Some kinda alchemy item. I dunno what because I don't do the alchemy stuff. IMO, it's more of a goldsink than anything.

I've only made two things with alchemy. I regret doing that because I spent almost 10k making something that I ended up selling for less than 1k. stressed

Striptrooper armor is very protective.
Unfortunately, after just a few minutes of active duty, the protection is quickly lost.
