Added Nikolai and Rivven, who are far less high tier than I expected. Old Rivven would probably have been a few notches higher, but then, I was also debating taking his durability down from 2 to 1.5. But so many half-numbers.
Also:
Not editing my stats right now to this new list.
Also also, not remaking the TIERS or adding new characters. If anyone wants that updated, do it yourself.

Designated Hero Wtf. My most OP joke creation ever and it still doesn't measure up to Animus Deitric? Dude, Animus Deitric can manipulate the entire electromagnetic spectrum. He can walk up to someone and start unbinding the electrons in their component atoms and destabilizing them, or manipulate planetary magnetic currents, and s**t like that; stuff that I would never do but have mapped out so I could see the fullest extent of his powers. He can also create lasers, and travel as lightning.. pretty much do all sorts of crazy s**t that involves SCIENCE and subatomic particles. Which I'm pretty sure involves turning into photons and traveling at the speed of light. But I'll never touch that level of power with him.. ever. Not even as a joke.

Is the numbers changing?
I'm thinking I'm slighting Lili in strength when she changes. I have gone over this with Luci to put together an idea. The best we could describe was the Incredible Hulk. I haven't done this before. I couldn't even guess what her strength should be measured in weight.

I think that one still suffers through a few problems. One of which being that it's not on a uniform scale, and that someone who can light cigarettes and shoot static balls is still considered a higher tier than someone who can do one thing fairly well.
Also it swings in the opposite direction. Whereas nobody but boss character would use the upper end of the old scale, nobody but Arc will now use the lower end.

Dante Decker Yeah... On his own in combat Dante cant do a whole lot. Hes a mediocre fighter at best, and more of a jack of all trades weapons fighting wise than anything else. But you give him some engraving tools, a forge and some solitude and fugetaboutit... Dante is totally Levi Batman. With enough prep-time, he can beat anyone. Vahn Fah What the hell Tenkai. Its like you can't resist to say a lot. I lol'd at this. Good description. And I don't mean it in a bad way. I knew this would eventually lead to people posting FINAL FORMS. Silver, like Vahn, has one, too, but it actually wouldn't change much on that scale. So I just went with current power. PS: Was boss Dietric the eliminator for HoH? I stood up to THAT?

No, that wasn't Animus Deitric.
It was more like Deitric 1.5, because he was basically in his current form, but didn't suffer from his human limits on charge/discharge of electricity.
I'm pretty sure if I played Animus Deitric.. he'd just eye laser everybody. Or pull a Frieza and shoot beams from his fingers.

Joseph Brown It's not a slight to you, but it did seem odd that JB comes out the more powerful in energy manipulation because he can do a lot of things, and Ryugi (Levi Gym Leader, and holder of the Dome Shaped Explosion Badge) can do one thing very well. Indeed. I don't deny that Ryugi is a powerhouse. But I felt uncomfortable with some of the categories not being a real measure of his abilities. As far as Ryugi is concerned, I don't think he fits well into "Marvel" standards for powers. For Levi, I think we need an "anime" scale, with DBZ or something similar being "Top Tier." Ertai wouldn't fit, but Ertai isn't Levi.
