Well, he's basically infinite damage soak, but easily destroyed.
Hard to chart that in numbers. 0 HP but still needs a working body to get s**t done.

I wouldn't feel as guilty if maybe the rules in place to prevent faggotry were upheld more often.
Alas, I am forever destined to be nemesis.

Chaplain Fenix Hard to chart that in numbers. 0 HP but still needs a working body to get s**t done. But he could still necromance with his body cut off at the beltline, which I think would rate him higher than 'tough' seeing as he won't bleed out and die within seconds of being cut in half.

TECHNICALLY, he can still necromance/mindrape/telekineses as a severed head in a box. It depends, I generally hold a threshold for physical abuse that eventually disables him.

Usually if a character has no more hit points, aren't they dead?
If you are 'undead', then how do you know when you are completely incapacitated? Besides having your body parts strewn all over the place.

Well, he doesn't need any of his other organs to simulate life. Why does he need a working brain? Generally speaking a zombie's brain is already worthless because the lack of circulation starved it of oxygen and it's been rotting for however long.

I added some different statistics for strength and speed.
Now I'm gonna take a shower. Let me know if I should alter them or something.

I was looking up fighting techniques against ghouls, which are different from zombies.
The only thing that 'kills' them completely is incineration.
But for something like a necromancer, I guess the scale you'd have to use would be mental capacity, and mobility.
0=incinerated, nonexistence 1=brains, need brains, rawr 2=slobbering idiot
etc.
Edit: Lich lord would have their soul in a separate place from the body that they would use, and probably discard once they were done. So they would be able to 'fight' without a physical body.
