The twig has various strands of hair twined around it to signify her family tree. One strand is missing to represent the daughter that has been "lost" to Dradneos and herself. Short IC Response: The mare was devastated. Echo's Song could not be consoled by the fact that one of her biological children had stooped so low as to actually seeking a way to destroy the family. Her family was on edge. Midnight's Whisper hadn't been heard from in a while but rumors had been verified. Her eldest daughter with Dradneos had become the worst sort of monster, a skinwalker.
Shivering and dropping her offering at the altar Echo's Song gazed up at the night sky silently imploring the spirits above to perhaps right this wrong. Knowing what she knew was a heavy burden and perhaps offering a plea to the stars would ease the tension a little bit. "Please send Dradneos and myself a little bit of happiness from above."
With her plea spoken Echo's Song glanced around with uncertainty. Whatever came next was up to the stars.

I try to see the best in others, which leads me to being naive and trusting too easily. I lived a pretty sheltered life in my old herd, my family liking to keep me close. So I will admit, I have a lot to learn about the world around me. I was also used to others doing things for me, like brushing my tail, and they made sure I had everything I could possibly need or want. Since I have joined Odakota, I have learned a lot of things, but I guess others still can take advantage of me. Others have said I am very delicate, but I am trying to learn to take care of myself more. I would love a friend who could be also a body guard to me, making sure I am kept safe. The jewel and feathers from his adopted daughters foal basket. Short IC Response: Abloec had been feeling home sick, the temperature having been climbing and climbing, the heat becoming so familiar from years ago when he had been young. A longing to see his family again making his chest ache. He wasn't sure how or when but seasons had passed since he had found himself lost in this place that wasn't home. So he had thought he would try wishing on the summer star. He had known others that had made a wish and had it granted, So he might try making an offering and hope that for once luck was with him rather than against him. So he wanders to a hill top where the star could be seen and sets down one of his most precious treasures, having kept the jewel and feathers from Adela's basket, raising the mare having been his pride and joy, seeing her and her family often but he often missed her too as they would wander when the mood struck. Setting down the jewel and feathers where it reflected the light of the star in question. Looking up at it twinkling above "I wish I could see my family again.... Please help me find them." or who knew, maybe they would find him.... He could only wish... hope... and pray.
