That it's actually not the day Jesus Christ was born on? That the Church created christmas so that all the pagans who celebrated the winter solstice would convert, or at least be more likely to? And I'm not saying when my birthday is. In December is as much as you're getting out of me....I'm pretty sure that no one who is in here a lot knows what day my birthday is. And actually, if you didn't already notice some things and figure it out, there is no chance I'm helping you.....Minky might hear.

xD Yeah, which is why I said at this point it's hard to determine what counts as origin and what doesn't.. Even if it wasn't originally part of Christmas, it has become so intertwined that most people just take it for the real origin without even thinking neutral *shrugs* Either way, the pagan origin is pretty darn cool too emotion_kirakiraemotion_awesome ... Hey! I have a question for everyone! What is your favorite color?
I've noticed that people tend to dress in one color most of the time....but I STILL can't figure that out... I know mine is Purple....and Nika's....but I don't know anyone else's.....

I think for most people it's more noticable from their profile rather than their avi; either in the about section or just from the general theme xd As for me, I like all colours about equally, but the ones that I find prettiest (not necessarily my faves, just think they're pretty) are black and red. Favourite colour combination: white and gold emotion_yatta Rainbow is another one I like, but that doesn't really count as a colour xD Oh, and pink is pretty awesome for scaring people emotion_awesome But yes, black and any shade of red you could say are my favourites emotion_yatta
... I guess it kinda shows in my avis too since I often dress in red, yet also tend to wear other colours a lot xd

Get used to it. emotion_hug It's a scholarship giving half off tuition for transfer students with a 3.5 GPA or higher. emotion_c8 The problem was that my first adviser kept saying he didn't have my transcripts even thought the college did receive them, he didn't tell me I needed a recommendation letter from a former professor, and he misplaced my scholarship application. emotion_facepalm Luckily I was able to get the letter and a new application turned in yesterday, so here's hoping everything works out this time. emotion_yatta lol, xD Aw, well I'm glad she's recovering okay. ^^ Did she get in an auto accident? Well, since people have been whining for it, I bet it'll be a hit. xD Wow, really?! *kirakira* Thank you so much! ... Oh gosh. ._. I couldn't tell you which one's my favorite. Because I was curious to know. I mean, my fav color is purple, but I usually wear black and red, which are my other two fav colors, followed by silver. So I was curious to see if my guesstimates of fav colors based on how people dressed their avatars were correct or not. So far, I've not been correct with you and minky....I thought yours was green, minky's red.
hunh. green? really? well i guess around easter/st patty's yes, but not lately. lately has more been browns and reds and whites. other fav colors are red and purple

eh, people wear things for more reasons than color. it's especially hard with avis because that's all you have to go off of. it would be easier irl to guess. like for example, i have a lot of blue things (bookbag, laptop case, scarves, ect) so even though i might not be wearing blue clothes, it would be easier to guess my favorite color.
Still, I like trying....because unless it's a cosplay....or specifically themed....usually an avvie is mostly the user's favorite color.
specifically themed can cover a lot of things though. i think that this is the first avi in awhile that is mostly blue. it is also specifically themed. although i do usually have blue hair.
