Mogaar Toxic Interior Mogaar That said. It was also implied in the manga that the number of tails doesn't indicate their strength. The nine tails just says that because he's an arrogant sod. xD Yes, while this is true we all know that it isn't, otherwise the guild Bijuu wouldn't have ranks of chakra or strength. Those were put in before this was stated and for balance reasons. : O An awful lot has changed since the Bijuu write ups were made, actually. If I remember right NO guild suspected the six tails was a slug and the seventh was a beetle thing. Most of the time people thought they'd be normal animals that are supposed to have tails.
