"Shut up!" the boar yells angrily.
He slaps you across the face, sending you to the ground.
Branwen:
"What, all talk and no fight?!" the boar says. "Pathetic!"
Nyx:
The boar takes no notice of you as you attempt to hit him. However, the male elf assassin attempts to stop you. He botches it, allowing you still hit. However, he did mess with the flow of your movement. But even so, you get in a decent hit. Not exactly how you'd like it, but it works. He is stunned. The assassin sits back down slowly. The archer and the cleric watch you carefully.
6 damage to boar; boar is stunned

I stand up, flipping my hair again.
"Oh, proving my point of just how unciviled you really are... You might want to watch your hands; and your tongue for that matter." I say. I start to look around for the tavern's bouncer, to see if him/her was coming to kick out these roudy patrons or not.

I throw the assassin a disapproving look before I turn my attention to the boar. "My my... looks like this little piggy lost a piggy. Not like I care about your well-being. But how about you do me a favor and cry "whee whee whee" all the way home? If you choose to carry this out any further, I may just have to skin you and serve you up for an evening feast." I fix the boar with a menacing smile.

"Shut UP!" the boar yells, swinging for you.
You realize that your stun wasn't as effective as you'd hoped. He swings for you. However, he misses so badly that he spins around and crashes to the ground.

"Tell you what, you Red Army soldiers... Why don't you just do yourselves a favor and leave right now before you humiliate yourself further?" I say, looking down at the boar that threw himself to the ground.

I can't help but stare for a moment before I break into a massive fit of laughter. "Oh, I'm so scared!" I gasp for breath for a moment. "Thing is, I could definitely run circles around you. You're so top-heavy that you can't even swing right!" I immediately sober up after that last statement. "I have a proposal. Let's take this outside. We spar. The first to land 5 hits wins. I win, you take your goons and leave and never speak of this meeting to anyone. You win, you can stay, and we'll leave. How about that?"

"Good idea," the assassin says before the others can react. "Let's go."
The archer and cleric stand up and lift up the boar.
"Stupid," the assassin mutters.
Nyx:
"No deal," the assassin says.
Everyone:
The soldiers leave the tavern. The bartender smiles.
"Tell you what," he says. "A round for everyone! On the house!"
The patrons all cheer and raise their mugs.

I roughly pull Layla aside. "Are you freaking kidding me?! They are the enemy and are probably connected to whatever happened to the programming! We should kill them before they carry word of our presense here to the rest of the army! Get off your diplomatic high horse and realize that this can't be settled with talk alone!"

I give out a laugh as Nyx starts her little rant.
""Oh, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised you can't appreciate a little advaced strategy." I say, giving out a sigh.
"the best way to fight a larger force is not to nessisarily kill them, but to undermine their support and rally your own. In this case, the barkeep and the patrons like us and dislike them because they were being loud and disruptive, and we kicked them out. If we had killed them, we would be the major troublemakers, since we would be the ones walking into the fight. So, why don't you learn to control your temper a little, you'll be pretty easy prey to them if they can goad you so easily." I say to her. I then walk away and go to Xiao without waiting for a responce. I didn't peticularly care to fight her.
"So, it seems we got a few free drinks! Whacha want to get?" I ask her.

I shrug at seeing the empty coin purse. "figures I wouldn't have any money yet. Oh well, I hope they don't mind loitering at the tavern." I say to myself and then go to the tavern.

I had brought the extra sword into my other hand so I could fight double sword, but stayed back in my seat until I knew I was needed. Once Layla chased out the Reds I sigh in relief and place the extra blade back on the table and my blade in its sheath. I turn to Layla as she comes near me with a polite smile. "Good job, for once, I didn't really want to fight..." I laugh softly and then sit back in my chair in a more relaxed poistion as I think about what I would like to drink.

As you approach the tavern, you find a group of people in red leaving, two of them carrying a drunk one who seems to be missing his left index finger. Inside, the patrons are cheering.

As Mazurn was hat the center of town, waiting for the others to go over, he withdrew his sword and looked at it, eager to use the sword again. "When are they going to get here... Hey, can you here me?" Mazurn said, tapping his free hand on the pendant.

I smile widely and cheer, "Hooray! I told you we could throw them out...and I did it without throwing a punch! Jerks everywhere are accepted nowhere...nowhere but with other jerks. Now this is the courtesy I've been waiting for!" I almost do a victory dance and I realize how thirsty I am, so I ask the bartender, "One beer, please".
I go to the tavern doors and stick my head out, calling, "Hurry, Mazurn! Free beer and ale!"
