Bees are not that bad, I let one land on my hand, did not do anything, just do not menace them

Bad experience. I just can't do it. I'm fine if they're far away, but I freak out if they come close.

Once a swarm of them attacked my school, while everyone was outside, some people got stung, and I ran, a few bees? I would let them land on me, but a swarm?

When I was at camp, there was a group of us at the zip lines. I had already gone and was waiting at the bottom of the incline for the last few people to go so we could go to dinner. The girl who had just gone, was over the ladder, waiting for the counselor to help her out of her harness, since we weren't allowed to get out by ourselves. She dropped something, and one of the other girls went to go get it from the bushes. In the bushes, was a red hornets nest that she did not see, and she stepped into it.
The hornets attacked, I'm not sure how many because I ran. The girl who had stepped on it was stung twenty times, and the girl above her in the harness, unable to get down, was stung I think around fifteen times. We had to keep them conscious until the ambulances arrived. It was terrifying, and I cannot be anywhere near anything that flies and buzzes without freaking out.
