Damn I broke one of my mom's baking things... not on purpose but it was really stupid.
I was going to eat a Marie Calendar's Meat Lasagna and first I was going to cook it in the oven. I pre-heated it at 350 degrees. STUPID OF ME! The Lasagna had been in the FREEZER.
SO IT WAS COLD AND WET. HOT OVEN! COLD FOOD! DISASTER! I heard this big POP CRACK sound and... broken baking thing. >< How could I forget that HOT to COLD really fast is not good?! T_____T_

Sir Ichigo Holy. s**t. I just made Chinese pork dumplings without burning or exploding or breaking anything. ... but dumplings are usually just boiled in hot water... Then again I killed a pan with something that could have just been microvable. crying I broke something... and it must have exploded a little. FIRST TIME EVER. XD

Then again I killed a pan with something that could have just been microvable. crying I broke something... and it must have exploded a little. FIRST TIME EVER. XD You have to put the little pork thing in and close the dumpling and boil them and then brown them. o_o It involves HOT OIL. Hot oil is my enemy. I can't even make Pop-Tarts. This is a major achievement.

I had to deep fry this one dish that I HEARD was Japanese. Like... slices of boneless meat like chicken and pork. Dip them in some egg. Then dip them in Japanese style bread crumbs. Dip them in egg and once again cover it all with the bread crumbs. Then drop it in hot oil. crying That hurt. Another time I had these Chicken thighs that I covered a little in this Baja Chipotle with lemon marinade. Put a little oil in the pan and sprink just a LITTLE of black pepper on the marinaded chicken. Then put in the chicken into the pan until slightly browned... oil sucks.
