No the way i went about losing weight was free running. Being slim helps with it of course ^^

ladies......
how i did it -
Became crazy involved with diffrent schools sports and started rollarblading everywhere.
thats the secret to going from 279 down to 198

Holy s**t like everyone does some version of parkour, people her also do freerunning and I think it's said as tricking but I don't know I only do parkour and freerunning basicly.

My defination of parkour is getting from point A to point B in the quickest and most efficient way possible. Instead of going around a railing, why not vault over it? My favorite thing to do though, is run on walls, I can get about two steps vertical, 3 to 5 going across it

Firu if your satring to freerun go on YouTube and there is a videomaker called urbanninjas ((I think)) and they have pretty good tutorials. By the way if you find them send me a link I used to like watching their videos.

Ok, I just thought of something about Koi and Aro's mission in Kumogakure. If they don't stop the invaders (Me, Rock, Naru, and Wings controlling a group of Snow nin), does that mean we keep going until someone does kill us, or when they die do we leave?
