 Maia rolled her eyes at Aaleah. She said, "Alright, I'll admit, you may be right about most of those things. However, I don't assume things. I use my power to know things."Lorelei raised an eyebrow inquisitively at Aaleah's actions. She sighed, thinking it over and assuming that it was because Jayden was missing.Masato smirked at Jayden. He said, "Well I'm glad you asked." He leaned over so that he was talking into Mizuki's ear, "My name's Masato."Mizuki didn't do anything, and simply listened until she heard Masato's voice. She tried to stay entirely still, but when he got closer and spoke into her ear, she couldn't help but let out a bit of a squeal. Her heart was racing. She closed her eyelids tightly, and stayed as still as possible, hoping he'd go away.

"Powers can be wrong. There is always a way around them. Don't rely on them too much." Dropping Lorelei's hand, Aaleah turned around, feeling a bit hotter than usual. Her mind was racing with things from their time before Lore. Walking away, she walked up to a large tree and eyed it before she started punching it repeatedly not once showing any emotion.
"Hey, leave her alone you big bully!" Jayden shouted with a glare. "She didn't bother you."

Lorelei shook her head at Maia when she saw her opening her mouth to say something. She went after Aaleah and said, "Wow, what'd that tree ever do to you?"Maia sighed. She looked back at Raiko. She went over to him, and said, "Now, where do you suppose Shion may be hiding?"Masato looked at Jayden with a glare. He said, "You have no idea who you're dealing with, little boy." He went over to Jayden, and continued, "So, tell me, what's got you so brave?"

"Powers, don't work! You can't rely on something so weak, so flawed!" Sinking to the floor, Aaleah kept repeating how powers were useless.
It was a cool night, the moon shining a brilliant white. Aaleah and Jayden were five-years-old, celebrating their birthday. Jayden holding mothers hand as Aaleah rode on fathers shoulders laughing, having a great time. A stranger wearing dark clothing walks up to the group slowly, with a smile. Father setting Aaleah down near mother and Jay. Standing in front of us to his full height of six feet, muscle taught ready if he needed to fight. A few moments Father relaxes bringing the stranger over. Sharp, soul piercing, purple eyes glance over them like a predator. Mother and Father whispering, about him, if he really was a man in need. Father, who had the power to know ones true intentions, said he was fine. Giving the man a ride to the house. A tense, quiet ride. Giving him a room and bidding good night. Crashing shouting and screams. Mother running into our room, putting us in the hiding spot, blood soaking her pajama's. The man coming in, so much blood, so much scream. Jay and I holding each other, shaking in fright. "Never trust your powers, there are always loop holes around certain ones." he said laughing moor red. The screaming silence the house quiet. Leaving when the sun came up. Scared, alone. Crying, Aaleah gripped her head "I want Jay." she cried.
Raiko shrugged. "She's never in one place, not for long. She leaves unless her hideout is hidden securely. You can never contact her, she contacts you." he said getting his breathing back to normal.
"You picking on her. She didn't mess with you or be mean so leave her alone!" Jayden moved over towards Mizuki a bit more "Its ok lady, I'll protect you from this meanie."
Shion sat under a bush as a mouse. She was watching the clearing, looking for a weakness the group may have.

Lorelei put her arms around Aaleah, "We'll get him back, don't worry." She sighed, "As for the powers.... When many supposedly weak and flawed powers come together, they create a great big strong power, that isn't so flawed." She smiled, "So don't worry."Maia growled. She said, "Well, damn it." She laid down, and closed her eyes. 'It'll be useless if I'm too weak to do anything.' She thought. She decided to take a little nap.Mizuki looked towards Jayden, obvious confusion showing in her expression. She was shaking along with her voice as she said lowly, "Wh-Why? H-How?" That was all she could get out before she felt Masato put his hand on her head. She froze immediately.Masato smirked at Jayden and Mizuki. He said, "Well how cute. You're offering to help her even though you don't know who she is. Well, I'll have you know that she has in fact done things to me." He looked at Mizuki, not at all surprised by her reaction of confusion. He continued, "Well, she seems to know you. So how about I help you figure this mystery out, without ruining all the fun of it. Do you recognize anything about her?" He forcible turns Mizuki's head towards Jayden, to which Mizuki gives a scared and pained expression.

Aaleah grabbed onto Lorelei as she cried. Slowly, she fell asleep leaning against the older girl, Lorelei's shirt grasped tightly in her fist loosened a bit.
Staring at the dirt, Raiko climbed up the tree he was against and sat in a branch looking at the clearing. Sighing he kept an eye out for anything suspicious happening in the forest around them.
Jayden didn't answer to Masato's teasing, instead he started looking the blond girl over to see if he recognized her. Leaning closer to her face, he saw how scared she looked. In a snap decision, Jayden bit Masato's hand that was holding Mizuki's head and growled. "Weave 'er awone yew bi' soopi hea' " he said as he bit harder on the hand.
((Jay said "Leave her alone you big stupid head" if you did't know x3))

 "Ow!" Masato said. He moved his hand back and waved it back and forth, in an attempt to get Jayden off of him. He said, "You little brat! You're telling me you're not interested in who this girl is?!" He growled, "You've got to be at least a little bit curious! Come on, think about it. Does her voice sound familiar, even?"Mizuki started attempting to move away from Masato, but she stopped when he mentioned her voice. She was afraid of him, yes, terrified even, but she was more afraid of people that didn't know what she actually looked like before finding out that she was really just a fragile girl. And even more so that they find out that she's terrified of Masato. She clamped her mouth shut, and continued attempting to get away from Masato. She was more focused on keeping her mouth shut than getting away, though.Lorelei smiled at Aaleah, then scooted over to the others, dragging Aaleah with her. She said, "So, what's the plan?"

Jayden bit down harder and shook his head "No, yew ore maing her sared!" Jayden shouted "Wore trus her n so do I."
Looking down, Raiko sees only a few awake. Halfway listening to the planning session, Raiko continued to keep lookout.
((Jay-"No you are making her scared." "Lore trusts her and so do I"))

Masato looked at Jayden, "Oh, so you do know who she is?" He asked, smirking. He didn't even bother to wave his hand anymore.Not paying attention, Mizuki ended up falling off the table they were on, head first. As much as she tried not to, she let out a bit of a yelp. She hit her head, but not enough to knock her out or do any serious damage. She said without thinking, "Damn it!" She kicked the floor. As soon as she realized it, she covered her mouth.

Letting go of Masato, Jayden looked toward Mizuki with worry "Are you ok?" he asked her before looking at the man "My sister knows her. That is good enough for me. Untie me." Jayden said frowning. He hated when Lorelei and Aaleah would do this to him.

 Mizuki muttered, "It wasn't before." She shook her head. She started biting at the bindings, attempting to get them off.Masato chuckled. He said, "Untie you? You obviously don't know how this works."

Jayden frowned "Don't laugh, I'm serious. I want to be untied. Its uncomfortable." Moving around, Jayden started getting frustrated and a bit panicked at the restriction on his movements.

Masato smirked at Jayden. He leaned forward and said, "Good." He chuckled as he walked towards the door. He said, "Now I'm going to leave you two alone for a few minutes, but don't worry, I'll be able to see you if you try to escape." He opened the door, went out of the room, and closed it behind him.Mizuki scooted closer to Jayden when she heard Masato's footsteps leave the room and the door close. She said lowly, "Jayden, is it dark in here?"

Looking towards Mizuki he shrugged, "A little. Its really dim and stuff. Are....are you Mizuki? Is that why Lorelei and Maia were nice to you?" he asked slowly. "Its ok if you don't wanna tell me." he said quickly so he didn't make her feel pressured.

Mizuki got very nervous all of a sudden. She said, "Wh-What makes you think that?" She frowned, and went closer to Jayden. She attempted to reach her hands out to touch Jayden, as she said lowly, "Come on, we're getting out of here." If Jayden manages to grab her, Mizuki would merged them with the shadows, and have them travel through the shadows as far as they could, which is about a mile away from the building they're in to a clearing full of sunlight.
