Vahn Fah Well, at least post the story up then. Then see who is willing to poke around. Well... the back story is just there for aesthetic and doesn't necessarily have to be followed since there about going to be many sub-plots set-up that people can follow, or, just like here, create their own. It's a very large place and each location has something to do... but here is the back story... Quote: t is the year Eighteen-Hundred and Eighty-Six Gaian Age and it has been eight years since Queen Victoria Von Helson was poisoned whilst attending a banquet in honor of her birthdate. For the year that followed her death, the Empire was thrown into a turmoil which almost led to a civil war until two men stepped forth to take the reigns and gain popularity. Those two men are Prince Johnathan Kingsly Gambino and Doctor Phineas Waldolf Steel. Though the two have different political and economic views, they seem to feed off of each other and give push to the State. Prince Gambino, who's sway is mostly in the Western and Northern sectors of Gaia and has strong family ties to the ruling Upper Class, believes that the way to success for the nation is capitalism, entrepreneurship and a strong, overseeing government whereas Dr. Steel, who has strong supporters throughout the Eastern and Southern areas of Gaia and backed by his Army of Toy Soldiers, believes in the ruling power of the people and creative invention. Those these two political campaigns are as far separated as Dürem and Latent, the two have combined within the society giving it a sudden boost in economic power. The private sectors with their belief in Dr. Steel have given a sudden boost to technological advancements as well as the arts and the ruling elite as backed by Prince Gambino are firm in outside trade and investment amongst the inventors and artists, giving a solid rise in power to both men. Though, it must be stated that with the lack of a solid ruler, the classes are still in slight disarray and some rumor a class war.

Of course he is! XP He's more like how he was in Manga #0. Charming and such, but you can tell he's a little whimsical in the brainpan

Oh, yes. Doctor Steel is a mad toy maker. Quite whimsical and eccentric himself

I dig the whimsy. I'm certainly willing to poke around myself, and I know I can offer criticism. I'm definitely good at that. Just beware, my editor instincts might kick in and I'll turn big and green.

Ed; I lol'd a bit when I put him in. I was sitting there thinking, "Ok, I've got Gambino... who else can I have who'd be trying to rise to power in a steampunk world... oh... duh..."
Lu: Das ok. You're not forced to. That bit is in there just to offer yet another option on possible settings and growth of stoyline
Som: I'd actually like some literary critique. A lot of this was written while suffering from stress-oriented insomnia and sleep deprivation... I can't begin to guess how many mistakes are made in the writing...
Alrighty then. There are still few things I have to tweak (Due to the changing of the time-line) but it's pretty much good to go. Those of you who have offered to help, please go ahead and request to join ^.^

The Ordo Steamus shall crush both men and their petty concepts of right, wrong, or power, bringing ORDER to all, whether they know they desire it or not.
The LAW is the only true path.
