Something like 40 percent of Canada is uninhabited and the majority of your population lives on your border to the U.S.
Canada is the 51st state. Quebec is the 52nd.

A ton of the Canadians I've gamed with are from Quebec, so I'd be fine. And Montreal is (from many Quebecker's PoV) pretty bilingual.

It is the only province that actively discriminates based on language.
The government there even went so far as to buy up out dated text books to lower the grade average of the english speaking population.
You can have them.

I don't believe in discrimination against language, but I do believe a lingua franca always needs to be established. Miscommunication is the cause of the majority of the world's problems, if not all problems if you really go deep into the definition of the word.
That's why it always irked me when people said that Spanish would replace English in the US in the future. Nothing against the Spanish language at all, but replacing a main language after it's been established is just retroactive.
