Page SumnerTotal: 4Before Sumner could reach any of the others and ask what was going on there appeared a large shadow of sorts, and it certainly looked like a monster. Of course, he knew that shadows could distort and make things bigger than they appeared, but he didn't know what could have possibly made that one, and he hoped he didn't have to run into it. There was a sound in the distance though, and it seemed as if it was moving closer and he tried to run away. He seemed to be doing okay at it, though he did bump into a something. And then that something moved, and he felt as though it was now breathing upon him, which only made him move even faster! He was sure he was going to trip over something and break his leg though, it would be just his luck!

Alpersite5Alpersite continued running in the darkness, looking around wildly for Lopezite, hoping that he would find the other male soon. There were…there were things in this darkness, and he didn’t like them. Didn’t like how he kept running into them, and how he kept feeling them breathing on him, but when he turned away, when he reached back…nothing was ever there.
He hurried along, looking every which way, and finally he found who he was looking for and with a relieved sigh, the lieutenant skidded to a halt, grabbing his Captain’s wrist. “Okay…so…this is new. Just so I know I’m not crazy…this isn’t normal, correct? This is another one of those…dumb things like what happened over the summer?”
…Not that it had been so bad. After all that strange event had gotten him closer with his captain had it not? And it had given him some skills to…not die as easily. Sort of.
“This isn’t a test that you’ve set up, is what I’m asking, right?”

Super Sailor TakamizawaTotal: 9Ugh, this was like that bottle realm, except somehow that one still had light in it when it was pitch black surrounding them. As Takamizawa moved towards the others, he could see that something was moving in-between them. Some sort of shadow creature. And the problem was he couldn't tell if it was an actual dangerous shadow, something that didn't seem to be able to be fought unless they had flashlights or something, or a creature that was only hiding using the shadows to take all of them out. Either way, he wanted to find someone, when he heard a familiar voice! "Illyria?!" Takamizawa asked incredulous that the Guardian Cat was here with all of them. Though he shouldn't have been too surprised, after all they had started noticing the shadows together. He raced to try to find her, hoping that one of the lights that he was heading towards was her!

Lt. Lavendulan - Half Youma 5Blinded by sheer terror, Laven swiped again when something, or rather someone, made a grab for her wrist. “Let go!” she snapped and nearly bit the arm that grabbed onto her until she realized that it was not some shadow beast looking to rake its claws down the scales that protected her backside but rather an officer, like her, bathed in a soft light. It’s me. he said. Wolfy. It took a moment for his words to register as she stared at him with wide eyes “Wolframite?” her voice shook and body trembled as she wrapped her arms around him. Laven buried her face into his shoulder “I thought you were-” a lump grew in her throat preventing her from saying the last work dead. Tears pricked the corner of her eyes and despite trying to wipe them away on his uniform, they would not stop. Unlike the Rift, a world that resonated with her youma side, these shadowlands felt very very wrong.

Super Sidouer 3
Sidouer had been in the process of tracking down a youma as per usual when she powered up. But this time rather than being the hunter, she had at some point turned into the hunted. The aura took her further into unfamiliar neighborhoods, winding a path that went down narrow alleys and while she had, for a while, been jumping from one apartment rooftop to the next. Now that she was heading into a more residential area that was no longer an option.
When she thought that the beast had been cornered it was too late. Shadows swelled around her and before she could so much as use her attack to light up the area and get away, they grabbed at her arms and legs with a strength she could not overcome.
Then there was darkness.
The Senshi of Static had been thrown into this unfamiliar realm along the outskirts of the group of people. Jostled about by shadows knocking her over each time she tried to get up it was difficult to get to the groups of lights gathering. Thankfully it seemed as if someone spotted her and was trying to help because if things kept up this way, Sidouer had no doubt that she would be left behind.
“Acrucis?” She asked almost bleary-eyed when the Senshi of Prayer reached a hand out to her and helped her up. Gentle as she was Acrucis smiled and helped usher her through the shadows towards what they hoped was safety.

Corrupt Sailor Makemake 9
There were things in the darkness. Things. In. The. Darkness. Every time Makemake thought she saw one of those shadows, she would let out a roar of a yell in it's direction. Cowering was an option, but appearing aggressive back was also one. She kept trying the maneuver around this distorted landscape when felt something brush her ankle. She stopped, stomped her foot, yelled, and stamped her feet some more.
"Stay. A. Way. Away!" she said, hands balling in to stiff fists at her side. One last stamp of her heel, and she continued on towards....was that carnival music she was hearing?
This was all a heaping load of NOPE.

Captain Wolframite - Half Youma He could only imagine what she thought when he had vanished. So much of their shared thoughts had been about one or the other suddenly leaving, and it had happened in a instant when they least expected it. The last he wanted was for to dwell in that moment for too long or after whatever was going on right now. It was surprising how quickly everything had happened that his own heartbeat was racing from being grabbed.
But she was here, for as good or as bad as that was.
"No. I'm fine. Nothing happened." He said, holding her there and using his claws to gently rub her back. "It's okay. We're both here. Are you okay? Did the shadows do anything?" He asked, watching her as she tried to calm down.
He was fine with her being in arm's reach but worried about being seperated from the group when he could still feel things moving around them.

Asgard - Jupiter Page
Why.
Asgard whined, trying to remember why he thought attempting to power up was a good idea. s**t was just as spooky as he remembered it being. He wrapped his arms around himself, trying to stop himself from shaking to much.
There's something in the shadows... He can't see it, but he can feel it. Asgard tries to make himself as small as possible as he shuffles forward, doing his best to pretend it was his mind playing tricks on him and there really was nothing in the shadows.
The sudden sound of carnival music had him jumping out of his skin and staggering backwards with a panicked noise. He wasn't expecting to land against something solid. Let alone for it to make noise. He wasn't, but he should have been.

Lazurite7Lazurite hadn’t the foggiest idea of what was going on. This was nothing that Jet had mentioned when he told her about the Negaverse. This wasn’t…anything she could really explain away, and the fact that she was glowing well. Maybe that was just something new. There was something…off about this place, and the fact that when she was moving, it felt as though she kept brushing the sides of animals, and it felt as though something kept trying to breathe on her.
She just walked a bit faster, though stopped when she saw another girl in black, with hair to match hers…who was clearly taking this whole thing a lot worse than she was…
Quietly, Lazurite tilted her head, raising her eyebrows in some confusion. “…Are you all right there? I’m not sure whatever is around is going to just listen to you and be scared of your um…Irish step dancing?”

Lt. Lavendulan - Half Youma 5Unable to verbally reply, Laven shook her head. Behind him, her hands held onto the back of his uniform, sharp claws poking holes through the fabric into the heel of her hand. This wasn’t a dream, it was real, and though she should feel relieved that he was alive and here, Laven found it increasingly difficult to quell her anxiety or stop her stomach from churning. Together they had sparred and she had even watched him fight against a youma, but those were attacks he had always seen coming. These unseen beasts, neither of them could have ever expected or seen them coming. “Please- please take us home.” Back to the Dark Kingdom, to the barracks, his room… her room… it didn’t matter as long as it wasn’t here. If only this was just a dream where she could rouse herself awake and roll over to him beside her or across the hall in his own room. Laven wasn’t sure what terrified her more, the shocking number of order auras in one place or the beings that brought them to this forsaken place. But the one thing she was sure of was that she would not complain about her small room again. It may be a prison but it was at least a place she was familiar with.

Tinaksite9There was darkness everywhere…and strange, eerie music in her ears and for a moment, Tinaksite didn’t quite know what to think. It was so…creepy, and the Captain was only glad that she had been powered out in the night when she had gotten grabbed into the shadows, if she hadn’t been…well.
She would have been here without her happy little flail. Often she still did miss her tissue ghost but…
But then she heard a somewhat familiar voice and her head lifted, a frown coming across her face.
That was her friends’ voice. Marissa. Lavendulan. And she sounded scared.
Without thinking, Tinkasite began running towards it, and in the dim light provided by…well, herself and others, she saw her half youma friend being strangled to death by what looked like a wolf monster.
Oh no. She wasn’t going to lose her new friend after she had just gotten her! “Get away from her!” Tina’s voice was sharp and her flail was in her hands, the happy smiling sun swinging wildly as she tried to bring it down onto the unknown assailant’s head. “You will not hurt her! She is my friend!”
She had never felt so angry, but the fact that her friend was suffering…she wouldn’t allow it! “You will go hungry tonight! She is not food!

Einhornhohle - Page of Cosmos 6
Despite her adamant requests to be let out of work early enough so she could get home before dark. Work insisted that she not take her projects home despite the fact she had everything she needed there anyway.
For a few weeks they had respected her wishes but today some emergency came up requiring her to stay and work overtime because one of the other set designers had sprained their ankle running from one of those rabid dogs that she had been hearing about on the news recently.
The plan was, since it was so late, that she would simply power up and spend the evening, and next day, at her wonder. It was light there and she wanted to see the vivid colors of Fall time there.
Unfortunately, as things often go in Destiny City, plans are never as simply as you intend for them to be. Now that the witching hour was nearly upon them with October festivities in full swing it seemed like the shadows were restless. No sooner had she started saying the words that would bring her to her wonder did Einhornonle find herself so very far away from home
Creatures of shadow bumped into her, breathing down the back of her neck with cold breath sending goosebumps rushing down her bare arms. The Cosmos Page held her little tealight lanter out but it offered no warmth of comfort as the soft glow she emitted offered more light than it did.
“Hello?” she called out stupidly, catching the attention of another one of those things which shoved against her side with its strong muscled shoulder nearly sending her stumbling to the ground.
Damn it! Ein could feel her heart begin to race as the fear of the unknown crept up upon her. Startled, she swung her weapon which collided with … something solid… but whatever it was she didn’t stick around to find out and struggled to find a safe path through the debris towards a light, any light, it didn’t matter what group or faction it belonged to. “Hello?” She called out again, hoping someone would respond.

Captain Wolframite - Half Youma He felt her hold on, and continued to hold her. Her request tore into him and he regretted the answer he would have to give.
"Laven, this isn't a normal place. I cannot teleport out." He told her, stroking her back slowly. "Whatever is going on, we are going to have to work together to get out. I'm going to need you to stick with me and listen. Okay?" He would need her to be able to respond and run if something bad happened. As distraught as she was, he didn't want her attacked from behind.
"We are -"
A shrill voice cut through and he tensed as he saw a glowing figure head their way, weapon in hand. The captain was instantly in the defensive and his grip on Laven became possessive and protective as he turned her away from the approaching woman.
A flail was being tossed around and removing his hands from Laven, he used her behind him as he growled, swiping at the woman as he came at him. "I'm not eating her! Back the ******** off!" He snarled back before the flail hit him on the side of his head.
It wasn't enough to knock him out but it stung badly and made his vision jostle a moment. ---------------------------------- Odd- Flail hits Even- Flail misses

Super Sailor Adria
Total: 3
Adria was supposed to be at home, safe. He had been scaling up the side of his house when he'd felt something tugging on him. His henshin pen had still been in hand and, frantically--a bit recklessly--he'd powered up in an effort to break free of the strange darkness that was trying to drag him down.
He'd transformed, but it wasn't fast enough. He couldn't break free and fell through them helplessly.
The darkness was intimidating; briefly, it reminded him of the ambush into Negaspace. He had little time to adjust before madness descended. He could see little glowing lights--people, some closer than others.
And then something headbutted him, hard, while he was still standing up.
It sent him sprawling; he had to hurry and get up as quickly as possible but he froze when he realized something was breathing icy cold air down the back of his neck.
He had never gotten to his feet so quickly; he was panicking, running. He could hear something behind him, something chasing him.
He didn't know where he was running, just that he had to get away. He tripped and stumbled over all manner of things--things he couldn't see. A light appeared just in the corner of his eye and something told him to go.
He veered right at the perfect second; whatever was chasing him ran right behind him and brushed against his leg. If he hadn't have moved, he was certain he'd have been trampled.
"Hey!" he called to the nearest light, desperate for answers, or at least not to be alone. He couldn't see much, couldn't feel much, and he could only just barely make out the details of their back.
...Wait.
Wait.
He knew those colors. He knew that hair.
"--Meridiana?" he blurted, nearly skidding to a stop in front of her.

Captain Lopezite
Total: 7
There was too much movement to make things easy to locate Alpersite, but Lopezite was grateful that he could still hear him. The glowing lights moving rapidly was a distraction--but far less so than the shadows. He had run into a few things while moving, and while he might have excused some as simple obstacles strewn across the ground, others most certainly felt alive.
His hand had glided across something that tensed when he hit it, he'd bumped shoulders with something that jerked at the sensation.
He'd felt something breathe any icy shill down the back of his neck.
And then, a hand on his wrist.
He'd nearly jerked away but the voice stopped him and he released a breath he hadn't known he was holding.
"There you are," he said, visibly relieved. "No, this isn't a test. I didn't do this."
Lopezite's brows were knit as he looked around, keen to keep Alpersite near him. "I don't know what 'this' even is. Are you all right?"
