The pump was $6,000.
Last I checked.
Now it could have went up.
They would put me out, cut me open.
When I wake up.
It'll hurt like a son of a b---h for awhile.
But cheaper on the long run, I'll have more freedom.
But the insurance might not want to pay for it. Oh wow O3o One of my IRL friends who's also a diabetic, has a pump, but not like the kind you get inside your body, she just carries it with her and it's connected to her with a little tube... From what I heard, insurance covered that completely xD

Anyways. Yeah... Sometimes it really surprises me how badly things seem to be organized there, especially when it comes to insurance... This is one of the reasons I won't leave the Netherlands anytime soon, and especially not for the US; the whole health insurance system works so much better here xD
