I believe that yes the people who did Hellsing also did Chrno Crusade.. or Chrono Crusade either one is correct.. as well as Trinity Blood.
Chrno Crusade's Rosette is a sister of an order.. I think the Magdelena Order who take care of demons. Chrno himself is a demon who Rosette and her brother Joshua... find in a.. tomb-like place. She becomes his Contractor for reasons that you can find out.. Anyways when Rosette was younger and had.. met Chrno a little recently - I'm not sure how much time passes- a demon named Aeon who Chrno used to be working with did something and Joshua disappears. Now a few years later Aeon appears again.
Rosette's supposed to be... Mary Magdelene(sp?) reincarnated or something like that. And... Chrno had.. a connection with Mary.
I suck at summarizing things. Also... this is the anime.. which I am pretty sure is different from the manga.
