero to villian got a much different reaction.

Sapphire was quiet for a moment. "After what your look-alike did to my life." she replied.
Come to think of it...she hand't mentioned that his look-alike had done anything to her. Just that he was a mixed reminder. Kid had been talking to him, hadn't she...

Savage nodded, even though he knew she wouldn't really be able to see the movement from morethan maybe the corner of her eye. He worked his way up to her shoulders again, focusing just under the base of her nack, and slowly back down towards her shoulders, then down the outside edges of her back, not yet venturing to her sides. "If I may ask, what did he do?"
