At least I don't think so, the level-up profile fourm is for when your RPC increases in rank and has to be reapproved by Cobra to see if the ranking up is valid.

Well it is basically a lava bloodline that has a doujutsu where they can see heat signature. The person's body had a high temperature so you don't see these people using taijutsu I am coming up with some lava jutsus if there isn't already any. Oh Lilly it is hear not here xd
