Yeah, that shitty RP. xp There was definately no reason for her to go "oh, people, I call down god on you". The Watcher was there... for watching. He was going to knock over a few minions and then step aside to let the denizens handle the rest.

After the thing got called off he gave the other god a stern talking to about not getting involved in mortal affairs, and then Stryphe tore Falis' collarbone out because he was pissed off.

Oh yeah, I always considered the Watcher to be the BEST of the gods.

After all, it takes no effort from him to destroy the SS. It's too bad he's so damn lazy.

Pretty much how I play him. So uninterested in doing things. He just kind of hangs around and starts conversations with people. Supreme being and whatnot... just that he doesn't really think it's his place to mess with it, and doesn't worry over what happens in the world.

Not gods, althought they can be construed as ones and worshpped by peons who have no knowledge of the turth nor wish to accept it.

They are merely embodiments and instruments of God(s) and tied to one specific place, with maybe rule in their respective planes.

Wind is like Sylph or something.

Earth is Titan in FF, though I totally see it more like Golem. Just a big hunk of living rock.

Thats why I dont realy RP Providence much except for small unimportant things anymore. He's not allowed to influence mortal matters and disrupt the balance and natural order of things.

A Sylph is an air elemental.

Interesting, so it's more olden where it was localised powers like the river having it's own "god" spirit in it with a bit of a sense of avatars.

typhoon was kinda... mixed up there. it's supposed to be sylph, but they wanted one to attack. typhoon was chupon from ff6, but it's totally supposed to be sylph.

i dunno what to do about thunder. they keep switching it up... quesa to ramuh to a socket and knife...
