Princess Galaxy Scherenchella Galaxy said, "There was a rebellion on my home planet. I was sent to Earth because my mother has a good friend on this planet. Things have calmed down somewhat, but they don't want me back until it is as safe as possible." She lost a little of her preppyness there, but gained it back with the next sentence. "So, I was about to head to the student lounge, when you are finished, do you want to meet me there?" She finished off her tofu with one bite, and swallowed afterwards.

Princess Aurelie C. Neustria of Mount Aetherea Freshman ╚════════════════════════════════
"I would love to. I have been wondering if they've fixed the power socket that I-uh...that was broken. And you have just reminded me to eat. I will join you as soon as I am done with these and have tasted those "wiches" made of sand." Yet again, wars and conflicts had been mentioned and, as Aurelie bit into a tender sprout, she couldn't help but marvel at how blessed her people were to have avoided such blood shed for so long. It was almost too good to be true. She had not missed the somber mood that had flitted across the young princess' face. Wherever she went, she would always hear about some sort of conflict as though it was in the nature of anything sentient to fight. Yet, if that was the case, it would not exclude her people, but she had not read anything resembling to a war in all her history books.

Finding the dining hall had proved to be a more complicated feat than she had first thought. I kind of wish those two nice princes could have shown me around... October thought as she started to recede into her shy shell once again. All she would need was some friendly people to draw herself out. But at the moment, she was much too afraid. As she entered the dining hall, she realized there were a handful of students. She thought she had seen Cosmo talking to a girl with pink hair, but she couldn't be sure. All she knew was she all alone and it scared her. But as she continued to look around she noticed the back of Izromos. Still wearing the same clothes, she thought vaguely as she walked over to him. When she took a seat she noticed as the man flinched, apparently lost in thought and not as guarded as usual.
"Hello, Miss October," Izromos said as he turned to face her, bowing his head slightly. A small smile broke across October's face at the fact that he had remembered to use her first name.
"Hello Izro. How are you adjusting?"
"Fairly well, though I will say your world is strange. Looks just as Alive does only... Foreign," he said.
"That's only to be expected. This is a different world," October said with a smile. "If you ever need anything, or have any questions don't feel shy to ask," she said as she placed a hand on his tense shoulder. He stayed that way for a moment before relaxing.
"I have one question. What is that mushy white substance on the table over there?" The direction in which he nodded his head was towards a table full of food. Mushy... White stuff? "It smelled of potatoes but it looked nothing like one."
Then, the light bulb went on as she spotted the dish he had mentioned. "Those are mashed potatoes. Potatoes that have been skinned, boiled, and smashed up. They're good with meats and other meals."
"I might have to try them at a later date," Izro said as he moved to stand up. Once he had gotten himself up from his seat he gave a half bow to October. "Pleasure to see you again, Miss October. Please excuse me, I have to attend to my duties," he finished as he raised himself up. Nodding her head, she smiled.
"Yes, of course. Be safe Izro. I hope to see you at dinner." With a nod of his head, the man walked out of the room to who knew where. I might as well get food, she said as the smile disappeared from her face. With slow steps and her head down, she walked over to where Izro had gestured to the food. She grabbed herself a bottle of water and grilled cheese sandwich. She noticed some desserts and reached to get a brownie. She rarely had sweets but she did enjoy them. As she turned around, she wondered where she could sit. She had been feeling mighty confident yesterday to walk up to the two princes, but now she didn't.
Everyone here has been born into royalty or nobility in someway. I was just a lucky candidate. I have no royal or noble blood. To them, if they really knew, I'm just a peasant. With that thought in her mind, she took her plate back to the table she had sat at with Izro and began to eat, silently keeping to herself.

Princess Galaxy Scherenchella Galaxy noticed the time. "Oh! The banquet's starting soon!" She looked at the other princess. "I need to go get changed, and by the time I finish, the banquet will start. I should head to my dorm. Sorry about that." She was embarrassed she hadn't kept track of time. "Well, I'll be leaving now, once again, I apologize." She quickly put her plate where the soiled plates went, then quickly walked to her dorm. //exit to dorm//

~Prince Cosmo Katamari~The Littlest Prince of the StarsCosmo looked at the time. Gasp! The banquet would be starting soon! The staff probably wanted them to clear out and go dress up. "Hey, I'll see you later, ok?" he said to Cassiel, bowing. His eyes lingered sadly on his uneaten muffin for a moment before he snapped back to attention. "The banquet's soon and I have to go put on real pants and stuff."He shrugged. Formal clothes were WEIRD. "Maybe I'll see you there?" Cosmo bounced up and down, hopping off the glass and back onto his katamari ball. With a little jolt, he started running down the table, bouncing off of it and heading under the door. [Exit to 203]

It was about time for Aurelie to leave as well so she waved her goodbyes to the extraterrestrial princess and quickly finished her meal. Her twin swords were still leaning loyally on the foot of her seat and she quickly hooked them back onto her belt. She moved to drop her used plate next to the kitchen door and nabbed a piece of bread when she thought no one was looking as a snack for later. She was going to need all the energy she could muster to survive this banquet. She hated all formal events needing formal attire and only wanted this day to be over. Hopefully her roommate wouldn't be present. She didn't know if she could handle another painful bout of socialization.

We all make choices in life NurseSister Eleanor entered the dining hall, hugging her pashmina around her shoulders. It was a crisp and cool evening outside, but inside the hall was pleasant and warm. The dishes and plates from earlier in the day had all been cleared away, leaving neatly set places at every seat in the hall. She mounted the two steps up to the staff table, looking around. She was quite early, and no one else was here yet. Such the better: Eleanor preferred being early to things. It meant she could watch over everything. Eleanor sat down at the staff table. All the chairs were facing out, as they were on event days like today. She chose a spot slightly to the left of center, more in line with the door. She tried to remember where the rest of the staff liked to sit, and came up empty. With so many changes in staff, it was impossible to predict. With a small sigh, she settled into her chosen seat and waited for the rest of the school's arrival. But in the end, our choices make us.

Kenton arrived in the dining hall. Early, as was his way. He bowed to the other occupant of the room, the blue-clad nurse sitting at the staff table. There was no one else around, so he couldn't exactly choose to sit with someone he knew. The young lord sat down in a corner, watching the door and waiting for the others.

~Prince Cosmo Katamari~ The Littlest Prince of the Stars
Cosmo rolled into the dining hall, immediately struck by the warmth of the fire and the emptiness of the room. He started bouncing and, with a mighty leap, he made it up onto one of the student's tables. There was no one he knew, and he was rather looking forward to reconnecting with old friends after spending the past few days meeting new ones.
He rolled around a plate in the center of a table, waiting for the rest of the students and staff to find their way in.

Maeza stepped into the dining hall, looking around at the few occupants. There was Eleanor in a very beautiful gown. Maeza gave her a small smile and then spotted Cosmo. She gave the small prince a wave and walked over to sit in the seat beside Kenton. "Well someone looks quite dashing," she said.

Tom hopped out of the shadows beneath a table. He glared angrily around the room, still fuming from his altercation with Kenton earlier. "Hey Coz," he said, sitting down next to the happily rolling ball of classmate at the table opposite from where Kenton sat. If he was over here, he could keep a clear eye on what the fairy b*****d was doing. "Good summer?""Oh it was GREAT I had FUN my dad and I went FISHING and my cousins and I made an ISLAND and we all had SUCH a GOOD TIME..."Tom immediately regretted opening his mouth to Cosmo the notorious motormouth. When you open a can of worms, the only way to recan them was to use a bigger can. He looked around for a large glass, spying one he could use to contain the little star prince if he got too talkative. He straightened his shoulders, looking daggers at Kenton and not really listening at all to what Cosmo was saying. He watched as Mae arrived, and grit his teeth. Kenton was right, he couldn't control what Mae did. All he could do now was watch.

Prince Sherlock of Brightenvale♚▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄♔
Sherlock had barely been out of his dorm since his arrival; the hours had been whiled away unpacking, setting out various odds and ends for potion making and getting accustomed to his roommate's... unusual decor. The tall young man had been loathing the start of the year banquets since he had first arrived at the Academy three years prior, but had grown to accept them and tolerate the mundane chatter that he would be subjected to. Opon arrival, he was relieved to find the hall mostly empty- The prince of the cosmos playing with the dishes seemed to be the only peace-disturbance as of yet- He had no doubt that it would last only until the arrival of his last year's roommate.
Speak of the devil. Sherlock thought as Thomas made his noisy arrival. He sauntered over, gritting his teach slightly at the squeaky jabber coming from the tiny prince and followed the lurker's gaze to Mae and a new addition to the school. The stare seemed oddly feral and Sherlock raised an eyebrow. Was it jealousy? How odd, for the creature that had once claimed love was mortal business. "Who would've thought we'd be so early." Sherlock spoke as he took a seat next to Tom; neither one of them was the sort to get excited over a banquet.

Kenton scooted a few inches away as Maeza sat down, being sure to catch his roommate's eye as he did so. As I have said. I have my orders, but no one may order her around."Please don't think I do not appreciate the compliment, Madam Princess, but I feel it only fair to inform you that by speaking with you I am violating a direct order issued to me by my roommate Prince Thomas," he said quietly. "I know not the extent of the feud you two are embroiled in, but he seems to think I wish to be a part of it when I certainly do not."He picked up the salt shaker and shook some salt into his glass of water before taking a sip. "Though I should not hesitate to add that you look quite lovely."

Tom downed a glass of what he suspected was soda and slammed the empty thing down on the table over the tiny star prince. This of course did nothing to stem the river of words pouring from Cosmo's mouth, though the noise was quieted by the glass. He shook his head, sighing. "Sherlock. Hi, how are you, good summer, welcome back, what's new, not much. You know anything about that a*****e sitting with Mae?" he reeled off, keeping his hand over the glass so that Cosmo couldn't upset it and escape. He doubted he'd get much of an answer, given that Kenton was so new to the school, but he was anxious to get anything he could on his roommate.
