"Minas Tirith? Ummm, I'm going to gondor, I think." She shrugged. "where ener Ranu is going."
"...which is the current capital of Gondor, where both Ranu and myself are headed."

((doh!))

"Right," She blushed lightly. "I guess thats my destination." She blushed a bit deeper then returned to normal. "Uhhh, Ranu, What of the army I brought?" AT that moment, her little calvery started marching up to them, Redy to fight.

"I would barely call them an army, but they are of no use. I dispatched the offending uruks. And if we are to go to Gondor, I can take use through less used roads that these beasts won't know of."

Elrothiel swore as she watched the approaching orcs. They were heading right for the place she had left Van and the healer. Typical. She thought with disgust. There was no way she could reach the site before them now; they were too close and she had the feeling that they could smell them. She would have to try and distract them and make enough noise so that Van and Jade would definitely know what's going on. She grimaced. This was not going to be pleasant. She arranged her sword so that it wouldn't stab her accidentally and dived forwards into the middle of the crowd of orcs, bringing them down on top of her. The thud of their armour and their surprised howls were certainly loud - but were they loud enough? She fervently prayed that the healer was good at fighting. There were more of them than she had anticipated.

She glared at this man. "Beasts?" She questioned. "Who are you to call small muster of humans within a few moments ready to fight at any second beasts!" She hissed. She could tell that she and this guy we not going to get along real well.

Jade spun around to see a large group of orcs come barelling thru the bush grunting at each other. She quickly reached down to grab her staff but the first orc ran over to her and hit her in the back of the head with his wepon, knocking her uncouncious and Van to fend for himself.

As soon as the healer was knocked out, Van shouted out to the orc to stop. It looked at him for a second, obviously suprised that he knew orcish. He grunted back at him. Van took this as an order to talk fast. Which he quickly did. Van told the Orc that he was in fact still loyal to the forces of Mordor, and was taking this healer back to Harad with becasue his chief was ailing. The orc looked at him and though a moment and gave another grunt. One of the orcs behind Van promptly knocked him out as well. Two orcs picked up Van and Jade and continued their way thru the forest.

Elrothiel's sword was ripped out of her hand as the orcs fought to get at her. She brought her knee upwards and it connected with an orc's face. He roared backwards in pain and Elrothiel fell back, gritting her teeth as the force reverberated back through her body. She rolled sideways, avoiding a blow to her face but didn't see the orc picking up her sword...

She struggled to her knees, punching the next orc in the face, but black spots were swimming at the edges of her vision as orcs rained blows on her. Suddenly her sword was in front of her face. She blinked, not really understanding. It came tantalisingly close, and she tried to stretch up a hand to take the blade, but her arm was too heavy.

Then there was a burning pain in her shoulder and her eyes widened in shock. Her face creased as she fell backwards, struggling to interpret the sound that was the orcs' cruel laughter. Her vision clouded and faded as the orcs added some last savage kicks before moving off into the woods. Elrothiel struggled to move but she didn't have enough energy. Wondering why it had seemed so important, she let her thoughts drift away as she closed her eyes.

"The Uruk-Hai, lassy." He points to the corpses. "If these are scouts, there will be a larger rabble nearby."

((Not really sure what's going on, so I might just carry on with the melodrama for a bit...))

Elrothiel woke up to excruciating pain. Wondering how she had managed to stay sleep for even a short time she caught sight of her sword still stuck in her shoulder. It took all of her effort to even lift her hand; she was definitely not strong enough to move it. Even if she was, she didn't have the energy to treat the wound straight away and removing the sword would immediately cause severe bleeding that could kill her. She struggled to lift her hand again. The pain was so acute that her vision immediately darkened for a second time. In despair, she cried out in elvish, but of course there was nobody to hear her. A tear rolled down her cheek as her body convulsed. She began to sing under her breath in elvish; it was a childish tune but it somehow made her feel better, as if for a second she was close to her own kind and they were sharing her pain...

[What the hell are you on? What army is this?
Thats to owl.]

"Army?" Ranu grunted, losing track of the argueement, "We're not any kind of army. I don't really care about your plans, I know I'm just going to offer Minas Tirith another sword." he shrugged, "There was more Uruk's in the forest," he informed his fellow human, "I think they're heading towards Rohan."

{{You told my to go get help!!!!}}

She yawned. "Well," She said. "I'm leaving. See you there maybe," She yawned again and unfolded her wings.

[That was more at the use of the word 'army'.]

Ranu nodded, then added, "I should go too. The darkness grows thicker with every moment we sit around in speech."

Elrothiel came round again with a gasp and realised that her sword had fallen out of her shoulder and that her blood was now spreading everywhere. She panicked for a second before forcing herself to calm. The more she panicked, the more blood she would lose. With a struggle she moved her left hand up to her shoulder. She murmured words in elvish and waited. At first nothing happened and she was afraid that her limited supply of magic had dried up. Then a trickle flowed through her fingers. Her confidence soared and so did the level of magic. She used it sparingly; only repairing damage that would otherwise kill her and making sure that she would be able to move. All to soon her power faded, it was never able to cope with that sort of pressure. She was still bleeding - but not much.

She sat up and hastily opened her bag, spreading items across the ground as she found bandages and herbs to use for a dressing. Then she bound it up as tightly as possible. She sat back and inspected the remaining items. The orcs had not bothered to search her or steal her food, something she was grateful for. She tore off a hunk of bread with her teeth, starving after her use of magic and her unconsciousness. She felt a spasm of pain rip through her body, leaving her gasping for breath and eyes watering as she struggled not to cry out in case there was anyone in the area. She looked for a small bag with only a few dried leaves in it and hastily stuffed one in her mouth. She chewed it quickly and her saliva immediately started breaking it down, sending the natural painkiller into her body.

Within a couple of minutes the pain passed and packing up quickly, she stood up, testing her unsteady legs. She knew it wasn't wise to move, but she had to get to somewhere with a proper healer. She thought fleetingly of following after the orc army and attempting to rescue her friends, but she was in no condition and she knew it. They would have to take care of themselves. She reluctantly turned back towards Gondor. Her horse had fled that way anyway and if she managed to find Sol before he reached Gondor, her chances of reaching the city would be far greater.
