Havick: Hmm... I guess it does. I'm just worried that someone might blame me for going too far or something sweatdrop . Mint: Wait a minute, the rules say that genin can learn as many D-rank jutsus they want but only one C-rank, and there's nothing about learning A-rank and/or B-rank jutsus. I'm confused gonk .
