Remove co-ownership agreement for Anka between Remove and Amy D. Remove has: - RP rights - Breeding/Basket rights Amy D has: - Sig rights - Basket rights (will be discussed on arrival) Any breedings will be discussed though Amy doesn't have to post her permission for them. All baskets will be discussed when they arrive. I agree to these terms :3 heart

 Kawaran (who's name isn't on there yet but we'll just ignore that part for now) is co-owned between Laefe and Caitlyn Hellstorm
Cait and Lae both get sig rights and OOC goofy RP rights within the thread and within IM RPs as they wish.
Cait has full RP rights and full breeding rights, however if a lifemate is chosen this will be discussed at the time, but she has control over any OOC breedings and has no need to ask Laefe beforehand.
Cait has control of the baskets of the first breeding, as to where they go and such.
Lae has control over the baskets of the second breeding should there be one.
If there is a third breeding, by some miracle of Kawaran calming down, then these will be discussed at the time between both Lae and Cait and handed out with consent from both parties.
Cait cannot transfer the co-ownership of Kawaran, but she can reliquish co-ownership if she wants, Laefe can revoke co-ownership anytime.

Lollypop13 Me and DNS have talked in pms and I agreed to give back full rights to DNS. Our co-ownership didn't work out and just made a mess of things, so if you could give Morgana back fully to DNS, that would be appreciated. Thanks. I agree to this *feels like such a bad co-owner* x___x

Xxsky_goddessxX Thamin Co-Ownership Agreement For Adaya Between Thamin & Xxsky_goddessxX Breeding Rights: - Both Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX must agree on any breeding partner for Adaya and permission must be posted in the permission thread. - If the first breeding results in only two baskets, Xxsky_goddessxX will receive one of the resulting baskets. - If the Second Breeding results in only two Baskets, Thamin will receive one of the resulting baskets. - If the third breeding results in only two baskets, the owner will be determined through a dice roll in the Soquili thread for one of the resulting baskets. A six sided dice will be rolled; if an odd number is rolled Xxsky_goddessxX will receive ownership of the basket, if an even number is rolled Thamin will receive ownership of the basket. - In the event that a third basket is available in any of the breedings, ownership of the third basket must be discussed between both participating parties. If Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX receive the third basket, ownership goes automatically to the co-owner that did not receive a basket due to the agreement above. - Any stud Adaya may be Lifemated to must be agreed upon by both Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX. - The act of Lifemating must be approved by Thamin. Display Rights and OOC Rights: - Both Thamin & Xxsky_goddessxX have full display rights and OOC rights. RP Rights: - Both Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX have RP Rights. - Neither Thamin nor Xxsky_goddessxX may interfere or post in an RP started by the other Co-owner unless permission is given by the Co-owner Participating.    Co-Ownership Agreement between Kamiki and Sabin Duvert for Narissa, Descent, and Kumiho- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - Both owners have full IC roleplaying rights - Both owners have the right to enter these mares into RP contests (though, obviously, only each mare once at any given time) Breeding- Each owner get one "full control" breeding with each mare. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless the mare is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - One breeding for each mare will be worked out between Sabin and Kamiki at the time. - Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners. Life-Altering / Major Decisions-neither Kamiki nor Sabin can transfer ownership of any of the mares to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner. - If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner can then choose a new co-owner. - Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)
