I interpose myself between Willow and the rest of the party, holding a defensive stance to parry an attack from either direction. I make sure to not stay in Sand-Claw's shot, seeing as she'll likely be able to cover me from an attack from Willow better then I can with my attention being divided. "Well, friends don't let friends do stupid things, I'm only holding up my end of that bargain." I reply back to her.

I sigh as I watch Layla trying to play peacekeeper again. "Why bother with trying to keep us from fighting? If it's going to happen, it's going to happen. If it does, you'll be caught right in the middle. If Willow's already betrayed us, then there's really nothing we can do about it. Think about all the times that we tried to convince her to work with us. She's resisted each time. She's always insisted that she remain a lone wolf. Judging from that, I have reason enough to doubt that anything we do or say will convince a stubborn whelp like Willow otherwise. If she's really stupid enough to go up against all of us and get herself killed, then let her do so. It's her decision, not yours, Layla." And Layla assumed that I always resort to violence and don't think things out. Assuming just makes asses out of you and me, rich girl.
(For those who don't get the last reference: Assume = a** + u + me, thus "Asses out of you and me")

A slight 'he' escaped Willows lips as she turned and helped the general to his feet. "I am well aware of the situation with my father, however that conversation is better left aside for the time being." Re-sheathing her scythe, she turned back to face them, "As for our current state, we are not going to fight, not yet, as well as other reasons, a fight at my current strength would result in my very pointless and sudden death." she took a breath in which she licked the blood from around her lips, as she spoke again, it seemed to be aimed mostly at Layla, "Forget about me, our paths divide here, I have no intention of interfering with your plans, however" she returned to addressing the rest of the group "do you really think such a small group of people such as yourselves could really make difference in the world, be it this one or reality, do yourselves a favour and find something worthwhile to do." with this she spoke behind her to the general, "Let us retreat for now, they have won, I assume you must report this to someone of more importance than yourself"

I simply give a sigh at Nyx's rant. From the past, it doesn't seem to matter or not if I tried to explain my position to her; she doesn't listen either way and I didn't have the luxury of time or desire to get into a pointless shouting contest. "Well, that's a shame you will not be joining us. We truly do need a bigger army to win. However, you have just joined a relentless empire that would crush countless lives to further the power of a single person. I shall cheat the stars of fate no longer..." I say calmly as I takes a few steps back, making sure that I wasn't blocking Sandclaw's line of fire. "However, we can't afford to leave a high ranking officer of their army alive, and it has a tendancy to be bad to let someone with a lot of information on your group just waltz over to the enemies, so I'll let the democratic process take over for now." I say, allowing for a clear path from Nyx to Willow and the general.

"Give it a rest Layla" Willow snapped at her, although somehow still sounding calm, "I have my own reasons for what I choose to do, as do you. Do not assume you are always in the right." .....I'm sorry.... "People will die on both sides, who is to say which is the right one" ....For everything.... There was silence for a few seconds as Willows head tilted to the floor "I have no intention of giving information to anyone, do not fool yourself into believing my actions are to help you, let alone the red army" ....But this is something.... "I have already told you, I have no intention in fighting any of you right now, but at the same time I can not alow you to kill this man yet. Would your good heart" ...I have to do....a single tear escaped Willows eye, partly hidden by the blood at first, before running down her cheak. "Allow you to kill someone" ....For you.... "Who refuses to fight!" ....And for her. As she stood there, she began to slowly remove the armour, revealing her previous atire underneath. The red scarf flowed to her side with the breeze as she stood straight once more. "You may take this back" she said before throwing the armour down to the floor as close to Layla as possible "It is yours after all" Her lip trembled slightly at this last sentance. "So what is your decision?"

"I wouldn't try to find mercy from some of us like that." I say to Willow, pulling out my bow. "The Red Army massacred an entire city, and will do so until we are dead and they hold dominion over the entire world. Because of that, I will fight them until I draw my very last breath. I want to trust you, but I really don't have the evidence for it. I won't harm you, but I won't try to help you." I say, holding a calm voice as I pull back and arrow and fire it at the general.

"You have me completely wrong Layla, you realy need to stop assuming you know what's going on" easily unsheathing the scythe as Layla readied the bow, Willow spun it and attempted to block the arrow.
'Father, I beg of you, transport me and the general out of here, I beg of you!'

I recover quickly from the missed slash and turn to the general once more as he has fallen while rushing over to him to finish him off with a slash toward his throat.

I walk over to Sand-Claw. "Well, talk about a hypocrite. Layla always says she wants to solve everything with pretty words, yet she resorts to violence in the end. How pitiful. She isn't even able to stick to what she says she's about."
I sigh as I sheathe my daggers and walk towards the entrance of the tent. Once there, I just lounge and watch, somewhat amused but mostly disgusted, as Layla goes against what she had preached time and time again.
"Absolutely pitiful. No sense of individuality in how she handles things despite what she thinks. She's just like all those other rich snobs out there who claim they are their own person. They can't escape what was pounded into their heads since they were old enough to comprehend language, no matter what they say. Sure, there are some who resist those teachings from the start, and only they are able to be their own person in the end. Only they are able to carve out their own paths in life and truely thrive from what they achieve on their own with no one's teachings constantly echoing in their heads."

I continue charging my spells so that I can wait for the proper time to use them, and at the moment, I'm quite unsure of who to even use the spells on, as there are 3 equally tempting targets...

"I'm not sure what you're talking about, but it doesn't sound like a very fun game. All I know is that violence, exploring, and jokes are fun, most of the time," I say to Nyx, rather cheerfully. Not really understanding what she just said.
Then I reload my crossbow, and level another shot at willow, and fire. "Let's see what's faster my bolt, or your scythe! Smart bet is on my bolt!"

"Meh, I dont care what type of politics and rules you guys are talking about, and who's doing what they dont mean. Just dont get inbetween me and my kills, or you will die as well." Mazurn said as he then went after the General, and went for a straight thrust, then quickly following with a double circle swing and finishing with a leftward diagonal slice. "No body is going to steal my kills. Nobody is going to let my kills go free." Mazurn said, mostly directed towards his pendant. "Gimmie your strength, I do not care how much life force I lose, nor how much loyalty I must pledge, But I must not lose to the one before us due to silly shenanigans!"

"Beh, idiotic allies. Just stay out of my way for now, and you wont have to need to pick your head up from off the ground." Mazurn said as he went around, cutting off the heads of all the ones he had killed. after severing their heads, he picked them up, and went back to the tent, sword in one hand and the heads of whom he killed in the other.
