Tenkai Matsumoto It was funny how they made Slowking able to talk in that one movie. I forget if it was the whole movie or just a mini-movie. It's like the shell's hold has finally infected its brain and made it smart.Exactly that. Bulbapedia says that the poison in Shellder's teeth seep into it's brain and boost it's intelligence. And everytime it yawns it gets smarter.
