So, for walking around in the wild do you just get to pick a pokemon to encounter or what? I haven't found anything really addressing this. /sits in a corner

Thank you. I was actually kind of hesitating to post here because of the already many posts, I didn't want to seem that I was intruding, since I'm new. I'm also really confused. When I sent in my application, I said that I would either like to be Bel/Bianca or if you guys would consider putting in N since he is a great part of the Black/White games. But I don't want to seem whiny about it; but no one has sent a me a message saying anything about it. Help me please?

Nobody cares about how rare the Pokémon normally is here XD
