id like to think ive been doing great but then i would be lying to myself. im ok, could be better. also, if i dont respond anymore, i probably went off to sleep since its almost 3am
i was a bit bored. some others may or may not expect to be drawn aswell. :')

*I walk up to the young girl on her phone* Well hello there, I suppose dancing is a little boring isn't it?
The girl quickly snaps her phone shut, evidently startled that someone had approached her.
"Huh? Oh, yeah, dancing isn't really the most interesting thing when I have work on my mind."
She gives a little wave of her phone to emphasize the point before tucking it away into a hidden pocket and smoothing out her dress to hide it's little bump.
"It's always a source of trouble, especially at such a busy time of year. Lucky for me that I've just managed to sort out the main things, so no more work texts for me."
She sighed, almost weary at the thought of working when it was a festive season, but tried her best to perk up, not wanting to drag his mood down with her.
"Still, nothing better than a good dance to get into that festive feeling, right? In fact, would you like to have a quick waltz around the ballroom? Nothing too energetic of course."

She smiles at him and raises a glass of champagne.
"Happy holiday to you too, dear sir. May your next year be as bright as this one."

She smiles and takes his hand, following him up to the floor, letting him lead. They danced around gracefully and the girl had to make sure she avoided stepping on his feet. After the song had finished she took a step back and gave a curtsey.
"Thank you for a pleasant little dance. It feels refreshing to know that there'll be some reprieve from work."
