"What the...? Why am I stuck!! EERRRRGGHH!!!" I growl as I struggle to pull my claws out of the dirt.
"Thanks for coming back to me. I guess I have a firepower that needs to recharge or something, or maybe some person in charge of this wacky game just doesn't want me to succeed at all..." I muse loudly, looking up to the sky in disdain as if I know who made this game.
"No one else would bother to get me...thanks for helping me out! Of course stupid stuff like this happens to me!" I say with a smile to Leina, then growl as I continue to try to wrench myself out.
"I am so outta here!"

You have no problem pulling yourself free. Your arm is relatively unfazed by Leina's pulling (i.e., no bruises yet).

I pause when I hear Branwen calling out and I turn around. When did she fall behind... Gotta make sure she doesn't get trapped. I look around to make sure she's got a clear path out, and possible routes for escape.

As I'm running, I can't help but think that it's time for my weapons to all be sharpened. The dagger should have cut his throat easily.

I sigh in relief when I'm freed, then I take Leina with me, both of us running, and smile to see that Layla had turned back to look to see if I was doing okay. I also latch my other arm around Mazurn's and pull him along with Leina and me quickly.

(Sorry about not being on alot...I really need to get a new computer and stop relying on my phone for roleplaying.)
As Mazurn grabbed his sword back from Branwen, along wioth being tugged by Branwen, he said " I am perfectly fine, you save yourself first." Mazurn said as he started running towards where the town was, paying attention to the burning fauna.

I quickly leave Branwen as soon as she's free and run ahead to make sure the way is still clear. "HURRY UP!!!" I yell back at Mazurn and Branwen, turning back only a second before looking ahead and continuing running.

Everyone:
When you finally reach town, there are mages in blue robes rushing out of town toward the fire. The town itself is fairly small, but it seems to possess all of the needed buildings: an inn, a restaurant/tavern, a branch of the Inter-Kingdom Guild Registry Service, a branch of the Mages' Guild, a merchant shop, and a few residential buildings.

"Well guys, here's where I need the answer from all of you an whether or not you want to buy some nice gear and some horses or a guild hall. I believe Liena already expressed favor of the hall, if I remember correctly." I say to the party.

'And they haven't even asked my name yet, what an impolite group, though I am harldy one to judge'.

I turn to Apollo and speak in a rather civil manner, surprising myself. "I understand from that point that weapons and horses seem the better option, but if we are able to have at least a semi-safe place to stay, then we can train and prepare better to fight these...things... without running in blind... Do I make sense?"

"Well, yes, Liena's point is the benefit of the hall. Pity about Willow, if she really cares, she'll come back; if not, I really have no business outfiting her with either boon..." I say, split myself on which option would be better. Most likely, I figure those who are more interested in leaving safely would chose the gear and those who are fine with saying will pick the hall, at least as a general rule.

By now, everyone knows everyone's name. We've time skipped enough that everyone should have met everyone at some point.
When you enter the tavern, you find it to be full of various peoples: elves, dwarves, humans, anthros, -mimi's, etc. You notice that the bartender seems mildly bored, and that a group of people (a female human archer, a male anthro boar brawler, a female neko-mimi cleric, and a male elf assassin) are making quite a scene. You also notice that this group is wearing red clothes.
