Aww, poor little sister.
We have a girl in our class that complains about mice being fed to snakes and stuff. We had a litter of mice that were born in our facility, and they were going to be taken by one of the students and used as feeder mice, and before she could take them home someone else came and adopted them without saying anything or asking to take them. We were discussing what happened and this one student popped up and was goin' on about, "well now they have a chance to live" and blah blah blah, but it's like... Yeah, now the mice have a chance to live, but the snake doesn't? How is that fair?
Don't get me wrong, I'm a HUGE animal person, thus my double major in biology and animal health technology (and party time study of animal behavior), but I'm not ignorant in the ways of life. Animals eat other animals, we humans eat tons of animals, it happens.
Yeah, I set up a little website with all the gifts I wanted to get him, and their prices, and sent the link to all of his friends without him knowing, and got them all to donate to his birthday. It was pretty cool. smile Lol i am a big animal person too, so i don't have an ill will xD but sometimes watching a snake and a mouse...its kind of interesting, especially since it was the first time i was it happen in person. In middle school i took home two iguana's. Now that was friggin fun too...not so much the part about buying abunch of zucchini for them though lol. Scared the s**t out of my mother, but my brothers had a blast. [Btw..im the second youngest out of nine kids, with five older brothers xD]

Holy s**t that's a lot of kids.
I'm the second oldest of 5, though I don't really have any sort of relationship with my family; they're not big on my lifestyle choices (i.e. being married to a guy).
I love animals and hold no ill will either, which is hard when a lot of people question me when I tell them I work in research. The first question is always, 'do you kill mice?' My answer? No, I don't murder mice, I humanely euthanize mice. They're dosed with CO2 in their cages with their families. So, they basically just fall asleep, surrounded by their loved ones, in their home. Who wouldn't want to die in their sleep, at home, surrounded by loved ones? Sounds like a much better way to go than how most people die in life.

Yeah, I mean, most people are willing to listen, and when they learn that research isn't this big bad corporation like PETA and main stream media portrays their opinion usually changes.
Wow, they do? That's random, lol. Nah it's no big deal. It's like I tell my husband (who's father is a pastor, needless to say his parents are also not keen on this relationship), we're in the unique situation where we get to pick and chose our family. We get to pick our children, we pick our friends who have become our family, and we picked each other. smile
My best man and I argue like we're brothers all the time, haha.
Of course it would be nice to have a loving family who cares, but considering what my family is like, I'd rather not be in their lives. They're kind of really closed minded, lol.

Yeah lol my family is more laid back. I am sure they teased when they said they wanted me to be with a girl, but that is just because they did not want to imagine their daughter growing up and becoming a lady. And that is sweet of you two smile Y'all sound really adorable and deserve hugs!

Thanks -hugs!- Yes, Jeremiah and I are cute, when we're not arguing. Haha. Life's just been pretty stressful for us lately so tensions are high. But we do love each other and are working through it. He is a good guy, he just... Has communication issues. My father was a lawyer, I'm VERY good at talking, and even better at arguing, lol. While Jeremiah comes from a family that's close, but doesn't actually talk about important matters, so his communications skills aren't all there.

I might not be able to post for a few days, kinda step dad pissed me off
for not getting Cod Ghost when he promised he would and just kept making
up excuses one right after the other when I asked him about it. So, after about the tenth excuse I told him "Whatever, like you were gonna get me it anyways. But I make up a bunch of excuses right?" And I kinda got grounded again.....

Hey guys Im sorry things have been slow the last couple of days...Anna has left and i don't think she will be coming back so whoever was rping with her you may kill off her character. :/
Welcome back Tifa...also idk if Gabriel will be continuing to post or not so for now just continue as if he is still there.
Both Adrean and Gabriel have drill this weekend so they may not post until Monday.
