Pollux was the type of man who didn't enjoy running into situations yet- "Your actions are commendable, but you're no good to a cause if you're dead. Do explain because this shouldn't even be possible." He didn't even wait for protest, lifting the girl up and beginning a sprint, pausing when they got close enough to cast his magic. Frost might at the very minimum, aid in keeping the creature from gathering ********-" He was just muttering curses under his breath.

Hugbell hadn't been expecting to be picked up by Pollux and put on his back. She gave a startled and pained squeak as he did this. "O-okay, what shouldn't be possible?"
She looked at him, "He wasn't here before, when I was still a chibi, he came back when I aged out it seems. I'm not sure why." She paused, "He's been here before though, there's a book in the library, I remember reading it and found it again in my dorm room."
She paused, "He's been a plague on this place. I - I just don't remember how he was beaten. Though I assume it has something to do with the crystals, they were a life source in the past. Maybe they've grown stronger again but without someone watching over them I don't know how. I don't even know how they grow, you'll see them soon, it doesn't take long, the forest is just dense enough."
She pointed to where the cliffs were starting to appear, "There's a waterfall up ahead, Cliffs, and the crystal fields run along the river. I don't know how far it goes, my past memories all tell me I constantly faint upon going too close."
She paused, "I'm not sure why on that either. . . ."
She cheered on Hver and the others as they continued to attack the beastie. Giving a small sigh resting her head on Pollux's shoulder obviously he didn't want her walking, not that she could blame him. It hurt, the youma had done a good bit of damage but she was trying to not admit that.
She paused when he started cursing under his breath and looked pointly at him, glancing backwards when she caught visions from the corner of her eye, both Pollux and Castor. "Soooo.... what would you have done here in the past... wait no we can cover that later. . . not important. Seriously what's with the foul language, like it seems everyone approves of this while fighting." She wasn't sure what Castor was shouting but she was pretty sure those weren't nice words. . .The Youma yowled again as it was contestant punched by the Prince and hit by other objects turning around to snap at it's attackers, snarling what little course fur it had prickling much like a cats despite it's appearance. It aimed a claw at the prince trying to get him to back off. The youma's ears were twitching, it knew it was getting close.

Snowball hadn't been expecting the beast to turn around and go after them, he gave a small yelp of surprise as it tired to attack the one prince that were there, trying to fend him off. Really it didn't seem like the Youma really cared much about anyone there. Which was odd in itself though, he caught a few sentences of Hugbell's story and lofted a brow, the beast had been here before?
Could it be there was something more interesting to it on this homeworld than a prince? Snowball's fur bristled as he took aim when he was close enough and hoped that he could throw a forehead lazer at it's face causing at least some damage, or well he hoped so.
Obviously he sucked at this, since it missed the youma's face and glanced it in the shoulder. The cat sighed.

He hand't expected the monster to turn round and come lumbering back at them, although it seemed focused on the white haired man with the...
He double-checked, reddish eyes wide - yep the man totally had wings and he was yelling something at the monster although he couldn't understand a word of what he was saying.
Then the monster turned to snap at a furry-looking cat, white fluffy and kind of cute although he was never in a million years going to say that out loud. There was another cat by the monster too, not quite as fluffy but equally cute and grabbing up a piece of broken branch Oort darted in and tried to use it to whack at the monster's legs.
"Don't hurt them!"

He hadn't been expecting the youma to suddenly decide to turn round and snap at them, which had meant having to focus on trying to dodge out of the way of some very sharp teeth.
Snowball was nearby, had seen the fluffy white cat try to use his kitty beam on the youma, although the beam had only managed to score a shoulder when Liryn had been hoping that it would hit the thing in the face.
Perhaps he could try with his own beam next.
He swiped out with his claws again, even as a nearby voice suddenly yelled out for the youma to leave them alone, the aura feeling like that of a chibi senshi.

Ida threw more hits at the monster, trying to herd it away from wherever it was headed.

Her luck with thrown objects seemed to be holding out as Ash picked up another rock and threw it to bean the monster hard. She squealed triumphantly as she cast about for another stone.
She was helping!

Doing her best to keep up, Hvergelmir kept running. As she went, she grabbed a large branch laying on the ground, then picked it up and tried to hurl it at the space between the monster's legs, hoping to trip the creature as it ran.

Although Liryn didn't generally opt to use his kitty beam, he knew that there was only so much that claw strikes could do.
And for all its drawbacks the kitty beam could be handy, besides given that they needed to stop the monster and stop it now, he was pretty sure that this counted as a last resort.
He needed a bit of distance though - at least he would if he wanted the beam to do any good.
So he moved backwards a bit, jade star sparking and crackling before sending his beam shooting towards the youma.

He had managed to get a pretty solid hit in - or at least the 'whack' had felt pretty solid and so Oort had tried to use his bit of branch to whack the monster again.
Because whilst the smaller of the two cats had moved away and stopped clawing at the monster, the white super fluffy cat was still there.
Perhaps he shouldn't have tried to hit so hard, or perhaps there had only been one good whack in the branch.
Whichever it was, when Oort tried to use his bit of branch to whack the monster, it ended snapping in two with a loud crack.

The Youma was getting pelted from different angles and it made the beast Snarl at the attackers. He could feel the pain from the attacks wearing at him but he wouldn't give up, not with the little Senshi he was after and a Prince were both near by. But so were the crystals, a glance behind him allowed him to see how far the crystal fields were but the cliff also wasn't that far. The Youma was backing up little by little. Snowball's furr bristled as a kid tried to keep the Youma away from them. "Careful kiddo." He called backing up when the branch snapped. That sucked, he was looking around when he noticed some fabric and of course there seemed to be all sorts of stones, maybe some that had been washed down from the cliff?
"Hey!" he called to Oort picking up the fabric and carrying it over to the kid, "You could maybe swing this and throw the stones harder at the youma?" He looked up after he'd sat the fabric down looking rather proud of himself for the idea. "I'd do it myself but I lack opposable thumbs!"((Waiting on a particular post since I promised someone one more solid hit before ending this as far as the Youma's concerned. -- If anyone's interested in tending to Hugbell - helping her out afterwords just quote me and let me know okay? I feel like that may need a second thread so those that want to count this as a battle requirement can. 3nodding ))

((GOD LP Im sooooo sorry. RL kinda sapped me big time, I'm rolling right now for Havasu. [Rolled at 9:12 pm EDT])) It took Havasu much longer to get his eyes cleared from the second blinding he had received. Apparently one of the fighters had some kind of magic that had casted a field of darkness at the youma, with Havasu still in it. When he could finally see clearly the youma had already run leaving a blatant trail which the cowboy followed. One of the main uses of the youma barreling along was the broken debris it left in its wake. Havasu was able to scoop up a rather sturdy branch. He quickly caught up with the other fighters who had finally delayed if not outright halted the youma's forward progress. "Heads up!" He shouted as he dodged a little redhead kid and a white fluff ball to take a swing at the creature with his improvised bat. It was a solid hit and he could feel it all the way up his shoulder... which gave a angry flash of pain reminding him that he had only gotten out of his sling a few days prior to this little field trip. Physical Attack: 4+4=8

As the attacks continued on the Hugbellion Youma, the Youma was backing away before it ran flat out full speed. It was faster than many would have thought such an awkward beast could have ran. However, in it's haste the youma tripped right over a small scattering of rocks. The group had been nearing the craigs and cliffs, that lead directly to a waterfall. And sitting nestled in the out cropping was what appeared to be a mighty oak tree. The youma, slammed hard into the wall of the cliff running upwards causing a pouring of rocks. Far enough away from the senshi and knights that they were all safe but the Youma had been buried and out from underneath the rocks there was a cloud of youma dust, evident only by sheer luck if one watched for the back legs hard enough. Though, the avalanche stopped just shy of the mighty oak tree. When Pollux had stopped long enough for Hugbell to free herself, she made an audible gasp, one that sounded much like horror. For the tree, she knew was very important and when finally the last rock fell. The younger senshi fell to her knees as she looked and sighed softly. "Well... at least he's gone for now."
Hugbell looked around to those that were standing there, the ones that had came to help her. She gave a faint smile as she nodded to each of them. "And to think, all of you were my tiny glimmer of hope, and comfort." She sighed looking fairly weak considering how badly she was wounded and the fact she continued to try and fight to keep the beast from hurting her home away from Earth.((Thus ends the battle portion. *update* Since I've had to tweak some things this ends this part of the RP. If anyone wants to rp/follow up for events that happened after this contact me we'll work something out. Feel free to post exits. As you're sent back to your original location (or home) whichever you choose since you were pulled here by her homeworld - though this still remains a mystery via IC means.))

Snowball hadn't expected the youma to go that way. His fur was still puffed and he was trying to watch all those around him while fight the thing himself.
The rocks falling though was a horribly unexpected and almost pleasant surprised. "We'll I'll be. A youma that ends itself for a change." Snowball nodded pleased and then sat tail flickering before looking around.
"So....... How do I get back to earth? I didn't bring myself up here?" He paused and decided now was the time for a dumb joke. "There's no place like home?"
And though it wasn't quite the trigger words as nothing happened for a little bit and snowball found himself wanting to go back before Niflhel worried, he was pulled from Hugbell and sent back to the location which he was pulled from. Which happened to be in Niflhel's backyard.

Ash cheered as the youma sealed its own destruction, burying itself under a load of rock that made short work of it. Trotting after the others in her bare feet, the human-form guardian cheered and waved her arms about as she bounced along.
"We did it! Oh, my darlings, you were all so wonderful!" She gushed as she caught up to the small crowd, weaving between people until the guardian saw a familiar white head.
"Castor!" Ash squealed as she caught up to the Prince, taking the liberty of throwing herself at him to wrap around an arm and cling to it. She practically vibrated as she bounced up and down. "You and Pollux are such good fighters. Did you see me hitting it with rocks?"
