Anyways, got some gifts for my early birthday party from my family (and lemme take a moment to mention that I had another pre-birthday party thrown for me by Tea, who made like the awesomest cake ever, and gave me my first tarot deck and some very treasurd implements, TEA IS AWESOME) and I wanted to know if they are reputable?
A book titled "Discovering Your Spirit Animal: The Wisdom of the Shamans" by Lucy Harmer
A card and booklet set called "Animal Messages: Seek Information From Your Animal Guides" put together by Susie Green.
Anyone know anything about these authors or anything?
Also, I'm finally filling out the application for a hotel that is near where Tea lives and if I get the job I'll be moving back out Northwest! I ask for your prayers or wishes of luck or what have you (not a demand, I am making a meager request that does not have to be fulfilled, and I'd be grateful for whatever good energies y'all would like to send my way.)
@Tea: I send you more love and hugs and am sorry I'm not there right now in body, but I am with you in spirit, and just in case you didn't already know (I'm sure you do) I am here if ever you need a shoulder or an ear or a warm heart.

Take care Calixti, I hope they tone it down.
I am glad of the recent posts add, but miss the quick link to guilds. 3nodding
Oh, and I agree with Xykon, it is necrophilia when a living desires a dead. When the dead desire the living, it is Biophilia, or Viaphilia In short, so long as both parties are of the same kind, it isn't an odd bit.

Calixti The bright cyan that highlights the section of the site you're in is too painful for me. I'm going to have to leave Gaia for a while, y'all. I may be on for limited amounts of time now and again, but that's it unless they change. it. Hmmmm... it isn't showing up that brightly for me. Is it possible for you to change your monitor settings? redface Quote: A book titled "Discovering Your Spirit Animal: The Wisdom of the Shamans" by Lucy Harmer Not impressed. For a start, I find their selection of animals limited to put it politely, the cultural homogenization and bastardization is annoying, and the misrepresentation of ethnogens and their roles within any of a number of cultures to be distasteful. Quote: A card and booklet set called "Animal Messages: Seek Information From Your Animal Guides" put together by Susie Green. Pretty artwork, little substance, especially since it's "meanings" are eclectic to say the least. It won't suck that Isakane and I are going to hardily recommend you to our boss. He and I are two of the hardest working, well trusted employees in Retail. Call me. I want to chat about the application process now that I'm more with it. Oh and I'm updating the pathway thread finally biggrin

saint dreya less than 2 months before i'm off to boot camp... eek Go with an empty mind. All you need is obedience. When responding, always do so from a position of subservience. It is annoying, but you must not be a person, you must be a cog, a willing cog.

For now, I've turned the backlight on Tosh off. It makes it a bit harder to see, but the aqua doesn't hurt as much. A friend of mine is going to send me instructions on how to change the code for the colour on my end, which'll help.

Those last two episodes of Torchwood were insanely hard to watch! I hate RTD so much right now, but it was so amazingly done! I'm not even sure how to describe how it made me feel to see that. I need to go think about it for a while... *weak smile* I think I'm gonna call my fiancee and cry lol It sucks that I can't talk to her about the show, as she hasn't gotten to watch it yet. I don't think she's gonna take it very well though; that was very, very, very hard to watch. You were right though, Calixti, that definitely took the Who 'verse to a new level.
ETA: I've figured out what that feeling is. It's a hatred towards humanity... absolute hatred. Thank you RTD, I really needed that in my life.
