EchoLimaFoxtrot CO-OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT Soquili: Euria linku
Owners: Enikil + EchoLimaFoxtrot
Enikil's Rights:
+ RP (OOC and IC)
+ Choosing a Lifemate (still needs ELF to post permission)
+ First and Third Breeding (still needs ELF to post permission)
+ Giving Euria a Familiar
+ Sig Display Rights
EchoLimaFoxtrot's Rights:
+ Sig Display Rights
+ Second Breeding (in accordance with Enikil's RPing and needs permission posted)
+ Swooning over Euria whenever she feels like it
Exceptions:
+ If for whatever reason Enikil or ELF disappear from gaia for more than 4 months, then breedings can be swamped and permission to breed is not needed. However, this means absolutely no gaia appearance and all attempts to contact go unanswered.
+ Neither ELF or Enikil can give away their rights to someone else. If either wishes to give up their rights, it simply goes to the other. They are non-transferable.
+ If there is a change/amendment to this agreement, it will be posted here and agreed upon in full.
+ And if Enikil does not love Euria enough, then ELF has the right to ping sticky gummy bears at said Enikil!I agreed X3 ~ <3

 Both Kamiki and Ruler of Everything get full OOC RP rights and Siggy/Display rights.
Ruler of Everything gets IC RP rights.
Both Kamiki and Ruler of Everything have to agree on major, life altering decisions like skinwalkering or life-mating.
Ruler of Everything gets 'control' of one breeding. She can pick partner, and does not need Kamiki's permission to enter Kipenzi into a breeding events. This would not count against Kamiki's breeding limits.
Kamiki gets 'control' of one breeding. She can pick partner (if Kipenzi is lifemated, then she can only breed with her mate), and does not need Ruler's permission to enter Kipenzi into breeding events. This will not count against Ruler's breeding limits.
An agreement for her 3rd breeding will be discussed at the time.
Ruler cannot transfer her ownership of Kipenzi, but she can relinquish ownership if she chooses. Kamiki can revoke the co-ownership at any time.

Me and DNS have talked in pms and I agreed to give back full rights to DNS. Our co-ownership didn't work out and just made a mess of things, so if you could give Morgana back fully to DNS, that would be appreciated.

co-ownership agreement for Anka between Remove and Amy D.
Remove has:
- RP rights
- Breeding/Basket rights
Amy D has:
- Sig rights
- Basket rights (will be discussed on arrival)
Any breedings will be discussed though Amy doesn't have to post her permission for them. All baskets will be discussed when they arrive.
