Things I miss about the Catholic Church: shared ritual, where everyone knows whats going on.
Stephens deacon ordination went really well. He was voted to be the deacon for the Eucharist after the Rite of Ordination, too, and he was so nervous about it!
Also, is it bad that the clergy give me garb ideas?

I think that's one of the reasons I like going to my friend's Antiochan Orthodox Church every now and then. That and the awesome chanting. My friends just think I'm crazy for it.

Went to a fireworks display last night, and the remembrance service today. It's so cold out, it is now officially hat weather for me. xD

Anyone else doing NaNoWriMo? (Also -- anyone have a suggestion on the "proper" wings for a Nike-inspired avatar? These aren't quite right >_> ) patch99329 Went to a fireworks display last night, and the remembrance service today. It's so cold out, it is now officially hat weather for me. xD As Fiddlers says, what type? =D I've found the newsboy hats, such as this or this, to be ultra-cute... in theory. I wonder how they'd look on me though =/

AniMajor CuAnnan Is there anyone here based in Georgia? I am. I'm investigating a job lead in Atlanta. It'd get me my passport back.

It was an expression that I do not hope to leave my home, my significant other and my life for work because of economic depression. I am not hoping to move to Atlanta, I am hoping that the economic crisis vanishes overnight and that I find myself back in a very well paid job which provides me the kind of money that I used to have. However, I am not relying on that hope coming to fruition. When I "dig on" things, I am clear about it.

Cu, isn't there work within the rest of the EU? Wouldn't you (like I) be freely be able to move within the member states to get work?
Just a random question. sweatdrop

True Colours of Destiny Cu, isn't there work within the rest of the EU? Wouldn't you (like I) be freely be able to move within the member states to get work? This contract would drag us out of debt and doesn't require knowing another language to be able to function in the society of the country I'm in. England is certainly viable but I don't know of any large MNCs where I've got an in that are based in England.
