Terrion tried to put up a good argument of why she should go, but she was ruled out by her friends. Disappointed, she stubbornly trudged after Cay and Dante, muttering all the way. Cayleigh ignored her mother's irritated ramblings and made conversation with Dante. Terrion knew that nobody was listening to her, but she just carried on venting until her natural calm returned. She had an idea that Dante would return to the group, followed closely by Cayleigh, who didn't really want to let another one of her firends and newfound cousin out of her sight. Terrion planned her escape like a rebel child during naptime, hiding her true ideas and acting natural. If being the most powerful phsycic Nightshade meant normal, then... She dismissed the thought. All of her friends were powerful in their own way. Terrion was a bit too impulsive, though, Elia, too calm, Cayleigh just like her mother... The list went on throughout her friends. Terrion hoped that whoever they were against other than Aun didn't find a way to root through their memories of the others' weaknesses. She was lost in thought and fell silent as they reached the house. Cayleigh glanced back to check on her mom and found her walking with her eyes closed over every root and rock without difficulty. Cay wasn't surprised.

((I really hope so...If I can contact this guy, maybe he'll be able to help us put together an anime ^^))

Dante glanced over at Terrion, over her shoulder and saw that they were quite a distance from the main group. They were blocked by the thick trees and Dante quickly grabbed Cay's hand and Terrion's hand. "Oh come on!" He said cheerfully. "You really think I'd pass up on something like this?" He grinned. "I haven't totally mastered what dad can do, but I can get us all there in one piece. I hope." He coughed, face pink, before focusing on the castle ruins on the other side of the forest. "Don't freak." He told Cay, before the black flames erupted at their feet and engulfed the three, teleporting them to the site.

((Whoa... O.o You could do that? I'm sorry, but that would be awesome!))

Terrion, slightly surprised, canceled her escape. She involunarily shivered at the sight of Aun's castle ruins. If Elia found out, he would be the one who killed her with lectures and weeks locked in at home with him to keep an eye on her. She smiled slightly at the thought. Her throat felt much better and she could walk by herself without any help. Terrion scanned the ruins.

"Alexa must be somewhere underground." She overturned a piece of marble. On the other side was elaborate carvings that had donned the pillars from inside the room where she and her friends fought Aun. To the death. She grimaced and mentally crushed it, causing the physical one to crumble to dust.

"This place disgusts me."

((Yup! Passed through from Nova and his awesome teleportation skillz /(>o>)/))

Dante looked around the ruins. It was unfamiliar, but inviting at the same time. Now he knew something was wrong when his evil grandfather's place of death made him feel welcome...He shook his head and focused. He pointed to a pillar and walked over to it. The elaborate carvings were here as well, but they looked like they had been carved in again, and again. Like some sort of combination code. Only....What was the code?

((Awesome for sure! I hope it works!))

Eve grimiced as she cut her hand on one of Zoe's scales.
"That was stupid." Cecilio remarked.
Eve glared at him. "Yes, I know."
She closed her eyes. She could hear the rush of the wind behind them and she could still sense the ogres. She concentrated hard on the castle that wasn't too far away now, but what was wrong? What was missing?
Something hit her stomach and she opened her eyes to see what was. Everything around her was red. "No...Not again!" She could hear someone screaming in the distance and she recognized the voice to be Alexa's. "Run, run, my little nightshade! It won't be long before you die!" Another scream and she watched helplessly as Aun, fully recovered and stronger than before, chased the helpless girl. "Why aren't you using your powers!?" she screamed, but was not heard. It was as if she were a ghost. The girl stumbled and Aun drove a knife into her back. Another scream. Alexa tried to protect herself, but Aun only laughed. She screamed again.
"Eve! Snap out of it!"
Eve rubbed her head. "I'm glad that was only one of my dreams..." she mumbled.
"Eve..." Cecilio looked relieved, but worried at the same time.
"I need to work on a mental barrier. He's getting into my head way too easily."

Terrion flinched as a dead leaf scuttled across the old, but still pristine marble. She kneeled by the piece of stone Dante seemed to be interested in. She saw the repeating pattern and frowned. Someone had been here, all right. She traced the pattern with a finger and a memory flashed in front of her eyes for a split second. She cried out in surprise, and fell backwards. Cayleigh looked frightened, but she stood her ground.

"Do not be decived, this place may seem as comfortable as home, but remember that this was the place your family almost died, one by one. Staring with your fathers..." A memory of the fight flashed in her mind. She kneeled by the marble piece again, this time letting the memory take hold.

Terrion stumbled backwards after shifting back. "Whoa." She dusted herself off and ran over to stand next to Striker. "Give me my swords, now! We don't have time to waste."

"Well played, well done! I didn't think that you had gotten so much better at your illusions, my flower. But alas! I saw a flaw in your haste." Elia stepped out from the shadows as well, clapping as if to congradulate her. Terrion accepted her swords and stood with practiced ease, twirling her swords in her hands slowly.

"Ha! You better leave this flower alone, 'cause this one's got thorns." Terrion flashed a smile in her usual, carefree way. Elia smiled back.

"Clever, but flowers are delicate things. I could easily snap one in half." He drew his sword. "And I don't wish to break your fragile frame, Master Aun would be ever so angry with me." Terr gave a mock sigh.

"And I thought you were beginning to actually care for me." Elia stamped his foot on the ground.

"I do care for you! You just blind yourself to my love!" he shouted indignantly. "I love you, Terr. I love you more than the rose needs the sun. I am that sun, you are the rose. You need me."

"Ha! Me need you? You have got to get over me. Now," she tightened her grip on the hilts, "let's dance."

Terrion screwed her eyes shut and tears began to form, but the memory persisted.

Darkness. Everywhere. Screams echoed and she heard someone shout.

"No! Zoe! Don't do it!" It sounded like Rogue and Ben's voices merged together. She opened her mouth to scream with them, but nothing came out. Something tugged on her arm. Laughter echoed around her. Aun's crackling laugh. She yanked away, but found herself held fast. She reached for her swords, but they weren't there. She fumbled for her slingshot, but it was gone as well. Rage surged within her and she pulled harder. Then the voices came.
No, don't fight back, he'll hurt you. No! Don't listen! Fight! Kill him! Someone help me! Please, someone please rescue me! The third voice caught her attention. Terrion yanked harder, trying to get the female voice that was calling for help, but as soon as she broke free and ran to the source, the only thing she found was a chair. Someone was sitting in it. It was Aun.

"Welcome back home, little Terrion, my child!" Then all went black.

Terror jerked her back to reality. She recognized that voice from that nightmare 50 years back from when Elia had turned back and she had fallen asleep in his arms. Cayleigh’s voice. She gulped, but pretended to scan the stone. Her mind was racing. She had to prevent this, she had to… Aun was coming back. Why didn’t I take it as a warning back then? The thought had never occurred to her that she would have a daughter, or that Aun would return.

((lol, I took these from the last rp. The dream thingy just took on a new meaning for Terr, not just as a nightmare, but a warning... This is gonna get interesting... 3nodding ))

((Man, sorry I havent posted in forever!! I totally forgot... sweatdrop ))

Zoe flew after the, Owen and Ben on her back. She landed, and Owen slid off first, then Ben. They looked at the remains of the old castle, and Zoe gripped Owen's arm. "I hope your ready for whats in there Owen. Its worse then the past." She said grimly, and Ben nodded, his face paling by the second. "You cant turn back, none of us can." He warned. "I wont. You guys are like family now, and family stick together." He said, and strode forward towards the others. Zoe followed with Ben by her side, both weary. Owen froze at the sight of Terr on the ground, and Zoe and Ben rushed forward. "Terr, whats wrong?" Zoe asked, and knelt next to her, while Ben examined the pattern on a piece for stone her scent was on. He pressed his palm to it, and closed his eyes, pain surging through his head.

Ben screamed at his sister, and tried to brake the chains he was bound by. Zoe walked forward, her skin ghostly pale, and her eyes wide. She held a small vile in her hand, and a dagger in the other. "Snap out of it Zoe, now!" Ben screamed, and Zoe whipped her head around to face him. "I don't serve you." She growled. Her mouth was connected by hinges, as the rest of her body parts. Strings hing from various parts of her body, which led up to a balcony high above her. A hand hung over the edge, moving a cross of wood smoothly, making Zoe move, though it didn't make her talk. Zoe turned back, and continued her walk until she reached the far side of the dark room, where a candle light flickered on. On the wall hung Owen, who was bruised and bloody. She tilted the vile into his half-open mouth, and lifted the dagger. "Zoe stop!" Ben screamed, and the puppet master cackled. "Never!" It cackled, and the dagger moved faster, stabbing Owen's heart deeply.

Ben fell back, and whipped the sweat form his forehead. "Ben?!" Zoe shook her brother. "Its cursed." He muttered. "No one touch anything." He said, just loud enough for everyone to hear.

Terrion yanked away from the stone with a short cry. She held onto her hand with a grimace planted on her face. She ignored Elia's very annoyed snorts. She got to her feet and rubbed her forehead. She glanced over at Cayleigh, then at Zoe, who was looking at her, concern donning her face. Terr nodded.

"I-I'm fine..." She shook her head. "I just experienced painful memories... Like the one when Elia and I..." Her gaze rested on Cay again, who was surveying the ruins, afraid to touch anything that sent her strong mother into painful memories... "Battled." This caught Cay's attention. She blinked, confused. As far as Cay knew, Terrion and Elia were best friends and had never crossed blades at all. Terrion finally brought her focus over to Elia. His arms were crossed and his mouth was set in a firm frown.

"I told you to go home." He tapped his foot impatiently. His scolding tone sugested that he was chastening a child. Terr hung her head in mock guilt. Instead of continuing his scolding, Elia wrapped his arms around her. "Okay, you can stay, just don't take any fighting onto yourself..."

Ben lifted Zoe to her feet after he stood, and rolled his shoulders. "I really hate this place." He mumbled. Owen watched them, and gulped. "Man, this isn't going to end well." He said. "Not at all, but we better go find Alex, now. I can feel her below the earth." Zoe said, and Ben squeezed her hand. "We'll find her." He said, watching the other as he said it. Owen glanced around, and smiled at each of them, his gaze lingering on Zoe. "Lets move." He said, and traversed forward, but Zoe grabbed his shoulder. "Not yet, wait for everyone else to give the okay." She smiled. Ben nodded in agreement. "I hope your all prepared for this." He said loudly, and tapped the ground with his foot. "Below is a battle, and bad memories and nightmares come to life. There's no backing out, none of us. We don't leave a fallen friend either, so help each other." He said, and Zoe leaned against him. "I hate this." She sighed, and Ben wrapped an arm around her. "We all do, but we need to get this nightmare over with and Alex back." He smiled. Owen watched them, wanting it to be him Zoe leaned against, and him to wrap his arm around her. But not yet. He would wait for her.

((I had exactally the same problem The-Graceful-Assassian had xd Forgetful much?))

Eve slid off Zoe's back. "Terr?" She looked around. "Zoe, Terrion sensed something... We need to find her. I think it's important!"
Cecilio walked up next to her. "But we're so close to the castle!"
"I know, but I think we need to talk to her. She knows something... I don't know why I can sense it so strongly, but she knows something!"
Cecilio looked confused. "What does she know?"
Eve shook her head. "I don't know."
Cecilio looked at her with an agitated expression.
"I'm going to find her." She said before Cecilio could argue. "Zoe, I'll be back." With that she ran off so fast that Cecilio was left behind.
"I've never seen her like this. Do you know what is going on?"

Terrion, still wrapped in Elia's arms, related the memories and nightmare she had while touching the stone. Cayleigh listened, wide-eyed as Terr said something about her to the other adults. Cay turned back to Dante.

"What do we do?"

((Holyshnizzles! I haven't been posting for so friggin long!))

Dante frowned, pressing his hands against the pillar in front of him. He closed his eyes, not hearing Cay's question. He focused and one by one, the symbols glowed. He broke away, jerkinghis hands from the pillar and the symbols died down. "I've found it...." He muttered and turned back to Cayleigh. "I've cracked the code! Let's go!" He grabbed her hand, pressing his other one to the pillar, and letting his powers trace the symbols. A flash of black fire, and they disappeared.

=======

Rogue tiptoed down the dark, damp stone halls, searching for her daughter. It was impossible, however. The stones blocked all Nightshade energy. "I-I can't feel her!" She whispered, panicked. "Nova, I can't sense her anywhere! What if-?!" Nova shushed her. "Calm down. We'll find her. Alexa's strong. Don't worry..."

=======

Genesis felt the children entering the underground abyss of Archangelo and frowned. They didn't know what they were getting themselves into....He wrapped his wings around himself and teleported underground, to where he thought his brother was.

=======

Archangelo's wounds in his hands were only just healing. Damn this human form! He cursed. He closed his fists and he leaned back into his 'throne'. But he smiled as he looked at his handiwork. "It's good to have you back, my friend."
From his position kneeling before the Nightshade god, Aun looked up and gave an insane grin.
"It's good to be back, my lord..."

=======

Messoris kicked back his feet, playing with his slinky. His head perked up as he felt multiple Nightshades in the underground labyrinth and grinned. "Play time!" He crooned and got up.

((Before ya'll freak, yes, I brought Aun back from the dead. Temporarily. Don't worry, he isn't half as strong as he was back then. And yes, Dante and Cay will be able to kill him. He's just a distraction. I feel sort of sorry for Aun now. I mean, his kids kicked his butt, and now his grand-children are going to kick his butt again.))

(I have no mercy or pity... ;D)

Zoe followed, her back to everyone as she kept watch behind them. Her neon eyes darted around, looking for something. She couldnt feel much earth down there, and it wasnt a good feeling. Luna stepped out of a black portal not to far form the group, and grinned. "I think it is my friend." She called to Mesoris, laughing. She pulled out a spider shaped puppet, then ten more fo the same one. she whispered to them, and they went scuttling towards the group. Zoe screamed. She was to death of spiders. "Zoe, look out!" Ben shoved her back, and stomped on a few. Zoe blushed in embarresment, and shifted to a large wolf, and charged, tomping her huge paws. Own picked up the spiders in a whirlwind, and sent them at Luna. Luna growled, and sidestepped them. She picked up a dead spider, and whispered to it. It grew into two new spiders, and charged. "Zoe, move!" Owen shouted, and swept back a group of spiders. She smiled a thanks, and turned to the group. "Go ahead, weve got Luna." She told them firmly, then turned back, and howled, charging again.

((I was kinda under the impression Aun was back for good, but whatever you guys think is best.
Geez! I'm having so much time writing! Come on brain, THINK!!!))

Eve appeared next to Terrion. "Terrion... Are you alright? I sensed something odd and it was coming from you." She saw the rest of the group looking at Terrion with nervous looks. "What is it?"
A moment later, Cecilio appeared next to her. He was out of breath but pretended like nothing had happened.
"Chio, what are you doing here?"
"Nunca te dejaré sola."
"Chio.... must you? I don't understand!"
"That's how I like it."
Eve rolled her eyes and focused on Terrion's face. "Another vision?" She looked confused. "I've never seen you look so grave after seeing one of your visions. What did you see?" Eve looked worried.
