He stood at the other side of the door his arms folded and his teeth chattering, "Warmth?" he said weakly, it was a bit above 60 degrees that night and still dropping. That kind of weather and temperature was not the best combination for a guy who fell in water that is even colder than the air itself.

Luna listened on the other side of the door....
"Warmth?", she thought to herself and peeked back through the door at the shivering person, "who are you", she asked again.
Luna noticed a small but thick throw rug on the chair next to the front door.
"Take a step back please", Luna commanded and then cracked the door, throwing the rug out, before using her lightning quick feline reflexes to slam it shut again.
She peered back through the peephole....

 Kestral released his aura, also releasing the glow in his eyes that had caused their entirity to become a whitish silver. Once it dissipated, two gleaming silver irises where revealed. The air around him seemed to relax, showing the true tranquility of the island. Kestral then abruptly replied to Adrian's introduction.
"Please. There is plenty of time to discuss such things as the war. However fresh and blood free it may be. I'm saddened by the knowledge that my men were the first to harm an angelic soldier. My apologies." He said, half proudly, half gravely.
As Morgance approached Kestral he looked at her with an odd expression.
"She seems so familiar, like someone I knew or met long ago..." He thought to himself, but the only thing he said to her was strained "It's nice to meet you as well."
"And I am sure that you are not here with hostile intentions. We have an entire colony of powerful elemental warriors, eight of whom are more than powerful enough to tip the scales of your war. By the way, Xylar was justified in his actions, he only wished to protect our island. If you wish for hospitality, be sure to treat us in kind." Kestral warned.
"Now, with that settled, let us continue our discussion in the Temple." Kestral said, beckoning Adrian, Morgance, and Xylar to follow him.

He stared vividly at the rug and picked it up and wrapped it around himself and still shivering slowly walked off into the darkness of the woods. He was starting to get the feeling nobody really liked him. He was hoping the house occupant would help him, but the rug would soon be wet too the way the clouds in the sky looked. "Way to treat an angelic solider..." he mumbled to himself as he started the search for reasonable shelter.

Luna watched through the peephole as the person turned to leave and walk away back into the night...She opened the door again
"HEY, Hey wait, who are you?", the cat girl yelled out into the cold angry night.
"Come back, you can't take my masters rug", she added

My whole existence is flawed...For a moment, Adrian swallowed her pride and bowed to the Kurai leader. "I realize that our arrival was unexpected, and I apologize for that. Next time, there will be notice before we visit."
She followed behind the Silverhaired men, Morgance following in step right next to her. At some point during their walk, Adrian leaned over to the blue-haired water weilder and whispered. "I thought you said you've met him!"
Morgance's mouth was agape. Shocked at the hostility in Adrian's statement. She whispered back. "I have! He seems to have forgotten, though..." Her face fell, and she stared at her feet for the rest of the walk, holding on to Adrian's arm as a guide.
Adrian stared straight ahead, not letting Morgance's distress bother her. "Redemption" thumping at her leg, "Elyria" thumping at Morgance's....You get me Closer to God.

He turned back to her and threw the rug back at the houses doorstep and turned away to walk again. He then disappeared behind a few trees and tall bushes, he soon found a cave and curled up in the corner of it in an effort to find some kind of warmth for the night.

Ophelia smiled and turned away walking back to her throne. She was done with her rhymes as she took a more serious tone. She looked back at the converted mercenary.
I need a scouting party to assist me with finding out what enemies we actually face. I ofcourse shall be coming along because I am able to sense that little wench’s aura miles away.
Ophelia sat down on her throne and watched Menji.
“You hunt for fame and glory. Merely been in my presence on the battle field will deliver you twice fold”

Ocpacta continued walking but at a moderate speed so the vampire could keep up pace.
“ I am Opcapta, I guess you can call me the general’s right hand. What is your name blood craver?”
As the two were talking Opcapta opened the last set of doors as they walked into a throne room. He noticed the general was unharmed, but more surprisingly the zombie.
As they approached The young man introduced the two undeads.
Ophelia nodded her head at Hisikata
“welcome my undead sister.”
She looked at the frail girl’s body. She knew however not to judge by appearances. Ophelia herself was constantly misjudged on the battle field.
Ophelia stood once again.
“You three, I want you to accompany me on a scout. There is so much of the surface we have to conquer and we have barely even started”
Ophelia began to make her way to a rune tablet that was next to her throne as she gestured the others to follow her. With a flash she first disappeared.

Kestral strode along the sandy path which led to the village and anywhere else in the wilderness outside the village itself. Most of the Kurai lived in the village but there were some who lived on the outskirts of the island, Vayne even lived in a tent-like hut on the beach. The village was located at the top of the island and as far back from the beach as it could be. This was to throw off anyone who might accidentally happen upon the island so they would believe it was deserted. However this left the group with an annoyingly long uphill walk through sand, rocks, and foliage. (Foliage. Hehehe)
"Once again, my apologies for the hostility. But we don't recieve many visitors. Especially not strangers, let alone angels. I will see to it that you will not be treated as such upon your next visit, should you make one." Kestral said, only glancing back to see if they were keeping up with him. He knew Xylar would have no problem, but the others were not used to the terrain more than likely.
"I don't suppose you would prefer simply to fly to the village would you?" He chuckled, knowing they would resent him for not offering to do so earlier.

My whole existence is flawed...The walk was definitely taxing on the two angels who had never really had to hike to any destination. Adrian smiled and chuckled back at his rather late suggestion. "I thought you'd never ask. Morgance here never wears shoes." The general was cheery. She added in mock annoyance. "Even though I tell her to."The blue-haired angel blushed. "I... I just don't like the way they feel on my feet! You know that, Adrian."The Seraphim laughed heartily and ruffled her ward's hair. "You know I'm only teasing, dear." The tranquility of the island seemed to have a strange effect on the General. She seemed more friendly and light-hearted. "So, Lord Kestral... Shall we take to the skies?"...You get me Closer to God.

Luna, standing on the door step had to quickly dodge the flying rug.
"HEY", she scolded, "Hey wait, wait", she called into the night as the shadowy figure disappeared quickly into the darkness. Luna quickly rushed down the pathway, not scared anymore, but concerned and also curious who that person was. She used her keen nose to find the cave quickly....
"umm..Hello, are you in there? I know your in there I can smell you and hear you breathing", Luna stated.
"I didn't mean to be rude, My name is Luna. Do you have business with my master, Adrian?"

Apparently, Ronoku was a heavy sleeper (( Just like the person who controls him ;D )) and had not heard Luna. The only thing heard from the cave however were weak, shallow and shakey breaths. He was currently at the back of the cave curled into a ball in a feeble attempt to stay warm, but seemed to be failing miserably.

"wierd toys you have"Menji said
Menji had taken a seat pulling out a whetstone he started sharpening his double voulge waiting on the others

Hisikata followed Ophelia to the tablet,muttering to herself about how the general had no rights to call her 'sister'. She turned to Opcapta.
My name, you asked it? She questioned softly so she wouldn't disturb anybody. My name is Hisikata Kiba Ookami. We are not on the a friend basis, I'd hardly call us accquiantinces, so you, all of you will fefer to me by my full name until I say otherwise.
The young Vampire knew it was pointless to explain, because nobody ever listened anyway, a fact that annoyed her to no end, she also had the feeling that Ophelia and Opcapta thought they we're above her. She then turned to Ophelia with an almost angry look in her eyes.
Earlier you made a mistake, want to know what is? She went on without waiting for an answer. You called me undead, I'm am not some incompetent living corpse like this one standing here, I am one of the living dead, or as we perfer living challenged!
