Ryugi Kazamaru The scales DID seems a bit skewed. It's not a slight to you, but it did seem odd that JB comes out the more powerful in energy manipulation because he can do a lot of things, and Ryugi (Levi Gym Leader, and holder of the Dome Shaped Explosion Badge) can do one thing very well.

But yeah, those should be adjusted somewhat to be more Levi and less Marvel.
And maybe other stuff.

I don't think Tenkai has one, save that crazy kabuki stuff and skeleton things I long since retconned.
And even then I STILL don't know how they'd fit into the scale, because it'd still be the same, and bumping any of the stats any higher would probably be nuts.
