Yet another lovely issue.
I think I shall compile a thread thingy for those little blurb thingies and such that I had been talking about. Well, after I finish this stupid essay. I swear, what the hell is the point of asking you for a quality essay if they don't give you any time to actually put a decent amount of work to it. I mean, you don't have time to write it and then let it sit so you can come back to it.

Concentrations for next month? We didn't do so well this time around, in my opinion. I'll make an effort to be on more, but again... school and band and homework.

Serieve Transvesticade is the pen name for the one who wrote "The World is an Ugly Place." It's in the Round 2 thread. 3nodding Concentrations for next month? We didn't do so well this time around, in my opinion. I'll make an effort to be on more, but again... school and band and homework. Haha, thanks! And I agree with what you said about this issue. sweatdrop I think it just caught us all at a bad time with school starting and everything. Anyway, I was thinking for the next BTB feature we could put in this IQ test I got in one of my education classes. It's a short little quiz that's somewhat amusing. Also, we have Jahoclave's idea for the Staff Spotlight, so get your smiles on 'cos we need pictures of everyone! xd Finally, I was thinking about just posting previews (then providing a link to the complete story) of our longer fiction works. I think one of the main reasons we haven't increased our audience is because most readers are intimidated by overly long posts. Let me know if you guys have anymore ideas! We'll make it up for the next one, I promise. wink

Scarlet Jile You and your... "school." My classes star the 8th of August, but I only have school Mondays and Thursdays. School being college. And I'm quite bogged down with essays. I agree with you Clavy. Blargh.... Good job on the 7.0 issue, methinks. Not awesome job, or great job, but a good job considering how busy everyone was at the time.

Give it a break, will you? I've been in Gifted since the first grade just like you have. It's not THAT bad. Okay, maybe it is. But still. Shall someone make a sticky for the Staff Spotlight? Scarlet Jile By the way, who edits the final draft and makes sure all the typos, spelling errors, and your other standard mechanical kinks are worked out? Found another entertaining poem by a guy who would absolutely LOVE to be in the Press. Haha, that would be me for this issue... Did you find anyone mistakes? Let me know if you see anything wrong with this next draft and I'll get on it immediately. Good work! And you said that you weren't much for finding poetry? If one more person purports this entire thing to be Bush's fault I think I'm just going to have to overthrow the goverment for the sheer fact that we'll never have a block of voters that are intellectually honest with themselves.
It's amasing me just how much people believe that isn't even rational in the least bit. So let this just be a warning that I'll probably have an article coming up that is going to piss off a vast amount of people.
